A 30-minute drive to Nashville and Brentwood and a 35-minute drive to the charming town square in Columbia. All the charm of 1854 with modern amenities in a perfect location.
Lux bedrooms, a cozy TV room, dedicated workspace, separate laundry room and pantry. Sink into the clawfoot tub, enjoy the park-like backyard.
This is an experience - a home you will never forget. Beautifully decorated, fully equipped kitchen and once in a lifetime location with 150 year old hardwood floors.
The space
Walk into the front parlor and admire the 12 foot ceilings and beautiful wallpaper. This is a formal seating area around a fireplace. Enjoy a cool beverage after getting home from a day on the town.
Curl up on the comfy sofa, in the separate den, and stream from our Netflix or Hulu account. Read a good book or take a nap.
The kitchen is a cook's dream. A high-end oven range - all the equipment to make a turkey dinner or bake a peach cobbler. Serve dinner on vintage Franciscan-ware Desert Rose or Fiesta Dinnerware china. We have a full-size refrigerator/freezer, and a large pantry as well as a Kiering single cup coffee maker and a tea kettle.
A dining room with seating for 4 that can be expanded easily for 6.
A starter set of cleaning supplies, trash bags, laundry detergent, and bathroom supplies.
The two front bedrooms have 12 foot ceilings, decorative fireplaces, vintage artwork and comfy chairs for an afternoon relax. These rooms have been decorated and outfitted as a wonderful retreat. Whether you are vacationing or in Franklin for work. Let the day melt away under lux bedding in a beautiful inviting environment - with blackout curtains.
The bathroom is brand new. It's vintage with a modern twist. Sink into the clawfoot tub/shower. Put your toiletries away in a re-purposed china cabinet. We have a hair dryer, hair straightener, soap, shampoo and conditioner.
The laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer. We will also have an ironing board, iron, drying rack and steamer ready if you need them.
Guest access
This entire house and the grounds are yours to enjoy. Off street parking for 3 cars. A front porch to watch the world go by.

My husband Jeffrey and I were so excited when we had the opportunity to purchase an old house right in the heart of historic Franklin. We always loved this picturesque little town and getting to own a house here was a dream come true.
The house needed some love though so we spent a year updating, undoing, redoing, and furnishing. The house is a treasure that we are so excited to share.
We plan to treat our guests like a part of the family. We will meet you on site for check in and to provide you with a key. Because our guests will be staying for 21 days or more we want to make sure we answer any questions you might have.
We are available 24/7 during the rest of your stay - just a phone call away should you need anything.
