Clean, modern & comfortable two bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom down stairs no internal access holiday home in great location! 

This beautiful home is perfect for a family getaway/ surfing adventure, recently undergoing some minor updates that include the following: new bedding, lounge suite, curtains, freshly polished floor boards throughout, other benefits include good sized kitchen with storage & dishwasher, single lock up garage and second bathroom downstairs.

The front deck takes advantage of views across the golf course to the ocean, summer breezes.

Property accommodates up to 6 maximum.

Easy 200 metre walking distance to shops, beach, club, bowls and golf - what are you waiting for, make this your next stop!

Please note: Personal linen is not provided and guests will need to bring their own sheets, towels and pillowcases. If you would like to hire linen, this can be provided at an additional cost.

Upstairs Bath room could do with a bit of a renovation, and possible adding ceiling fans. we were extremely happy and have booked this property again for the coming year , the Use of the garage was great so we didn't need to keep brining up and down the stairs the beach stuff.

Couldn't have asked for a better position, but the house feels like it could have a bit of TLC.In particular the showerhead needs to be fixed. And we couldn't get the dryer to work (which is a problem with LOTS of beach towels!).An outdoor shower somewhere, or a hose to get sand off your feet wouldn't hurt for a beach house.

The property was great recommend staying there to all my friends and family for sure.

Clean when we arrived, the house was lovely simple and everything inside user friendly, I will say we weren’t able to use the wifi not sure why not? Other little minor things but other then those it was awesome.

So close to the shops and cafes and beach. Very handy having the full kitchen and laundry. Rooms are well set out and furniture is lovely. Booking process with Elders could have been improved. We booked through and lots of emails are sent to us that were inconsistent between Elders and that required phone calls to confirm.

The view was beautiful, we experienced some amazing sunsets and it was lovely to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the was so easy to walk into the town centre for shopping and to eat out. We would definitely return for our next stay in Crescent.

Reviewer Comments: Generally the experience was good with the house being neat, tidy and a nice view.The booking arrangements were disappointing to begin with, as the initial booking had been confirmed and then I was informed that the dates could not be kept. However, once the rescheduling of dates had been reconfirmed then things were OK.
