Au Mellow Yellow, vous apprécierez la possibilité de prendre un bain de soleil dans votre propre piscine privée et d'utiliser le barbecue pour les dîners au coucher du soleil. Cette maison est à quelques pas des plages de sable blanc de la célèbre côte d'émeraude.

Niché dans la vieille plage de Seagrove, le Mellow Yellow bénéficie d'un emplacement central sur Scenic 30A; un tronçon d autoroute le long de la magnifique côte de golfe de Floride, entre Destin et Panama City Beach. Cette route relie les villages côtiers de South Walton à travers la beauté intacte des rares lacs de dunes, du sable blanc et des eaux bleu émeraude de la région.

En entrant dans la maison, l'espace de vie, la salle à manger et le bar du petit-déjeuner seront le lieu de rassemblement central pour votre groupe de huit personnes. Le premier niveau a une chambre avec deux lits jumeaux et une salle de bain. Le deuxième niveau a une chambre principale avec une salle de bain complète et un porche privé. Une chambre supplémentaire avec lit queen et une salle de bain privée complète cet étage. En haut, un autre vol est le troisième niveau avec une kitchenette et un coin salon extérieur idéal pour prendre un verre au coucher du soleil sur la limite des arbres à Seagrove.

Great location. Master bed was comfortable and was great having a pool, but the proximity to the beach was the best thing about the home. We would stay here again.

Perfect location

Mellow yellow was a dream. The distance to beach was perfect, as well as the distance to other beaches. We enjoyed the bikes and the pool and grill as well. Easy check in and easy access for the family to come and go to the beach.

Family Beach Vacation

Great location. Easy 3-5 min walk to the beach. Full kitchen which made it possible to cook and enjoy meals as a family. Property manager was communicative and able to assist with any needs promptly.

Perfect Beach Vacation!

My whole family (my parents, husband, and 2 kids under 3) stayed at this house. It was perfect!! We loved how close we were to the beach, the house fit us all comfortably, and the sidewalks outside were perfect for teaching my 3 year old how to ride a bike. We loved this house and can’t wait to come back!

Great location

Can't really beat the location. The inside is a bit dated and could use some updates. Pool is quite small, so do keep that in mind. Overall, good place to stay with family/ and or friends.

First time being sadly disappointed with a VRBO rental. This place has so much potential, if there was a little upkeep, deep cleaning and maintenance. Let me start with the positives of our stay at Mellow Yellow. The location is amazing, very short walk to the beautiful beach and the bikes were a nice addition to the home. The beds were very comfortable. They even had very nice marketing gifts…tumblers to keep. The unpleasant part started with the upkeep of the home. The yard is overgrown and not maintained. Upon opening the front door, you’re met with an overwhelming smell of chemicals attempting to cover the musty smell. Living room furniture and carpets are filthy, shower has permanent mold. Master bathroom had missing towel bar, cracked shower door at the bottom, front door didn’t seal properly, my husband believes it isn’t meant for that particular door frame. There really were too many items that need attention to list. Televisions were not user friendly. It is worthy to mention the management company offered to come over to determine the smell, but couldn’t guarantee anything. We chose to make the best of our stay and forgo this because of it being the busy season.

Great trip!

Loved the proximity to the beach and to downtown Seaside. The pool got a little foggy due to the rain one night- property manager sent someone out same day to shock it. Overall it was a perfect week!

Beautiful house in a great location

The house was absolutely perfect for our trip! It was in a great location. The kitchen was stocked well enough to suit our needs. We enjoyed the extras made available like the beach chairs and bikes. The property manager was very responsive to one minor problem. Overall a great place to stay!

Labor Day Stay at Mellow Yellow

We stayed at Mellow Yellow for our annual Beach Getaway with a group of college friends and our kids. This house was perfect! Most of our group had never experienced 30A before, so this was the perfect spot right in the middle of everything. The beach access was right across the street, making it incredibly easy for us to have awesome beach days. The patio pool was the perfect size for hanging out, especially with little kids. We would 10/10 recommend and stay here again!

Exceeded our expectations

I always read reviews online, so I felt confident with our booking going into this trip. I did not realize how much the house/neighborhood/area would exceed our expectations. Everything was very clean and stocked with exactly what it is listed to provide. The neighborhood felt very safe and was centrally located between all the fun things running down both sides of 30A. Our only regret from this trip was not vacationing here sooner with our kids.

Relaxing Stay

Great house beautiful area, we had a great stay, clean and organized, plenty of rooms to sleep and beds were comfortable. TV took a bit to understand how to use and looked like there was a stereo with speakers around the house but couldn't get it to work. We enjoyed the bikes, pool was a perfect size. Wish there was some beach chairs to utilize. Also we liked sitting on the porches but wish there was some cushioned outdoor seating.

Just Perfect

The home was just perfect. It had everything you could want for a family of varying sizes. Our daughters loved the pool and the bedroom options. I can't say enough great things about the home. We (wife and three daughters) rented the home for two nights as a vacation appetizer to our big family vacation. Way too short for such a great home. We plan on renting again next year for a bit longer.

There were a few minor cosmetic things that caught my eye like the drawer front detached in the kitchen. One strange thing was duct tape over the edge of the carpet in all the thresholds in each room. They’d taped over the transition from carpet to hardwood. Looked awful but wasn’t really in the way or a nuisance. Pool was great. Location was outstanding. Location alone was worth the price.

The house is a little old and needs a few things repaired. The location is great and the pool was really nice. We also liked that it came with 3 beach chairs and 3 bikes. Also there is a slight musty smell in the house. It’s not terrible but you may notice it. The property managers are working on fixing the issue.
