2 bedrooms, 1 full bath and kitchen, ground floor garden suite with 2-3 steps to the entrance. (Note: This property has no wheelchair accessible)

Private unit contains with private entrance. Bedroom#1, bedroom#2(Living/Flex Room) and kitchen.

Bedroom#1: 1 Queen size bed

Bedroom#2: This is a Flex room for living area with a comfortable Double bed, plus a easy setup full size Sofa-bed (just pull out) as a third bed if needed. Extra bedding, blankets and sheets provided in the sofa compartment.

The suite was very nice and sits on a lovely property. There was ample room for 2 people. It was easy to communicate with our hosts and we gratefully accepted fresh fruit from their garden and cookies baked for us. The only inconvenience was the noise created by whoever stays upstairs. Thanks for a great stay!

A very comfortable stay - thank you Winnie (and your daughter ) for the homemade banana bread loaves. They were very tasty!The location was quiet and ideal for where we needed to be. Overall we would definitely stay there again!

We had a fantastic stay at Winnie’s! Winnie and her family were incredibly welcoming and truly went the extra mile to make us comfortable. The home was spotless, thoughtfully stocked, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect—close to our essentials—yet the neighbourhood was quiet, so we slept soundly every night. We’d happily stay again and will book with Winnie the next time we’re in the area.

Great location and comfortable stay

We found this location at the last minute for a 10 days stay. It was very cozy and comfortable for our family of four, the small rooms are quite well organized and we had enough room for two small children to run around. The beds and towels were so soft, and the host was really nice and so was communication. They left us treats, fruits and kind words. As for the location, it was great for us to move around by car. Outside of traffic hours, getting to and back from Vancouver was quite convenient. We highly recommend this property!

Reno stay

Wonderful find of an alternative for a stay close to home. We had a renovation and I work shift work and needed a quiet place for my overnight shifts, this was very central and Winnie and Alex are gracious awesome hosts. If you find yourself looking for somewhere in Metro Vancouver this is a gem!

Nice and cozy

We had a very nice stay at Winnie‘s place. The flat was exactly as described in the advert. Everything was very clean and tidy. The kitchen was superbly equipped. Winnie also provided us with salad and berries from the garden. Very warm and loving.

Garden Suite review

Hosts were friendly and very welcoming with excellent communication before and during our stay. Clean and comfortable and accurate to the listing. Quiet area. No issues with parking. Great location close to shopping and to our activities. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This spot was perfect for my wife and while we explored Vancouver. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood this an ideal place for a getaway. The hosts were amazing! Winnie and Alex were wonderful!

Welcoming and Comfortable Suite

Our host provided a clean, welcoming suite and was always fast to respond to messages. The many snacks and even home-baked cookies were much appreciated. The mattress on the bed in the separate room was too hard, however.

top of the line

The grounds were well kept and organized. Easy assess to site and the suite. Suite was well stock, very clean and restful. The hosts were sociable and informative. Although the hosts have a dog and children, we heard nothing during our stay. This was one of the best stays we have had on our trips to Vancouver area and hope to stay there again on other trips. Great spot just outside of Vancouver.

My family and I planned a last minute get away from the states to escape the crazy 4th of July for our 15 month old. (Plus we needed to see how traveling with him felt now that he is very mobile, before planning a bigger trip). Winnie’s place was great and exactly what we needed for this first adventure. So many nice little touches, fresh backed cookies, lots of snacks. At one point Alex (Husband?) even offered us fresh items from the garden. The living space was great the one bedroom was a bit small (pictured showed this though) we hoped we could fit the pack and play in the room for him, It could fit but we worried our little one might pound on the walls. So wuick change of plans as we flip flopped things and he slept in the living room which worked fine. It was a hot few days but the provided fans helped a lot. Enough space for a family, Great shower, kitchen was well equipped. Some road noise but nothing too bad. Dogs up stairs were quite. Free street parking in front of the house. It’s close enough to attractions in Vancouver (but traffic can turn short trips into long waits). If we come back up north for a stay we will definitely consider staying again. Nice space, great hosts!
