Beautiful Mountain Views! This condo has been completely updated with high speed fiber optic internet, new furniture, appliances and renovated bathrooms. It has a king bed in the master suite along with a flat screen TV. Master bath has double sinks and large shower. The guest bedroom downstairs has 2 double beds near the main floor full bathroom. The living room has a flat screen TV, DVD player and sofa sleeper. Stackable washer and dryer, all new full size stainless steel appliances including stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. Horse shoe pit, fitness center, pool table, grass volleyball court, outside soaking tubs and indoor heated swimming pool.

Clean and convenient

The property was clean, communication with the manager, Brandon, was easy. The location is great, especially helpful is the shuttle to the mountain and onsite ski rental.

Family reunion

I thought it was a real nice property. And I really liked the fact that I didn’t have to stop at the office to check in. So nice to just have a code. It was close proximity to where we were having a family reunion so it worked out perfectly.

We had a great time celebrating our daughter’s graduation from Texas A&M. We enjoyed skiing, snowmobiling, and the train ride. Everything was perfect.

Our stay was excellent. The only suggestion would be to put a wall air conditioner in each room on the wall. Otherwise everything else was great.

Stay in snow.

Nice convenient place to stay if skiing Purgatory or Kendall in Silverton. Easiest to unload the vehicle from the top then pull to the covered parking area. Condo was spacious and had everything needed for a family of 5. Property manager was very helpful as well. Would choose to say here again.

Nice Condo

The condo was great. The property amenities are not that good. The pool was cold and the game room closed at 5pm. Also, the restaurant has closed down so there are no dining options. I would recommend certain on the bedroom windows so the sun is not shinning in so early.

Last minute getaway!

The experience booking our stay was easy, it was our first time renting with VRBO, just wish that there wasn’t such a big fee from VRBO and the cleaning fee as we basically cleaned up after ourselves: stripped the beds, took the trash out and washed the dishes. Beautiful condo in a beautiful mountain setting! The pool, hot tub and sauna was nice! If you have somebody with asthma or unable to walk stairs this may not be an ideal place for you to stay. The walk from the parking downstairs is a task! Overall we had a great stay!

Great condo and location

The condo was great as far as location, furniture, updated appliances. The only complaints are that the laundry room smelled strongly of sewage and made the whole place stink. Even before we had used the washer/dryer. Also the Wi-Fi wasn’t even strong enough to make calls sometimes and the upstairs tv was useless as the signal wasn’t strong enough for me to even login to any streaming services. Was hard to get internet anywhere but the living room. Overall a very nice experience though.

Such a nice condo

Brandon was very helpful when we had a credit card issue before our arrival. We really loved our stay here! The condo was very clean and cute, had all of the kitchen supplies we needed, plenty of space for our family of four. We brought our own pickle ball equipment and had fun playing on the court. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and sauna on the property. Agree with other reviewers that it’s easiest to park up top to unload/load the car and then parked under the covered parking the remainder of the time. Lots of stairs, so be prepared. The stairs in the condo are squeaky but that is our only very minor complaint. We loved everything about this place and highly recommend it! Thank you for a great visit.

Amazing vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great condo in a great location. Just 2 miles away from purgatory ski resort. Really beautiful decoration, well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds, tasteful decor. We rented five different units in the building, and this one was by far the best! Unusual to have laundry in the unit apparently. Well stocked with soap, laundry, paper goods, and coffee. Plenty of covered parking and free firewood available. This side of the building has a nice view of the woods. Property had hot tub, swimming pool, and gym that we never got a chance to use. Even ski rentals on the property. Only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Reviewer Comments: Our group of 6, 4 teens and 2 adults, had a great stay on the mountain at this property.Pros: clean, close to Purgatory, shuttle, plenty of bedding and towels, Brandon (propter manager was fantastic! Answered his phone the 2 times I called- for small silly questions- and was helpful and so kind), pantry area, in unit washer/dryer.Cons: not enough dishes and utensils (had to run the dishwasher between each meal. We bought disposable stuff so it worked out fine), could use new bath towels (they were very clean, just thin and stiff from use), hot water runs out quickly.Overall we had a great stay and would stay here again!

Great Durango Mountain Condo

Everything in the condo was nice and in great shape. Check in and check out process was super simple and easy. We had a little trouble locating which building the condo was in at first and had to review the property signage. The condo complex has incredible views of the San Juan mountains and the drive up and down the mountain from downtown Durango was scenic. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay for our family for the week while we explored Southwest Colorado.

Great spot

My husband and I very much enjoyed our time at this spot! It was quiet and very roomy for two people. We enjoyed having the ability to grocery shop and cook some of our own meals since we were pretty far from town. The one thing everyone should be aware of is where to park your car and where the entrance to the building is. We showed up late and struggled to find the right spot to park, but once we did, it was perfect!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay here. Everything was clean and they supplied almost everything we needed. The only things that were lacking were Tupperware for leftovers and plastic bowls and cups. I have a toddler and it was nerve wracking watching him drink from a glass. We should have brought our own. There's no AC but it stayed cool enough for us to be comfortable with the fans on and windows open. The downstairs bedroom did get pretty warm since it didn't have a ceiling fan. The indoor hot tub was great but the pool was freezing cold and I couldn't stand it more than a few minutes. The location was great, right in the middle of all the things we wanted to do. We want to come back during winter.

Great Property!

This was a perfect spot for our family! We had two boys that could stay up watching movies when my husband and I went upstairs to bed. The condo was incredibly nice and updated. Beautiful views. The only surprise we had were the amount of stairs from the garage. We parked up top to load our car when we left and it was much easier. The hallways were a little bare but once we were in our condo we loved it!!
