This private and spacious 3 bedroom home has all the amenities you will need. A private back yard ideal for your furry friends and an open and relaxing layout inside. The top floor boasts two large bedrooms with ensuites with a third bedroom that doubles as a family room on the main floor. Located steps from the beach and walking or biking pathways. Stroll the Pier at Blackie Spit with abundant bird life, a 5km nature trail for walking and biking. Plenty of activities at your fingertips including swimming, tennis courts, board rentals and an off leash dog park and an off lease swimming beach. Plenty of great restaurants to explore in the village of Crescent Beach from casual to fine dining. Enjoy your stay in a tranquil and relaxing setting. Our host was very welcoming and available for questions, he met us and introduced us to the property in person, which was very helpful! The home was perfect for a family vacation; the rooms are huge, the kitchen is very well stocked and the setting is perfect for walking to the beach or over to the dog park.

Our family of six adults and two dogs had a wonderful time at Walt’s lovely home. It was Christmas, and he even had a little tree for us! Great location, comfortable and well-equipped.

Well-stocked kitchen w/gadgets and spices. If I had cooked, I would have been set. There were plenty of cleaning and bathroom supplies. Beautiful yard. No permanent fencing so dogs had to stay on a leash, but dog treats and poop bags were provided. Looks like the photos.We walked to the dog park and beach with the dogs and had a lovely time. We walked with the kids to have dinner. There were several nice restaurants within walking distance. Strong recommend on Palms Beach House, we also really like The Cabin.It is a tourist area and it is busy on weekend nights. We used to live in Clearwater Florida and we live on Vancouver Island now and it is properly busy. Lots of pedestrians, lots of families. I would say it's a fun, lively area. Nothing too unruly, but lots of loud talking and laughing/chatting.We were not prepared for the train horn several times all night- so brace for that. I used to live by train tracks so I never even looked- but I didn't live anywhere near busy roads so I never heard the horn at night. I am not sure if it was the trains or the announcer/PA system by the beach (concert? sports? Not loud enough to determine) or the proximity to the airport or what- but our Aussie got spooked after being outside and then was scared to go outside the whole time. The only door she would go out without the whole family leaving (our velcro dog) was the laundry room. I don't know why. Our Frenchie is the most nervous of the two, and he was unbothered. :::shrug:::

The house and yard is beautiful. It was the perfect location for our family. Two large bedrooms upstairs and a family room/bedroom on the main floor. Host was welcoming and great with communication.

Great place to stay! We really enjoyed the location where we could just walk to the beach. Place is nice and clean and has everything you need. Lots of space, beds are good, great bbq, really nice landscaping. Got lots of blackberries in the backyard! Thanks again Walt.

Great Property in a Fantastic Location

Walt was great to deal with from start to finish as our host. The property and home worked perfectly for our family (4 adults, 2 pre-teens, and one infant). We took advantage of the areas beautiful walking paths and access to the beach and local amenities. We highly recommend booking this property with Walt.

Crescent Beach Treasure

If you are looking at this house in Crescent Beach, BOOK IT! The house is as it appears in photos with lots of room to spread out. The two bedrooms upstairs are large with own en suites. Master is HUGE. The third bedroom has a comfortable Murphy bed that doubles as a TV room. All in all sleeps six comfortably. The kitchen is fully outfitted with everything you need to cook, including spices. The top-of-the-line bbq handy for outdoor cookout. There is a sunroom facing northeast and a covered outdoor lounge with comfortable furniture for sitting on misty days. The real treasure is in the backyard! Fully enclosed and borders on the park for privacy. Lots of room for kids to run and play outdoor games. Well maintain landscaping. Good parking with room for multiple cars in the driveway. The entrance to the paths in the park, is one door down. We enjoyed the location, just a block from the sandy Crescent Beach. We enjoyed time on the beach and walking down for amazing sunsets. The house is within walking distance are several restaurants, ice cream shops. Crescent Beach is a beach community, very safe and well maintained. This house is perfect for family stays and friend get aways. The owner was very responsive and helpful with information. Thank you for our memorable stay. We are looking for an excuse to book it again!

Christmas on the coast

We had a perfect stay at this lovely house. The owner was very warm and helpful, he even took the time to text me Christmas Day to check on us as there was a wind warning and wanted us to have the available candles ready. So thoughtful!I was looking for a place that I could cook Christmas dinner at and I was amazed at the how well stocked the kitchen was for a rental. The house itself was tastefully decorated and very comfortable as well as spacious. Walking paths and dog parks behind the house were a bonus for our dogs. I would highly recommend this house to families or get sways for friends!Thanks Walt

I wish every rental was this nice!

I had an amazing time at your property. It was so helpful when we arrived, and the place is gorgeous! The house is spotless, super inviting, and feels like home. There are multiple mini split heating and air units, and the fireplace works great for heating up the house when needed. I would definitely stay here again, and I probably will!

Crescent Beach Villa

It was a perfect home to have our families visit for dinner. The dogs also I loved the place. The offleash park is a short walk away and our dog was dragging us there as soon as we went out the front door. The house is very cozy and nicely decorated with a great kitchen to cook in.
