Hi Mary, Thanks for choosing us! I’m glad you loved our home as much as we do and enjoyed your stay. We hope to have you back soon! Downtown Franklin has a large historic overlay that spans past the factory with a killer farmers market and tons of shopping and restaurants (that is just 1 block from us) We will definitely be sure to put in the description that our home is a 10 to 15 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of the downtown Square :) Cheers! I'm sorry about the train, the pros and cons of living in a downtown & it's hit or miss when it runs through the city. Next time you visit, please reach out about navigating around the city. We are a 2 min walk to The Factory & a 10 min walk to the square of downtown. You don't need your car to get around the town. All the best, The Hewitt's

Jeff, Thank you for taking the time to review us and for the feed back. We always feel any feed back is good feed-back and we strive for all of our guest to have nothing short of a 5 star experience with us in Franklin, TN. I wanted to address your concerns. 1.) Downtowns have pros & cons and yes the train is not ideal but we are in the middle of Downtown Franklin and the train runs through the city. We do provide ear plugs and sound machines in all of our sleeping areas to help assist light sleepers. The pros are you get to walk to all the charming restaurants, bars, shopping, farmers markets, live music etc. For the same price you'd pay in a hotel (that would only sleep 2 people) you get 3,000 sq feet of space to create memories with your loved ones with a full kitchen, dinning room, livingroom, patio, and bedrooms and you get free parking. 2.) Yes, the 4th bedroom does double with the washer/dryer but we thought the con of families having another King size (3 king beds options) was hard to find and an amazing option for many. 3.) We do have live TV with 1,000 of streaming options as well. I wish you would have called so I could have walked you through the TV cable Xfinity that we have. We also leave a laminate with full instructions on how to access and use the TV. My apologies that we did not meet your expectations. We go out of our way to add nice touches like (fully stocked coffee bars with creamers, sugars, & mints), farmers market bags for your to stroll across the street and grab fresh produce and goodies, high end products, we put together a family scavenger hunts for all of our guest to do in downtown Franklin, and leave maps to navigate the city, early check-ins, luggage holds ect. Before guest arrive - we personally sight inspect every CDC clean. I will follow up on the mention of mildew in the washer (once a month we do run a "cycle of Afresh to disinfect and clean the machine). We truly love hosting travelers and this is also our home that we stay in 1/2 of the year. All the best on your next travels and I'm sorry we missed the mark for you. Warmly, The Hewitt's
