Nous sommes un 2-3 minutes à pied de la belle Kamaole Beach III. Notre bâtiment est situé dans immeuble calme 5 au 2ème étage. Notre unité est près de l'ascenseur, mais assez loin pour ne pas entendre. En outre, il y a une belle vue sur l'océan de notre véranda!

La rénovation de notre unité est maintenant terminée et nous aimerions partager nos nouveaux ajouts avec vous! Ce condo offre une expérience de vacances améliorée et est entièrement équipé avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer de bonnes vacances. Les articles suivants viennent d'être terminés:

- Peinture fraiche
- Nouveaux planchers de tuiles de porcelaine dans toute l'unité (aucun tapis)
- Nouvelle chambre à coucher pour compléter le lit king
- Nouveau canapé dans le salon
- Une nouvelle télévision à écran plat haute définition de 46 pouces dans le salon
- Les deux salles de bains ont été rénovées avec de nouveaux comptoirs en granit, de nouveaux lavabos et robinets.
- Climatiseur neuf
- Nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse
- Nouveau chauffe-eau
- Nouveaux volets de la plantation dans la chambre
- Nouvelles chaises de cuisine

La cuisine est bien équipée avec des comptoirs en granit, un micro-ondes et des appareils en acier inoxydable. Un nouveau canapé a été ajouté au salon avec un nouveau téléviseur à écran plat 46 'et un nouveau lecteur Blue Ray. Profitez de la belle véranda pour se détendre ou dîner à l'extérieur tout en profitant de la belle vue sur le jardin du complexe tropical de 15 acres. Vous verrez également une vue sur l'océan!

Il est notre objectif ultime de vous fournir une excellente expérience de vacances. Cela ne veut pas une location typique que nous traitons notre unité comme notre deuxième maison. Puisque vous louez «propriétaire directe" de notre part, nous sommes en mesure de vous fournir un condo de qualité à un prix très compétitif!

Notre condo 1 chambre 2 salle de bains rénovées est un grand 818 pieds carrés et situé dans le magnifique complexe Kamaole Sands dans le sud de Maui. Avec accès par ascenseur pratique au 2ème étage, il est situé dans le bâtiment très calme 5, qui est connu comme la «cour intérieure».

Fonctionnalité ajoutée: lors de la réservation notre condo pendant deux semaines ou plus, vous recevrez un bref rappel SERVICE VISITE GRATUIT pendant votre séjour.

GRATUIT INTERNET HAUTE VITESSE (sans fil) est fournie à tous nos invités pour votre ordinateur. et payé par le propriétaire.

Le condo est équipé avec une plage parasol, glacière, Deux planche de surf, et deux nouvelles chaires Tommy Bahama Beach.

SPAS / hôtels Moins de 5 minutes: Four Seasons Resort, Grand Wailea, Fairmont Kea Lani, Wailea Beach Marriott.

À tout moment de l'année est un moment idéal pour visiter Maui! Avec les alizés frais, les étés sont plus frais que la plupart des étés du continent, et les hivers sont notoirement plus chaud. plage Kamaole III est dans la rue avec sa belle plage protégée et aires de jeux herbeuses, des terrains de jeux et l'ombre des arbres à l'étage supérieur.

Nous sommes à pied de plusieurs restaurants et magasins, et à moins de cinq minutes en voiture des boutiques exclusives de Wailea, golf et restaurants. Il y a des épiceries (Safeway, Star Market et Foodland) et bien d'un prix raisonnable pour les restaurants chers, des boutiques et magasins de souvenirs. Nous aimons être en mesure d'aider nos clients profitent de leur temps à Maui, donc nous sommes heureux de vous offrir une retraite de luxe pour un prix raisonnable.

This was the perfect location, great access to the beach and walking trails along the oceanThe unit was exactly as we expected, and Len was great to deal with and very responsive to our questions.It was great to sit out on the lanai and have our breakfast looking out to both the pool and the ocean in the distanceAlso a perfect spot to watch the sunsets as wellFinally the cool trade winds made the need for the A/C unnecessary

Best Place to Stay!

Do not hesitate to book this condo. The kitchen is well stocked, clean and everyone is so friendly. The location is awesome. I would not hesitate to book this condo in the future when/if we return to Maui. Len is an excellent communicator and answered any and all questions. Very happy we stayed here.

