Property was well maintained. Very clean kitchen and bathrooms. Views from the covered balcony included dolphins, fishing trawlers and Dasfuskie Island.Host was caring and easily contacted if any issues arose.Plenty of cookware.

Thank you for your review. Our guests over the years have enjoyed the view from the two balconies. We have placed new Polywood furniture on balconies … including outdoor rugs, 2 gliders, 4 armchairs and , all on the large balcony are counter height chairs so your view is not restricted by the railings. We strive to keep our villa spotless… thank you for mentioning that aspect of our villa. We are thankful for a super, personal cleaning service !! Our goal is to provide a comfortable, well equipped, updated and exceptionally clean getaway for vacationers . We so appreciate you being our guest and hope to see you again !!!

Third time in this villa and still love it. Great beach view location and easy access to pool. Villa is VERY well stocked with everything and anything you might need; very clean and great, communicative hosts. The parade of deer below the balcony every morning and evening is a bonus.

This was our second time staying here and had another great vacation!! We love the property and the South Beach area. Margie and Gavin are great hosts and we appreciate all the amenities they offer. We highly recommend!!

Fabulous condo located next to the salty dog. Beautiful water view, 2 porches, heated pool, short boardwalk walk to the beach. Extremely well appointed (updated everything, plenty of kitchen supplies, plenty of tvs, bath supplies, towels, etc). Comfortable beds and seating. Lots of natural light and amazing sunsets. The owners are extremely responsive and easy to work with! Super quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Our host was incredibly communicative, accommodating, and helpful throughout our stay. The home had everything we needed, from a well-stocked kitchen to all the essentials in the bathroom, which made everything feel easy and comfortable.One of our favorite parts was sitting on the porch and watching the dolphins, deer, and pelicans! It was such a peaceful and beautiful way to start and end our days. The location was also perfect, with an easy walk to the Salty Dog for a quick bite after a full day at the beach.Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. We loved the combination of convenience, beautiful views, and relaxing coastal atmosphere. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway!

Bath and Body soap dispensers are filled, extra washing machine and dishwater detergents are restocked, extra garbage bags, and dishes, cookware for any meal you need to prepare and enjoy are available for your use... toys, books for all ages and games... and the list goes on. What can I say. Another amazing week in Hilton Head. Amazing location. Just minutes from the beach, Salty dog, tennis or pickleball. Beautifully furnished villa with all amenities. Just bring your clothes. Margie does a great job communicating the check in and check out process. We have stayed here for 4 years and always look forward to coming back.

This was a beautiful property with stunning views just sitting on the sofa or outside on the patio. Everyday we saw deer right out back and one day we were incredibly lucky to see some dolphins in the sound. There was a heron everyday out by the little pond off of the balcony. Just beautiful! It was very clean and had everything my family needed. Margie was a fantastic host. She communicated everything and extras along the way. And I reached out to her with a question right after we checked in she got back to me immediately and had an answer. We really appreciated her!

Thank you for your review and your kind remarks. It is definitely a treat to be sipping a cup of coffee in the mornings and enjoying watching deer from the balcony. Some of our favorites opportunities at our home is the short walk to the beach, watching the dophins, the endless bike/walking paths, having access to pickleball courts and tennis courts, heated/cooled pool, and the South Beach Marina and Salty Dog Restaurant just across the street. It is our pleasure to provide you with a 10 * vacation home. We take tremendour pride in our home and treating our guests as if they were our guests in our permanent home in NC. We want our home to be the best rental on The Island, and our guests to be the happiest and best cared for guests , as well. We hope to see you soon!

Villa is updated, in outstanding condition and immaculately clean. Location on the beach is close to restaurants, ice cream, shops, biking trails, and other sights. Washer and dryer are new and convenient. The host, Margie, was exceptional in communicating and responding to questions. We would absolutely return for any future trip to Hilton Head!

Thank u for taking the time to review our villa. The location is ideal!! Not only are our guests across the street from Salty Dog Restaurant , but also tennis, pickle ball courts , tennis courts and bike rental are available, too!! The views from our balconies are amazing . It is our goal to keep our home in tip top condition by replacing appliances or furnishing when those begin to show wear. We have new carpet in bedrooms, new dishwasher and new outdoor Polywood furniture will be delivered by mid May. We appreciate our guests and desire their vacation in our home to be memorable . We are always delighted to knowing our guest had a wonderful vacation.

This vacation spot has so much to offer! The villa is beautiful and fully stocked. It offers ample balcony space with beautiful views of the sound. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing on the beach and walking the nature paths throughout Sea Pines. Salty Dog’s, right across the street, is always a good time. We also recommend for dining Hudson’s and Old Oyster Factory, where the food is delicious and the views can’t be beat. This villa really has everything!

Hi! Our stay was the best ever! From the start, Margie and Gavin gave us tons of information and communication. On arrival, the condo was immaculate, welcoming and clean. We loved all the windows and beautiful views over the water. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy ourselves. Our kids loved the heated pool and easy walk to the beach and over to the Salty Dog. We couldn’t have asked for anything more and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Margie and Gavin’s place.

The villa was beautiful! The pool was nice and access to the beach very easy. The bay was full of dolphins as close as 5-10 feet from shore. Easy walk to the Salty Dog. We had a great time!

We had a wonderful week! The condo had everything you needed and was very clean. Perfect location, very peaceful and a short walk to the beach. The Salty Dog and bike rental is just across the street which was very convenient. The owners were great to work with and thoughtful. This was by far one of the best places we stayed and would highly recommend!!
