Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home and the community was absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed our entire stay and can't wait to come back. The location of our home was right next to the restaurants, so very convenient. We enjoyed the bonfire and smores the most! The only minor complaint was that it can be hard to reach the front desk for assistance at times, but otherwise, great stay!

Lovely spring trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Little Mermaid was a delightful. Things were clean, the layout was very functional (we spent most of the time in the 2nd floor living area), and the kitchen was well stocked. We were a huge fan of the balconies, very pleasant to sit out in the mornings and a good place to enjoy the live music and breeze in the evenings. For the minor things that came up, CS customer service was responsive and helpful. The king bed upstairs is indeed marshmallow like - very soft! Keep in mind this is a 3 story property so there is a lot of up and down of the stairs, especially if kids are in the 1st floor bunkbeds and parents are in the 3rd floor king suite!

Long weekend at the Little Mermaid

Not being a "beach person" but having family members who are, the Little Mermaid was well situated for us to come and go, spend time together around the dining table and enjoy the breeze on the three decks as well as the Air Conditioning. There were little things that keep me from giving a five-star rating such as the lack of window covering in the third floor master suite (who wants to be observed from the Town Center lawn, not to mention an early, bright sunrise?) and the very slim options to address our family's desire to eat out on the property at 6:00 PM on a Monday evening. All manageable problems but I hold back the five stars because of them, especially the lack of window coverings on the third floor. Response to a message left with the management company was slow at best, unresponsive another time. And yet, we had a great time!

We love that the Little Mermaid worked perfectly for beach lovers and non-beach lovers alike three decks, a big dining table, and great AC sounds like the perfect balance. You make a completely valid point about the third floor window coverings privacy from the Town Square lawn and protection from an early sunrise are both reasonable expectations and we will be addressing that with the homeowner right away. We also hear you on the dining options on Monday evenings and our response times, and we'll pass both along to the right teams. We're so glad you had a great time despite it all and hope to welcome your family back for that well-deserved fifth star!

Perfect Location

The unit was clean and comfortable, and the bed upstairs felt like sleeping on a marshmallow (in the best way possible!).A couple of things to note: there were no curtains on the windows in the primary bedroom, so we improvised with sheets for privacy and to block the morning light. Also, the hot water took a while to kick in, but it did eventually get warm.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back!

The Little Mermaid TC 9107

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had in this house a few years ago and 1 the master bath shower has a leak big issue that was present several years back, the master bedroom was missing windows coverings, the kitchen was just a very small stream of water. The Code to enter the house did not work to enter the house. The front desk reset it and it still never worked so we had to remember to take the key always.

Every trip has its goods and bads

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is beautiful place, but the AC broke while we were there. Since there are many windows without blinds, it got hot on the 3rd floor very fast. The AC on the first floor does not cool at all, even when working. The door to the balcony on the 2nd floor bedroom was wide open when we first arrived on the property our first night. The beds, showers and garage are great, and it is a good location. Unfortunately North CS is packed all the time with 100’s of golf carts driving around. Walking around is dangerous, especially on the boardwalk. Crazy.

Little Mermaid Review

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family stayed 4 nights in Little Mermaid from July 20-24, 2024. The location of the house is great and is very quiet. We loved having a garage and there’s plenty of outside parking. The house was very spacious and clean. We were a little disappointed at the lack of pantry space in the kitchen, especially since quite a few non-perishable food items from the previous guest were left in the small amount of pantry space. The air conditioning was not good in the first floor king bedroom,but the fan was helpful. There were a couple of bathroom maintenance issues that occurred which we advised the staff of. The outdoor grill was so dirty that it was unusable. With all that saiid, it was a great place to stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love coming to Cinnamon Shore and all it has to offer. The Little Mermaid was very clean, a washer and dryer on the first floor, the air conditioning kept us cool, and has a great Town Circle location. Unfortunately, the second floor bedroom has seven A/C units on its ceiling causing very loud noises - to the point that guests could not sleep in the room. Shower heads were clogged and master shower poured water onto the floor. Townhome owner need to take care of these issues so I can't recommend this property until these issues are resolved.

Great location but needs repairs

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: TC9107 was a lovely townhouse with a great view of the Cinnamon Shore Town Center. However, the lack of attention to detail and matenience issues made our stay less than perfect. The major inconvenience was the lack of water pressure. To the point that the kitchen sink was just a trickle and the toilets would not flush properly. In addition, the dishwasher and washing machine would not function properly due to "low water flow" errors. The maintenance engineers came out twice but couldn't find the root of the problem. Another nuisance was a dining room table that was small cheap and wobbly. We thought it would fall apart at any moment. Plus, there were no wall hooks anywhere in the house, so nowhere to hang wet towels. Totally weird or a beach house. There were building supplies left in the laundry room and junk piled in the garage. Again, lacking attention to detail for an upscale rental. We were quite disappointed.
