Beautifully Appointed 4BR/3BA Condominium - Overlooking the Gorgeous waters of the Emerald Coast!

"Lime Pie" occupies the entire second floor of a three-floor building, giving it a "house-like" feel, with no neighbors on either side. Upon entering this open-concept unit, you will immediately notice the gulf's emerald waters through all the windows, the natural light touching every corner, and the breathtaking views!
The well-appointed kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and opens to a good-sized dining/family room. There is plenty of seating in the family room and dining area for the whole family. You and your family will love enjoying the gorgeous views of the gulf from anywhere in this open-concept space! Off of the family room, you will notice the large, private gulf-front balcony. This balcony is the perfect spot to start your day with your morning coffee or end it with your evening nightcap. The views cannot be beaten!!

While staying at "Lime Pie," you will also enjoy a COMPLIMENTARY beach chair and umbrella set-up on the condo's private beach (Beach chair set up seasonally March 1- October)!! You may also take advantage of the community pool, where the kids can cool down after a long day in the sun! This condo really has it all and provides the space, and amenities needed for a perfect family vacation!

girlfriend getaway

We are a group of retired school teachers who have traveled to the beaches of 30A for 28 consecutive fall getaways. We've rented a plethora of condos and houses during those trips and have declared Lime Pie our absolute favorite. So roomy, perfect location and views and so well stocked! We prepared a Friendsgiving meal and had everything we needed. The ice maker is a huge bonus. The only thing we had any issue with was the can opener. It needs replacing!

Key Lime is a Keeper!!

Thank you to the owners of Key Lime! Your beach rental is amazing! The furnishings are absolutely beautiful and every inch had all of the comforts of home! The furnishings in all of the bedrooms are so comfortable and beautiful. There is plenty of sitting room in the living area and in the balcony! Thank you for the bra memories we will bring home with us! We would love to come back and stay again!!

Amazing Vacation!

I’m tempted to write a bad review so this place doesn’t get booked up in the future because we will 100% return. We were SO happy with this unit, the agency, everything about it. The trip was so amazing and the accommodations were perfect for small children.

Amazing Seagrove Condo

We booked the Condo for 6 adults to celebrate a 50th surprise birthday getaway. The Condo was perfect for 6 adults, incredible location that was easily walkable to fantastic places to go for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The view of the gulf from the condo was absolutely incredible and the balcony was large enough to easily accommodate 6 adults. All rooms were large, comfortable beds and the kitchen was well stocked. I highly recommend this place!

Very Comfortable Stay

Condo is nicely furnished, spacious and does not show any signs of wear and tear. Balcony was perfect size for large group to be outside and still overlook the beach. Only negative was just one assigned space and the overflow space was never available. Also recommend reserving a golf cart in advance to be able to easily get around 30A. Overall Lime Pie was a quality property.

Best condo we ever stayed!!!

My family have been going to 30a area for over 30 years. This is hands down the best apartment we ever rented. We have rented this apartment twice now and will be coming back again. The apartment is beautifully furnished with nice furniture, comfortable seating places and three king beds. Good size porch with a beautiful view of the ocean and sunset. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities you need to cook or serve any meal. They even have a freestanding ice maker. Great size kitchen and living area as well as an elevator outside. We met the owners during our first visit and they were wonderful people. Greatly recommend this place for any family. We'll certainly be renting it again!!!

Perfect Thanksgiving Vacation!

We stayed at this property over the week of Thanksgiving and it couldn't have been more perfect! Our group had 6 adults and 2 teens. It was the perfect setup with 3 king rooms and 3 bathrooms as well as a room with bunk beds and an extra twin size bed. The property was so spacious with ample seating for a large family. The kitchen was also huge and fully stocked. The best part was the balcony where we spent most of our time. It was large with lots of seating and absolutely perfect view of the beach! There are only two parking spaces so be aware of that. Thank you for allowing our family to stay and make wonderful memories over the holiday!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo has an extremely well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed it immensely. Just a couple of minor fixes & recommendations: 1. The stovetop required professional cleaning 2. Repair the hole in the wood flooring near the couch in the family room - currently covered by the rug. My wife almost twisted her ankle in the hole. 3. A minor item - one of the ceiling light frames is loose in the dining area and looks like it could fall soon.

Simply Wonderful!

We had a fantastic week at Lime Pie! The unit was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The patio with the panoramic view of the Emerald Coast was breathtaking and the location is perfect! There are a few places to walk for good food and atmosphere… Perfect Pig is delicious and an easy walk. Beach chair setup was on point as well. However, probably the most impressive was Jane, the very friendly and professional lady who communicates all arrival, stay and departure details . Her attention to detail and very prompt response time via text and phone was THE BEST! (We had a brief problem with the elevator and she stayed on it until it was fixed. ) Lime Pie is a jewel and we will absolutely return! Thanks!

