Notre condo d'une chambre comprend un loft, une cuisine complète et une salle de bain complète. Il est idéalement situé à côté de toutes les commodités du complexe, notamment une piscine chauffée, un bain à remous et un centre de remise en forme.

Venez profiter de vos vacances à la montagne du Colorado dans ce loft mis à jour où le sud-ouest rencontre un design moderne. Des couchages confortables pour 6 personnes - comprennent un lit queen au niveau principal, un lit queen dans le loft, plus un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. La cuisine rénovée est équipée d'un réfrigérateur, de quatre plaques de cuisson, d'un four, d'un four micro-ondes et d'une cafetière.

LES COMMODITÉS SUR PLACE COMPRENNENT: piscine intérieure, piscine extérieure chauffée, bain à remous, sauna, douche à vapeur, centre de fitness, golf, tennis, aire de jeux, restaurant et bar, centre d'événements. Il y a aussi une navette de ski d'hiver offerte à des heures fixes pour nos clients à destination et en provenance du purgatoire.

Politique d'annulation: Un paiement de 300 $ est requis au moment de la réservation. Ce paiement de 300 $ est appliqué sur le montant total dû et n'est remboursable que dans les 72 heures suivant la réservation. Si votre date d'arrivée est dans les 45 jours suivant la réservation, le paiement intégral est exigé au moment de la réservation. Les annulations ou les modifications qui entraînent un séjour écourté, qui sont effectuées dans les quarante-cinq (45) jours de la date d'arrivée, perdent la totalité du montant de la réservation tandis que les annulations faites plus de quarante-cinq (45) jours avant votre arrivée ne sont perdues que le paiement de 300 $ effectué au moment de la réservation. Pour les réservations d'au moins trente (30) nuits, la politique d'annulation ci-dessus passe à soixante (60) jours avant la date d'arrivée. Nous offrons une assurance voyage.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo need lots of updating!!!! The bathroom shower needs complete overall... shower head did not work well, hair dryer did not work at all... In the living area the light fixture was tied up however every time you walked by it hit you... overall this unit we would not recommend... Not worth the money... Also downstairs bed very uncomfortable... The property surroundings is very nice!!

Wonderful family lodge

We really enjoyed sleeping upstairs ! That bed is amazing! Could you tell us the brand? We all took turns sly up there! Could definitely used another one downstairs! The couch made a great bed for two kiddos! My boys enjoyed the pickle ball courts! My hubby enjoyed the pools, jacuzzi & sauna! I could have used a warm water pool! I freeze to death .Very cold and rainy when we were there! We would definitely stay again !

Durango vacation

The location was a little further outside the city than I thought but it was well within reach of all the local activities. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. We were vacatioing in the area but my husband was interested in returning for a golf outing. Great stay.

It had enough space for us and having the kitchen made a huge difference. We had a little issue locating the dishwasher power (it's not the switch) but we called maintenance and they were there in no time and got it all squared away. The pool, hot tub and gym were also a nice treat! Over all we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Nice place to stay

Enjoyed staying at this condo and lodge. This condo’s fold down Murphy bed was a great option and much more comfortable to sleep on rather than a sofa bed. Really enjoyed the heated pools as well! The loft area is actually big enough in my opinion to put a second bed and then more people would have a bed. But as it’s currently setup, 4 people is about max. I definitely recommend this condo.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Frankly, we were disappointed. The bed in the master bedroom was sway backed and in order to get a good night’s sleep we had to use the Murphy bed downstairs. We looked forward to playing golf for 3 days and upon completion, sitting poolside. Upon arrival, we found out that we had to make reservations for the pool area as there was a limit placed on usage. Sometime during the evening of our last night on property, the drain line in the tub filled a quarter of the tub with dirt and who knows what else. We didn’t realize this had happened until after 10 pm and the maintenance staff was gone for the day. We checked out and left for our final round of golf without being able to take a shower. At checkout, we were disappointed to see that despite the limitation on the use of resort facilities, we were still charged a daily resort fee. In addition, since the room was never cleaned while we were in it, we paid not only a daily cleaning fee, but a surcharge for COVID 19 cleaning. We will never stay at one of your facilities again.

Bathroom was very clean and nice. Lighting was extremely inadequate and outlets were hit or miss for working. Curtains did not close due to curtain rods, that is an easy fix that should be made by condo owner. Murphy bed was very hard, sofa was decent. Upstairs bed was a bit worn out. Condo was clean and worked, just needs some TLC. Property amenities were great!

Location and surroundings awesome. Living quarters were ok but not great. We have stayed at a couple different rooms in the lodge and the others were better. Beds were ok not great. No curtains or shades on windows. Freezer in fridge needed defrosted. We were not spending alot of time in the room so not a big deal but we expected a bit better. It was clean and served us fine.

There were small pine cones on the floor and under the sofa. The Murphy bed had small blood stain drops on the mattress as well as a strange stain. Some of the pillow cases also had blood stains on them. There was no toilet paper and the sink in the kitchen area drained very slowly and had an odor.

The only issue we had was the bathroom shower, the drain was extremely slow to drain and water pooled while showering. We did call maintenance and they sent someone right away to work on it, but it didn't make a difference. Also, our keys we deactivated twice for some reason. We were cautious to keep them away from phones but it was still an issue throughout the stay.

I stayed at this property for 30+ nights and had everything I needed. The resort property is beautiful and the fitness area and pool was great. The onsite restaurant Basecamp was fantastic, food was amazing and had a great wine selection and featured local beers.

Beautiful neighborhood

The ground was perfectly kept, our condo was clean and tidy. The gym, sauna, indoor and outdoor pools are a great bonus. The location give you great accessibility to visit other cities in the area. However there were several electric plugs that didn’t work and burned out light bulbs.
