Guests of The Beach is Calling may purchase amenity cards to access the pools & restaurant at the Beach Club, the fitness center & pools at the SIPOA Lake House, and the island's golf, tennis & equestrian facilities. Guests access The Beach Is Calling by walking from the parking lot to the home's front door. Once you enter this comfortable villa, you will find an open floor plan layout for the living room and dining room. The kitchen is located off of the dining room. There is a small hallway beyond the living room that leads you to the master bedroom (with en suite bathroom), the guest bedroom and the second bathroom. The sliding door in the living room and the guest bedroom leads to the partially covered patio. There are a washing machine & dryer located in the home. Off-street parking on the parking lot for up to 2 cars is included in all quotes. Late fees may apply for passes required within 2 weeks of check in or for showing up without the QR code at the gate.



The Beach Is Calling is a condo located within the High Hammock Villas residential community. Please be mindful of this residential character of the home during your stay. As with most condos, you will hear noises from the residents in the units above and adjacent to this condo.
