Enjoy our seasonally heated swimming pool and stay in our unique villa located in a beautiful cherry blossom neighborhood near White Rock Beach, Crescent Beach, the U.S. border, and Canada’s longest pier.

Nestled in a safe and quiet residential area, our home is ideal for families and small groups. Each bedroom features large windows overlooking the pool and spacious backyard, with doors providing convenient outdoor access. Guests have private access to all rooms from both inside and outside the home. During your stay, you’re welcome to enjoy the piano, guitar, and other entertainment amenities.

As required by local regulations, the host lives on the same property. However, your guest suite is completely private, separated by an exterior wall with its own entrance. You will have exclusive use of your accommodation and will not be disturbed during your stay.

For safety purposes, one security camera is installed facing the pool area only.

House Rules

1. Pool Heating

* The pool heater is seasonally available.
* The pool is heated from July through mid-September.
* Heating is available upon request during April, May, June, and September for an additional fee:
* First day: $350
* Each additional day: $300
* A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to heat the pool.

2. Pool Safety

* Swim at your own risk.
* All guests entering the property must sign a liability waiver before using the pool.

3. Occupancy

* Maximum 6 registered guests are permitted on the property.
* Children must be 7 years of age or older.
* Please message us if your situation is different before booking.

4. Quiet Hours

* No swimming after 12:00 a.m. (midnight).
* Quiet hours are from 9:30 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
* Please respect our peaceful residential neighborhood.

5. Parties

* No parties, events, loud music, shouting, or excessive noise at any time.

6. Visitors

* Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Unregistered visitors are not allowed.

7. Smoking

* Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including inside the house and on the pool deck.

8. Outdoor Lighting

* Please turn off the deck lights when they are not in use.

9. Pool Etiquette

* Please dry off before entering the house.
* Use the pool towels provided. Do not use bath towels for the pool.

10. Cooking

* Light cooking only.
* Please avoid heavy cooking or foods with strong odors.
* No curry or heavily spiced cooking.

11. Musical Instruments

* Please treat the piano, guitar, and other musical instruments with care and respect.

12. Child Safety Locks

* Some cabinets containing cleaning supplies are secured with child safety locks. Please do not attempt to open them.
