Le Cottage 62 est un charmant bungalow de 1 144 pieds carrés entièrement rénové situé dans Old Seagrove, avec 3 chambres / 2 salles de bain, pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Accès à la plage du quartier à moins de 5 minutes à pied; Bord de mer à seulement 10 minutes en vélo.

Niveau principal: Salon ouvert et voûté. Table à manger pour 6 personnes, avec tabourets pour 4 le long du comptoir en quartz. Cuisine entièrement équipée.

Wonderful Property

My family and I really enjoyed staying at Cottage 62. It was so charming and had all the things we needed. It was very close to the beach access and also an easy bike ride into Seaside. We will definitely come back to this area and will stay here again.

Wonderful, clean, comfortable stay

Updated property that was perfect for our small family. A close walk to the beach and to Seagrove Market; truly, we actually cut through Old Seagrove on foot and wound up in Seaside. In short, great location and a newly renovated, very clean home. Definitely recommend!

Cottage 62

We were very pleased with our stay at Cottage 62. It was very clean and you could tell that it had recently been updated. The location is great. We were a 5 minute bike ride to Seaside and about the same to Publix. The property has a cute patio with working grill and a nice garage too. We would definitely stay there again.

Awesome house and location!

This place was nearly perfect with 1 exception. Kitchen faucet was very loose. Location is a 15 min walk to Seaside, and 5-10 to the beach. Bedding was sanitized. TVs In each room. Beautiful outdoor patio. Well stocked kitchen. Awesome!

Our apologies on the loose kitchen faucet; our housekeeper reported it to us upon your departure and it was a quick turn of the wrench for our maintenance tech to tighten it. We would have been happy to have taken care of it during your stay had we known there was an issue, but we understand some folks prefer not to be disturbed while on vacation. We agree that the location is ideal - a short walk to many destinations, yet away from the traffic and congestion on 30A. The 2nd generation owners went over and above when they renovated this long-time family home, with the quality of the bedding and equipping it so that all needs are met for guests - and the Smart TV's were an especially nice upgrade! Both the drive in front and the back patio were redone earlier this year; we're so happy you enjoyed the peaceful backyard from the patio. We do hope you come and visit us again sometime soon, and appreciate your business! Grayt 30A Vacations

Awesome family getaway!

We had a blast on our short stay in 30A. The house was great for our family of 5. Comfortable and clean with Plenty of space for us to hang and watch tv or play games, and we cooked some dinners at home as well. The location can’t be beat. Just a few minutes bike to public beach access, or an easy walk into town for coffee in the morning. We even road bikes to Publix for groceries. Speaking of bikes, we used our rental credit to rent bikes, an umbrella, and two beach chairs from the rental company affiliated with this property. It was seamless, and the equipment met our needs. If your are looking for a sweet little getaway, this is your spot!

Excellent Stay! We chose this property as it was in a quiet area outside of Seaside, yet close enough to walk and access the bike trail which is why we were in the area. The property is well cared for and had everything we needed, and then some. We loved the garage for our bikes. The kitchen was well stocked, and overall the property looks brand new as it is well maintained. The only thing that took an adjustment for us is the 'on demand' water system as it look a bit to get hot water at faucets. We were not in town for the beaches so the added value of having a 'credit' for beach equipment was lost on us however others may appreciate it. HIghly recommend a stay here

62 Cottage is very clean with nice mattresses, pillows, linens, and blankets. Fully equipped with everything you would need. Lovely spot I would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

Super Cute, Clean and Convenient

My girls and I needed a girls' trip and we found Cottage 62 to be just what the doctor ordered. We loved how the house was decorated, every detail had been thought out completely down to two different types of coffee makers, games provided, beach toys, and pretty much every kitchen utensil you could ever need. The location, although not right on the beach, was a quick 5 minute bike ride away as was the wonderful Seaside "downtown". The beds were incredibly comfortable, the towels were plush and the living space was great for the three of us and the family of 7 we had over to hang for the afternoon. Can' t recommend this home highly enough. Will book again!

The recommended beach service is horrible! Our chairs were reserved for the entire stay and were not set up two of the days- The hone was wonderful!!!

Hi, Marcia...Thanks for your review on Cottage 62! We are so glad you loved the home; it is truly an undiscovered gem. Our apologies for the beach service vendor; we were happy to intervene on your behalf, but know he did not provide good service to you - I hope you were able to get your refund from him. It is unfortunate that he is the only vendor allowed to set up on that stretch of beach, so we have no choice but to refer our guests to him. We are hoping that changes this year, as Walton County conducts its annual review on the beach vendor situation later this month. There are many other vendors who are outstanding, who we would much rather be able to recommend! Other than this unfortunate issue, we do hope you enjoyed your stay with us and come back to visit again soon - you were a delight to work with...Grayt 30A Vacations

Quaint Seagrove House

This little house was everything we needed for our weekly vacation to Seaside before school started. Great location and the perfect size for our family of 4.

Baker stay

We had a wonderful time. We probably should have rented bikes. The wifi needs some improvement and there needs to be directions for how to use the tv (and 3 adapters). Overall, a great experience!

Hi, Chip...Thanks so much for your kind review of your vacation in Cottage 62! Bikes are indeed a great thing to rent while here! The multi-use path that runs parallel along 30A is a great way to leisurely explore all our little beach communities, as well as our beautiful State Parks....and rentals are easy by utilizing the Beach Gear credit included with our reservations! While typically our Wi-Fi is very strong here at the beach, unfortunately when we have such a large influx of visitors in the summer, we find it does tend to get a little draggy, especially during certain times of the day...a price we all pay for living in - and visiting - such a highly desired area. The home is equipped with Smart TV's, so your suggestion for directions on how to use is something we, quite frankly, had not thought of. Thank you for this - we'll definitely write up some instructions so our future guests do not experience an issue. We're not quite sure about the 3 adapters (perhaps you're referring to the different remotes?), but we'll investigate this, as well; thank you for bringing that to our attention, also. We would have been happy to have sent one of our maintenance techs over to the house to assist you with directions had we known you were having issues - we're so sorry.
