Beautiful property

This condo is perfectly located to visit the entire island. We made road trips to Princeville and Poipu. There are lots of little neighborhood restauraunts nearby, nothing fancy, but good food. The condo was lovely with everything we needed, like beach equipment, fully equipped kitchen, and lots of fluffy towels. There was a great view of the beach from the balcony. One suggestion: it would have been great to have a small stool or bench in the shower. Shaving my legs was challenging! Thank you for sharing your Hawaiian home with us!

Great Property Great Location

Second time staying at this resort, which for us says something. We travel quite a bit, and this resort is very nice , great location. The unit was clean, updated very nice, would definitely stay again.

Perfect Spot for a Perfect Vacation

We absolutely loved the condo and the location. We could not have asked for a better place to base ours stay on Kauai. The condo had everything we needed and more. The Waipouli Beach Resort was ideal as it is not too big and has the right blend of amenities.

Family Kauai Vacation

This is a great condo in a wonderful resort. The kids loved the pool and the waterslides and the Oasis restaurant on the property is superb. The pictures made it look like it was facing the ocean, which it’s not, but there is an ocean view and the beach is a two minute walk from condo to feet in the sand. Great location, close to many restaurants, shops and local coffee. The place is very clean and well maintained. We’d come back again!

First class accommodations in Kauai

The property met all expectations, exactly as described in their online materials. Great location with easy access to restaurants, bars, and grocery stores, just a short drive from Lihue airport and a quick walk to the beach. Our 5-day stay was way too short, and we look forward to a lengthier visit next year.

Perfect long weekend

This was not your average cheaply built property. Cabinetry and doors were solid. Appliances were high quality. Bed was comfortable and the condo was spotless. Sitting on the balcony and listening to/watching the waves was comforting.

Vacation trip

The rental unit was really clean and comfortable. It was a very elegant unit! It was roomie and had all the amenities that were necessary. The property was excellent and the pools and grounds were first rate. The location on the beach was also a great asset. This was one of the best properties we’ve stayed on in the islands. Having the grocery store across the street was an asset as well. My mom and I had a really great experience overall. I would bring my family back to stay here when we visit Kauai again!

Absolutely amazing!

We loved this place so much. We could not have asked for a better situation for our family since we could go out in the morning or afternoon and do an activity or sightseeing and then my 4-year old could spend the rest of the time in the amazing pool! The room was spotless, the kitchen was better than my kitchen at home (even had plenty of plastic containers for leftover fruit and food which is rare in rentals and a huge bonus for me). We took the cooler and beach chairs with us on many excursions and it made our stay fantastic. Check in/out was as easy as possible. Highly recommend staying here!

Clean and famliy friendly

This resort and unit were perfect for our family Kuaui getaway. The unit had everything we needed! There was a pack n play, cooler and beach toys/umbrella. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking and eating (minus a wine opener, haha, we improvised). The bed was super soft and the AC worked great. The resort was great and had an awesome pool area!!

Waipouli is Always Excellent!

This was our third time at Waipouli in four years. We always stay for 12-14 days or so. Family also rents a nearby unit so we are ensured lots of memory-making. This unit is exceptionally quiet and shaded from the sun. We loved the ocean view. We tuned and played the uke on the wall. Thanks for everything!

The apartment had a fully stocked kitchen, upper scale appliances, very clean and comfortable. You could stay in the resort all day if you wanted to. There was a beautiful pool and you where a short walk to the beach. Mcdonalds and a grocery was across the street. Liue airport was 6 miles away.

Nice Property in a Convenient Location

Communication was great via the Hospitality app. Condo was clean and everything well taken care of. It's convenient to airport and shopping. You can walk to Safeway! Loved the slide at the pool. Bed was comfortable and it was easy to sleep because not noisy. Our only complaint was we wished it had more storage. We had to store our suitcases and golf club travel bags between the couch and the bar. Other than that, it was great.

Kauai vacay

First time on island. Property is very nice and the condo was clean and well stocked with items needed to enjoy the week. However, unlike all other VRBO rentals there were no non-perishable items in the kitchen so had to buy new before we could do any cooking. This property is at a resort not a community housing development. The buildings are difficult to locate in the dark which made arrival the first day challenging but after seeing the layout things were smooth. Great place for touring East to North side if island. We enjoyed our stay.

Amazing condo at beautiful resort

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased with H305. Very clean and updated. Furniture was comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you might need. Patio is much smaller than we expected, but a nice place to sit and have my morning coffee. On our final day a group checked in above us and it was pretty loud with them walking around, but otherwise the complex is very quiet. Perfect place to go relax.

Great location next to pool and elevator

Beautiful condo. Very well stocked, spacious. Beautiful view of the ocean. Parking was easy. The only negatives (minor) were the pullout couch bed was very uncomfortable. Needs a new mattress. The kitchen floor was slick, like oil had been spilled and mopped around, but some areas were sticky. 2 of us actually slipped on the kitchen floor walking barefoot. I would definitely stay here again though. Nice clean resort. Quiet. Not overcrowded. Convenient location across from safeway, near shops. Felt very safe to walk along the beach at night.

Amazing Stay!

This trip was to celebrate our first anniversary together. We make annual trips to Kauai, and this is by far the best accommodations we have had over the past 6 years. The condo was clean and provided all amenities we could possibly need during our 10-day stay. Multiple beach chairs, boogie boards, and a convenient cooler for beach days as well as cooking utensils and everything we needed for our indoor meals. The bathroom was spacious and provided ample towels and toiletries. The bed was incredibly comfortable and having a tv in the bedroom was a treat as well. The location of the property is important to us as we like to travel around the island, but the location of this unit specifically was perfect for us as we like to frequent the pool, beach, and barbeques. We were right by the elevator, so everything was very accessible. Thank you for making our first anniversary stay memorable! We will definitely be back!

NOT OCEANFRONT BARELY OCEANVIEW

Neither from the living/dining room nor from the bedroom did we have an oceanfront view. If we sat on the bedroom ledge which was called a deck and had been outfitted with a table and two chairs, we had an oceanview. If we sat on the sofa or at the correct angle at the dining room table and looked through the narrow side window we had an oceanview. Otherwise, we were out of luck. This was totally misleading advertising and therefore quite overpriced. The spotless condo was well comfortable and well outfitted for the two of us.
