Welcome to âThe Escapeâ at 30A Townhomes in Seagrove, our 3 Bedroom - 2 Bathroom townhome.
LOCATION:
Situated right at the heart of Scenic Highway 30A in Seagrove Beach. Just 1/2 a mile from public beach access, and steps from the beautiful Eastern Lake, this family-friendly community serves as the perfect jumping-off point for any beach, bike, or lake day. This home comes with private off-road parking and a community pool.
PROPERTY OVERVIEW:
This cozy coastal retreat comes with four beach cruisers and a grill. The interior is adorned with beautiful hardwood flooring and upscale finishes throughout. At the end of the first-floor hallway, you'll enter the generously-sized master bedroom, complete with an en suite and walk-in closet. The Master bedroom also offers access to outdoor seating on the private patio.
As you make your way up to the second floor, bedrooms two and three offer a queen and a single-over-full bunk - plentiful sleeping arrangements for family and friends. Each bedroom comes complete with its own Smart TV and private closet space. The second-floor bathroom features a fully enclosed shower and vanity area.
Turning the corner from the bedrooms and the home opens into a large, fully-equipped kitchen complete with premium stainless steel appliances and granite counter space with four breakfast bar stools. The open-plan living/dining area offers a sizable communal area, with table seating for 6 people and comfortable living room seating. Double-door access to the covered balcony allows plenty of natural light into the home and offers the perfect spot to sit outside and unwind after a long day at the beach.

Our condo is outfitted with solid furnishings to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The home provides a six-seater golf cart, four beach cruisers, beach gear, towels (excluding beach towels), fresh linens, cutlery, and cooking utensils. You will find everything you need in the home to make the most of your time on the Emerald Coast. We offer a starter supply of premium, eco-friendly guest amenities:

NOTE:
Primary guest must be 25 or older.

This home has a strict no-pet policy. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rents and deposits, and the guest will be responsible for any and all direct consequential damages.
Do not hang towels on porch/balcony railings. The HOA imposed fines on guests found to be doing so.
Only persons over the age of 21 that have signed the golf cart liability waiver are permitted to operate the home's golf cart.