A great apartment in a great location.Apartment is well located away from the road so no road noise at night, and the pool shuts down at 10pm so again no noise after that (though usually it was quiet anyway). Before then if you shut the window vents it's quiet should there be noise from the pool. I also found the general area of the complex very quiet overall. Note that the pool area also has a small mostly shaded toddler type pool about 2 ft deep which is pretty rare for these complexes.The apartment had everything i needed for my 3 week stay, including 4 beach towels so no need to pack those bulky things. Also had a boogie board, 2 beach chairs , umbrella, a beach "tent", and a medium size cooler. There is a convertible sofa but i didn't use it. There are two bathrooms one with a good shower, one with a bath.Entrance is by an electronic lock which means no need to carry a key around and be worried about losing it on the beach or wherever. Much better than a lockbox with key.I had no issues, for example no insects or similar, probably being second floor helped there, and everything worked eg cooker fridge and so on and the apartment was nicely cleaned and tidy when i entered (and left!). Its a short walk to the Kamaole beaches which have showers and toilets but theres also good parking there if you want to cart a lot of stuff down.Finally if you dive or snorkel from the Kihei boat ramp, its ten minutes walk / 3 minutes drive, very handy.

Great place in South Maui!

We loved staying at Len's place in Maui! Communication was great, the condo was fantastic, and Len provided us with great recommendations for places to eat and things to do. This condo complex seems very well run, and has a great location. Len's condo is very nice and has a new feeling to it. Furniture was very comfortable and we especially loved all the beach toys he provided, pretty much anything you could want. We would love to stay here again!

Perfect location and property for a week getaway!

Everything worked out to be perfect. The location is very easy to access. The property was as described. Very close to many beaches. The Maui fires broke out the day we arrived. The property owner was very caring and kept us in the loop of what was happening around us. We would rent again.

Perfect spot on Maui

My wife and I loved our stay at Len and Karen's condo in Kihei. The unit is clean and the kitchen well-supplied with what you need for cooking. Patio looking out on grounds is a great place to eat breakfast and just enjoy the tropical atmosphere. Gym for working out has cardio equipment and weights. Kamaole Beach III is right across the street and an easy walk. Len's communication was timely and helpful for all aspects of our stay. Plan to stay here again!

Beautiful condo, great location!

My husband and I spent one week at this amazing condo. It was beautifully decorated, well-maintained, and had everything we needed (beach chairs, umbrella, cooler). This condo is situated conveniently near the pool, but far enough that the pool noise is not a problem. Throughout our stay, we walked to the beach across the street and several great restaurants in Kihei. We had the best vacation and will stay here again next time we are in Maui!! Book this condo if you're looking for the perfect place to stay in South Kihei!

Great condo

Condo was clean. Owners were very easy to communicate with and helpful with any questions or requests for recommendation. The facility was within walking distance of the beach and the lanai had a view too.Chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach towels were at the condo which worked out great for days at the beach. Lots of eateries within walking distance. Overall, great facility and location! We just had the windows open and the cross breeze was enough to keep us cool. We never had to use the AC.

The condo was beautifully updated and convenient to beaches and restaurants. The host was readily accessible. The directional location of our condo gave good breeze circulation by fans so air condition was never needed. New power cables were being installed to the whole complex which affected power to the condo and closed the pool on the Tuesday Thursday of our stay. This was a minor inconvenience.

Wonderful honeymoon vacation!

My husband and were very pleased with the condo. It was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Len and Karen thought of everything that a guest would appreciate having. So thankful for the use of the beach chairs, fluffy towels, cooler and boogie Boards! So much fun! Len was very attentive and available to answer any questions that we had and spent a lot of time sending us helpful information as far as restaurants and things to do in the area. Very prompt to answer emails and text messages. we had an amazing honeymoon vacation that we will remember forever! Thank you so much Len and Karen! Comfortable Unit in A Great Location

My wife and I had a fantastic 2 week stay in Len and Karen's condo at Kamaole Sands. It is in a great location in the complex, close to the pool and fitness centre, with beautifully maintained grounds and wonderful ocean views. You are a short 5 minute walk from Kamaole Beach III that has very good snorkeling right off the sandy beach, including tons of sea turtles. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, mats and beach toys are provided in the unit. Kamaole Sands also has barbequing areas with nice grills that are cleaned each day. The unit is newly remodeled and very clean. The king size bed is very comfortable and the living room is well laid out. Wifi is very good and easy to use. It is easy to keep the unit cool with the ceiling fans and letting a breeze blow through by keeping the lanai and front doors open. We enjoyed eating dinner several nights on the lanai, watching the Maui sunset. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, although the selection of spices was a bit lacking based on earlier reviews of this property. As we were staying 2 weeks we had a mid-stay cleaning, although it was 3 days late. All in all, we would highly recommend staying in this unit.

We had an excellent vacation in paradise. The communication with our host was great, much more than we’ve ever had. My wife enjoyed the easy access to the beaches for her running. There were beach chairs and towels for us to use and a small cooler to take with us on excursions. Everything was super!
