Guests enter Bohicket Marina Condo by by entering the front door of the home (Unit 1945). Once you enter the front door, you will find the dining room, one of two full bathrooms and the living room. The living room has sliding door access onto a covered patio that overlooks the Bohicket Marina boardwalk and the boats within their docked slips. The home's kitchen and master suite are located off of the living room and dining room areas. You'll enjoy the peaceful views of the river and the Bohicket Marina from the kitchen, dining room and living room areas. There is a full sized washing machine & dryer. Off-street parking for up to 2 cars is included in tin all quotes. Late fees may apply for passes required within 2 weeks of check in or for showing up without the QR code at the gate.



Bohicket Marina Condo is located within private, gated Bohicket Marina Village residential community on Seabrook Island. Please be mindful of this residential character of the home during your stay.



MARINA CONSTRUCTION AND SEA WALL REPAIRS MAY BE BEING DONE DURING THE OFF SEASON.



Tenant must be 25 years old. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability.
