Shorewood 201 - 3 chambres Direct Ocean Front avec des vues spectaculaires!

Les clients séjournant au Shorewood 201 bénéficient d'une vue panoramique sur l'océan Atlantique et la plage à perte de vue. Après des heures passées dans les vagues, les vacanciers reviennent de l'océan en empruntant la promenade privée pour aller à la plage, puis plongent dans la piscine en bord de mer ou dans un spa chauffé en saison. La piscine est chauffée du 1er mars au 30 avril et du 1er octobre au 30 novembre. Les tout-petits ont une pataugeoire séparée. Shorewood est un bâtiment avec ascenseur de cinq étages situé à South Forest Beach. Parmi les commodités offertes sur l’île de Hilton Head, Shorewood se trouve à deux pâtés de maisons du Coligny Beach Market, un pittoresque centre-ville qui propose à ses clients un large choix de restaurants, de boutiques et de divertissements pour tous les âges. Cette propriété joliment meublée dispose d'un patio extérieur confortable situé sur le balcon surplombant l'océan. Le condo a un grand plancher en stratifié, une nouvelle cuisine mise à jour et de nouveaux meubles partout.
Lit king dans la chambre principale, lit queen dans la chambre 2, deux lits jumeaux dans la chambre 3 et un canapé-lit queen-size dans le salon.

Unit was exactly as pictured, clean and nicely furnished No surprises. View was enjoyable. The weather didn’t cooperate where we could enjoy patio however we’re able to enjoy the view from inside

Beautiful, spacious condo with gorgeous views and a very short, easy walk to the beach. The pool and hot tub area were also very nice. This location is close to Coligny and an easy drive to many restaurant options. We will definitely stay here again!

The condo was very beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The only issue that I had was that the beds were a bit worn.. Great location near everything.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The condo was beautiful and in a wonderful location. The view of the ocean was spectacular and the proximity to the pool and beach access was just perfect. We will definitely come back!

We had to buy drain cleaner to remedy the situation. Also the queen bed in the back bedroom could use a new mattress. The condo kitchen was well stocked.

Great location, twin beds need replaced

We have stayed at Shorewood for 20 years. First time staying in 201. Location is great. The only complaint is the twin mattresses. They are terrible and need to be replaced. They are okay for small children but not for teenager or adults. I will continue to stay at Shorewood but I will not rent 201 again if the twin beds/mattresses are not replaced.

Overall we were happy with the condo but it did need some TLC. It needed a deep clean, floors and area rugs were dirty. It would have helped if there was a broom or vacuum available as well. The staff were amazing with any issues or concerns we had, answered/fixed immediately.

Fans helped but not great for sleeping. They checked it out and said the unit was new. The dryer was broken and ripped 2 items of clothing. The managers did replace it the next day. There was a very strong "sulfur" smell in the washing machine water and the master bathroom. Had to "live" with it. Very little storage for beach items and bathroom items. The unit is beautiful, we loved the location and the pool. The dining/living area was beautiful and spacious. Not sure we will book this unit again mostly because of the A/C problems.

Updating and cleanliness.

This is the third year we have stayed at Shorewood. Did not like the fact we had to stop by rental office to pick up parking passes and swim bands. They have always been in our room before. The email I received said we could call, email or come by office to get code. That apparently didn’t matter because no parking pass or swim bands. The unit itself had been updated, but not enough for what they charged per week. I was expecting a lot more. All the bathrooms were nicely updated. The mattresses needed to be replaced. The refrigerator seal did not close properly. Had to give it an extra shove to get it to completely close. Dryer needed to be replaced. It took towels almost 3 hours to dry. Ridiculous! Speaking of towels, only 1 washcloth per person? So we had to wash frequently and then took forever to dry. Light over stove did not work. So many little things that needed attention. Could have been really nice with a little attention. The unit was not as clean as I would have expected. Dust bunnies in closets and various other places. Needs a deep cleaning. I don’t like giving bad reviews but I also appreciate being honest and letting others know what to expect.

The refrig door does not close completely and the repair man was in to work on the ice maker but we still had no ice. We also would have liked to have a broom to sweep up the floors and the patio.

It was a very spacious 3 bedroom condo that was beautifully decorated in an amazing location.The downside was the smell of the condo. It was VERY musty and we couldn’t clear it out. For that reason, I probably wouldn’t stay here again. I didn’t get a response from the office when asking for help with it. Also, there was no shower curtain in one of the bathrooms, we had to use the other bathrooms for showers.