A Seagrove Beach Must Stay Place

Lime Pie was a vacation our family won't soon forget. We've been coming to Seagrove for 20+ years. This is the first time we have stayed somewhere different. This condo is more like being in a home. When I say it has everything... it does! The living space is huge and very well decorated. The kitchen has it all. I feel in love with the stand alone ice maker. The 4 bedrooms are all very private and very well sized. I could go on and on about this place but of course the huge oceanfront balcony was were we spent a lot of time. The management company was amazing. I had one question the whole time we were there and Karen responded back instantly.

Great Property In Need of Deep Cleaning

Great unit (aside from those noisy, unjoined, dirty wood floors), which is in need of a deep cleaning more in depth than the routine. Beauiful views, stained fabric furniture. Great location and amenities, bed linens were dirty and had to be requested for fresh ones. Lovely beach, plenty of bad smells in unit (smoke, animal urine in corner of living room, mildew in washer). Wonderful matresses and pillows, mold in the ice maker and coffee machines (Meile essprresso macine has broken milk frother...don't include it if it doesnt work). Included items like chairs and umbrellas were super, but the dead bold on interior stairs door doesnt lock making us feel unsafe, which we communicated in text to manager, but didnt get fixed during our stay, and the vacuum was NASTY full of god knows what and could not be used......the dichotomies abound. Overall we were able to make it work, but would never pay $8k for something like this again, UNLESS it could be cleaned properly....really cleaned. Really, the fabric furniture must go, and being in the residential rental business also, I would recommend leather or bonded leather (pleather) for a high traffic rental. Clean it up...and I mean not just a once over, a scrub the floors and move the furniture cleaning...I have loads of pictures if you like, so I can illustrate what I'm talking about. Thanks again. Great rental, great location!!

Loved our week at Lime Pie! The unit was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Loved that we had space for everything - whether sprawling in front of the TV (with multiple couches), playing games or working a puzzle at the smaller rectangular table, or eating at the large dining room table or at the barstools. The building had accessible elevators for each unit (a plus for any mobility-restricted guests) as well as easy-access stairs. Loved our Seaside location as well, located about midway between Destin & Panama City. There was plenty of (non-crowded) space on the beach. The nearby high-rise is several homes away and did not impact us. I also liked that our unit was set back off the road (no road-noise) and everyday we loved sitting out on the back balcony soaking up the oceanfront and unobstructed views. Private beach access was directly next to our building - couldn't have been more convenient. Pool was convenient as well (just across parking lot). If you have any interest in biking, splurge on a couple of the bike rentals. There are bike paths everywhere and it was fun to use them - whether exploring through neighborhoods or even to dash over to a nearby convenience shop to pick up a few forgotten items. Probably the toughest things we encountered were: (a) figuring out exactly where the unit/complex was and how to get into the complex on the first day (there's a gate right on the main road and you'll need the gate code to get in!) and (b) figuring out where the trash cans were (they are out on the main road, so you have to go outside the gated area to take out the trash). Totally enjoyed our stay and would consider staying at the unit again in the future.

Condo lovely but bad experience with agency

The Condo is amazing but sadly I will not be back because of the rental agency.Their listing clearly states in title and prop desc that the condo came with beach service with umbrella and chairs. I called the Co that provides the beach service the day before we were to arrive to rent another Set because there were 4 of us. They told me they do not provide the service. I Immediately started trying to call the rental agency to get clarification on this. I left multiple messages but got no response. I then called VRBO to see if they could reach them and they tried every number they had on file and couldn’t get a response either. VRBO told me if they didn’t provide beach service after it was clearly in their listing we could cancel and get a complete refund. Finally they called back and, Gina, the manager assured me over and over the beach service would be provided. I asked her to call the beach service to double check and call me back if there was a problem. One of our group just had knee replacement and it was the only way she could enjoy the beach and another can’t be in the sun so the umbrella and chairs are imperative. It was the whole reason we chose this unit. She promised she would call back if there was a problem but assured me all was fine. When we got there we opened the door to 4 small little new beach chairs in the entry. The next day when no beach service was set up I started calling again and finally reached a girl who knew nothing and promised me they wound take care of it and she would have Gina call me. I waited a couple more hours and texted her that “still no beach service and no call”! She answered that the owner would call me. He did a couple hours later and said “ I was “Inappropriate” for being mad. He said their contract with the beach service is only March-October and they put some beach chairs in the unit for us. I told him A- his listing didn’t state March-Oct. ( it does now) B- his manager promised to call me back if the beach Service was not going to be provided and did not. They clearly knew it wasn’t going to be provided by putting the chairs in the unit and had not called back as promised. C-the chairs they put in were crap and sat right in the sand. No way in our 70’s with bad knees any of us could use them. His solution was we could find another place & leave in1hr. We had unpacked everything and didn’t even have our computer. They knew it would be hard to move once there that’s why they didn’t call back.

Beautiful home

The view is why we rented this condo but the condo was beautiful and had everything you needed to prepare a meal if chose to do so. The internet was up and down. The parking was a little tough but manageable. I would stay there again.
