Cuisine rénovée et salle de bain complétées à l'été 2016. Ce condo d'une chambre peut accueillir jusqu'à quatre personnes avec un lit queen dans la chambre et un canapé-lit dans le salon. La cuisine entièrement équipée est parfaite pour préparer des repas à diner ou à emporter avec vous en déplacement. Le salon est un concept ouvert et la véranda est hors de la salle de séjour. Le mobilier est un mélange de rotin et d'accents tropicaux. Le salon a une nouvelle téléviseur à écran plat et il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse dans l'unité. Ce condo partage un couloir d'accès avec l'unité 1322, qui est également un condo rénové d'une chambre. Ces deux condos sont parfaits pour un groupe de famille ou d'amis qui voyagent ensemble.
Situé dans la construction d'un, ce condo se trouve à quelques minutes de marche de la plage de Charley Young, connue comme l'une des plages les plus populaires de Maui. Juste une courte promenade sur la route, vous trouverez le parc de la crique où vous pourrez apprendre à surfer ou à la paddle board. Everything you need!

I love staying at Maui vista. The staff are friendly and helpful. The condo has everything you need, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes, towels etc. Close to all the amenities and beaches. Had a great stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location in Kihei. Lots of amenities to feel like home. Comfortable bed and the AC kept the condo cool. View of the ocean from the balcony! The dishwasher could use some TLC - rotten smell when turned on or open. Also bathroom could have been a bit cleaner (mold on bathtub stopper)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit has a great location in Kihei, parking is included. Nice pool, tennis courts and a walk across the street to the beach. However there are bugs - of course you are in tropical country, but pest control visited during our stay. The furnishings are dated, bathroom sink stopper is annoying and there is no storage area for dry goods, otherwise well equipped. Lots of linens including beach towels included.

The sunsets are amazing. Maybe the beach gear could be updated, some of the chairs didn't work very well and neither did the beach umbrella but that was minor compared to everything that worked great !

The drapery in the living room were falling apart I called and let you know, but then found a review they were that in a review from July 2021. The condo could use painting and The baseboards were very dirty and walls were dirty. The kitchen was lacking small bowls and silverware. The bed was comfortable.

1323 Maui vista

We always stay at Maui Vista great location and units are always great. 1323 could use a little bit of TLC though, one of reasons we come here is for the beach the beach gear in our unit is crap! Unit is for 4 but only 3 broken chairs and an umbrella that should in the dumpster…. It all should ! The unit has great beds great shower but needs new drapes in the living room they worn from the sun and have huge holes in them the cookware and glassware really need to be replaced too . With very little money this unit could be a 5 star place. I’ m giving it a 4…… Aloha

February 2020 Stay

Condo was quite comfortable but a few things need to be replaced. ie: kettle as was very rusty, only had 1 wine glass so had to buy another one, utensils- need a new metal flipper as that was rusty too. also could use a few leftover containers as there were none. Kitchen drawers could use a cleaning as there was roach droppings throughout. unit fairly clean but baseboard and doors could use a wipe down. Beach chairs were really old and heavy. could be replaced with ones that are easier to carry.

great location

We always stay at the Maui Vista each year for a long stay. Great condos, across from Charly Young beach, walking distance to everything you need. Quiet, relaxing and life changing each visit.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at this apartment, its location is perfect, 10 mins from the main drag, 2 mins from Charley Young beach, the pool is perfect for kids and the BBQ's were excellent. All in all this place was great and I would definitely stay here again. The only minor issue is the furniture is a bit worn and could use a refresh, one of the couch cushions was ripped/worn through from use, not a big deal as it didn't impact our stay but just something that if you are renting a furnished apartment you'd expect the furniture to at least not have holes in it, again a minor issue and it wouldn't prevent me from looking at this place in the future.

Very good

Very well located just in front of Charley Young beach park. The condo is very nice and have all the equipment that we need. It was quiet and safe. If I go back to Maui, I will stay in the same place.

Beautiful condo.

Well-renovated condo. We especially loved the shower and the condo's proximity to the Charley Young Beach. I'm giving it 4 stars because one of the Tommy Bahama chairs was torn and because the pillows were too old and flat.
