Proudly hosted by Island Rentals of Hilton Head, 77 Lawton Road is a beautifully updated three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom home tucked away in the quiet Lawton Woods community of Sea Pines. Designed with vaulted ceilings and coastal-inspired décor, this spacious retreat offers a welcoming blend of comfort, style, and functionality—perfect for families or groups seeking a relaxing island escape.

The open and airy main living area invites everyone to gather, featuring a generous living room, an additional sitting area, and a dining space that flows seamlessly together. The well-equipped kitchen makes preparing meals easy, whether you’re enjoying casual breakfasts or family dinners at home. The oversized first-floor primary suite provides a private haven with a King bed, large flat-screen TV, additional seating area, walk-in closet, and a full en suite bathroom. Upstairs, two thoughtfully arranged bedrooms each offer a Queen and Twin bed configuration along with their own private en suite bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.

Step outside to discover an inviting outdoor living space highlighted by a brand-new private pool, which may be heated seasonally for an additional fee. The spacious deck is ideal for unwinding after a day of island adventures, with Adirondack chairs gathered around a cozy gas fire pit. Guests will also enjoy complimentary adult bicycles and backpack beach chairs, making it easy to explore all that Sea Pines has to offer. Ideally located near the Sea Pines Beach Club, world-class golf and tennis, Harbour Town, and South Beach Marina, this home places you close to Hilton Head’s most iconic attractions while offering a peaceful retreat to return to at the end of the day.

The pool and hot tub were always easy and pleasant to use. The house had everything we needed, so nothing felt inconvenient. Our whole family loved it so much — we honestly didn’t want to leave. It was truly a wonderful place to stay.

Relaxing getaway

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The kids loved the pool. All bedrooms have access to their own bathroom. The primary is a huge space with lots of room to relax away from the others. Sea Pines has excellent amenities with the beach club, bike trails, etc.

Loved the house!

The house was perfect in every way for our family; we enjoyed the hot tub probably the most with the weather being chillier than we had planned. Kitchen was well stocked and loved the touches of towels and bathroom supplies being wrapped up! Only negative would be the upstairs beds were very soft and squeaky according to our adult children. Would definitely rent this house again if ever in HHI again!

Fantastic House and Location!

This is a fantastic house and I highly recommend it. The check in process is a bit frustrating as you have to pick up a piece of paper prior to gate entrance. Added a lot of time due to how hard it was to find the check in office at night with limited lighting. The paper could have been emailed or mailed to make the process easier.

Wonderful, wooded neighborhood house

Our family stayed with our teenagers for a week and we loved the neighborhood with the oak trees, spanish moss, shade, and easy access to the bike trails. The pool was used daily by the teens and the hot tub was fun at night. The inside kitchen and dining area was very large and easy to fit all of our food and kids. We absolutely loved the large master bedroom so secluded from the rest of the house and the separate garden tub was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

Fanastic property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed this property very much. It is very 'homey' unlike some rental properties I've experienced that lack the "extras" (wall & table decor, kitchen utensils/appliances, beach chairs, extra blankets/pillows, fire pit, grill, scent diffusers, etc.). It's location is central to all that Sea Pines has to offer so a quick bike ride will get you to shopping, dining, the beach/Beach Club and the fitness center and the stables and Preserve are within walking distance. The newly added pool and spa were clean/clear and frequently used during our November stay due to them being heated (addt'l cost). It is a bit odd to have this amenity in the FRONT of the property but the house is on a cul-de-sac so traffic was very minimal and privacy wasn't a huge issue. Our family had plenty of room to spread out as each bedroom has their own bathroom (either en suite or just outside the room) and there was also plenty of seating in the common living spaces so everyone was able to enjoy their own space. There is even a handful of board games and cards that we took advantage of during rainy times :)We had one issue w/the pool/spa heat that was quickly remedied by the property management company who also issued a credit for the day when it was not turned on (without a refund being requested). Communication prior to our stay was also sufficient to make us aware of the check-in/access/check-out procedures. I'd definitely recommend this property to someone looking for a reasonably priced rental located in a quiet but convenient location that offers a lot of space and amenities!

Reviewer Comments: We have been vacationing on Hilton Head for many years, and out of all the homes we have stayed in, this one has become one of our favourites. The house is just the right size, not too big nor too small, and it feels like home. It was well-maintained and equipped with everything we needed. We really enjoyed spending time in the outdoor area, especially the hot tub and pool.We did have two concerns that we shared with the management company. Firstly, there were no instructions for using the hot tub controls, and secondly, the hot tub would automatically shut down from 8:20-9:10 pm each night.We are grateful to the owners for sharing their home with us, and we are looking forward to returning next year.

Great Stay

We’ve stayed in several properties in Sea Pines and this is one of our favorites. It’s nicely updated and spacious. The property management company was easy to work with and answered several questions for me. The teens with us loved the pool and having two bathrooms upstairs. For anyone worried about the pool being in the front, don’t be. It’s a very quiet street, and the front yard is set back from the road. Overall the property was clean- the bathrooms and kitchen were definitely clean. We had a great experience and would stay here again.

Great long weekend

My family and I enjoyed our time staying at 77 Lawton. I found the pool to be less visible from the road than I anticipated and we enjoyed spending time in the sun. The beach is a short bike ride and the access location is not crowded at any time of day. The home was clean and spacious. We had no maintenance issues. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Interior, Nice Pool

Overall very pleased with stay. Pool and hot tub were great for the kids. Unexpected that they were actually in the front of the space, but fended in well and easy to keep watch on kids. The inside of the house was beautiful. Lots of space and clean. Back of house had lovely sitting area with fire element. Some issues with bugs but the property management team is addressing. Nothing out of the ordinary for the area, I believe.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I shared this home with my brother and sister-in-law. The house worked out great and allowed us the opportunity for guests with the extra bedroom. The area off the living room allowed for a reading/music/computer area where you were able to be with the others, but able to do your own thing. We loved the deck! We could see the horseback riders from the stables through the trees as they passed. Enjoyed having the bikes. Some plumbing issues, but the management company took care of it.
