Par Air & Sea est un nouveau lotissement de 2 000 pieds carrés, 3 chambres, 3. 5 salles de bains, situé dans le port de plaisance d’Airport Marina, situé à la marina d’Island Moorings. Ceci est une unité particulièrement étonnante car c'est une unité d'extrémité avec des fenêtres latérales et un espace extérieur sur le toit. L'ascenseur dessert les 3 niveaux plus le toit. Caractéristiques de toit avec bain à remous privé, cuisine / salon en plein air. Emplacement idéal pour les groupes de pêcheurs ou les amateurs de plage, sur la route des voitures de golf. (Piper Blvd devient l'accès à la plage 1A.) Pratique pour les restaurants et magasins. Dépôt de garantie de 100 $ pour l'accès au spa privé. 3 chambres luxueuses avec salles de bain attenantes (2 rois avec matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme flambant neuf, chambre avec lits superposés avec reine sur reine + lit gigogne double). De plus, il y a un canapé-lit dans le salon. Excellent endroit pour marcher ou faire du vélo, près du site d’observation des oiseaux, vous pouvez pêcher ou pêcher le crabe au large de la digue, mettez votre bateau à Island Moorings et ce sera très proche. l En soirée, profitez des lumières environnantes de la marina, des couchers de soleil à tomber! Votre famille reviendra année après année. Le bordereau de bateau est de 30 $ / nuit ou gratuit pour un séjour de 3 nuits ou plus. This property has been the perfect location to spend my son’s birthday the last couple years.

We have really enjoyed the rooftop area with hot tub and sitting area with fire pit. Great floorplan with bedrooms on 1st and 2nd floors and nice sized kitchen and living areas on 3rd. Property has been pristine on arrival the last couple of years and the owner has been very friendly and accommodating to check out times as able. We will return.

Amazing Property!

This was one of the best VRBO properties we have stayed in. The views were amazing, the location was perfect, and the top deck was so comfortable to hang out at. Everything about it was gorgeous. You will also find the elevator very handy! The communication with Erinn was great and she was extremely responsive. I highly recommend this to anyone traveling to Port A!

Great Family Getaway

My family (6 adults and 1 kiddo) loved our stay. Erinn was so helpful and quick to respond. The place was beautiful and the top deck was amazing. My elderly parents loved the elevator and so did I! The beds were super comfy with plenty if blankets and pillows. It was quiet and we loved watching the planes land and even saw a few skydivers! Pool was perfect and so close and convenient. Great stay!

We stayed here for the pipeliners fishing tourney... we had a private launch, a marina and amazing house. Only wish we had bad weather so we could have spent more time in this great property... but i guess we will settle for fun on the bay.

Wonderful!

The house and location were perfect for our group of six adults and two kids. The house was spotless and had all the amenities we needed and more. The multiple balconies and rooftop deck added such a nice option for additional areas to hang out/relax. The pool was great and very convenient as well. My family and I would love to come back again!

Beautiful home! Beautiful property. Very clean. It was easy to fall in love with this place. Great views day or night from the rooftop. Location is great! Away from the chaos and bustling of town, but only about five to ten minutes from most venues. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be staying here again.

Bucket list trip for my 84 & 85 year old parents!

This was the perfect location for taking my parents to mark Port A off their bucket list. We spent a lot of time up on the 4th floor where you can see the ocean from one side and the bay from the other. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was great! The elevator was a life saver for my 84 year old Mom. And a big thank you to the cleaning lady and the host for finding my Moms necklace she forgot and mailing it to her. It was a relaxing trip!

Perfect location

Love the off the beaten path but close to everything location. Great for the fishermen to park the boat in a slip and the beachgoers to hop on the golf cart and head to the beach.

Perfect Harbor Condo

If you like views & convenient access to boarding a boat, look no further! The marina at Island Moorings is so convenient to keep our boat overnight at this condo, and the top deck views….especially of sunset….cannot be topped. This condo is very well-decorated, and the TVs are HUGE!!!

Beautiful condo! And Erinn was SUPER responsive and helpful!

The condo was absolutely stunning and very clean. The elevator was so nice as it was an alternative if you had coolers/groceries/luggage or didn't feel like a major cardio workout. Bedrooms were really nice had everything we needed. The hot tub wasn't functioning correctly when we arrived, but Erinn made sure it was taken care of promptly and continued to check in to make sure it was still working. She was a pleasure to work with, was very responsive, and is just a generally nice person. Overall a very lovely stay!

Best place to stay

Great contact with owner. Rooftop deck has so much function with seating, grill, propane firepit, swings under a polycarbonate covered pergola. Not to mention a picnic table, outdoor shower, and private hot tub with amazing views of marina and airport. Kitchen has ample counter top space and high end appliances, kitchen ware, and utensils. Each balcony and porch has comfortable seating to enjoy. All beds are comfortable with soft sheets. No complaints....10 out of 10

We absolutely loved staying in this condo unit, it had an amazing layout, beautiful views and a perfect location! The decorations were very modern and had all the amenities you needed to feel right at home. We will definitely be staying here again next time we visit Port A.

Great winter vacation

We were able to enjoy the multiple great views and were lucky enough to see dolphins! Had a great time and private elevator made it super easy for my father with knee problems to get around. Thanks for a great winter vacation!

Spacious 4 floor living with harbor view

We stayed Xmas-NY. All beds solid and comfortable, variety of pillow types, throw blankets, bath with separate beach towels and ceiling fans throughout. Fully supplied kitchen, grocery store close by w/reasonable prices. Walked to the beach. Pier costs $3. Rented 6 person golf cart $75. Sunset dolphins cruise and bay fishing. 5g internet. Walked the harbor docks. Enjoyed 6 person hot tub, and loved the outdoor sitting area with gas fire. Kichen easy with multiple cooks. Watched movies on big tv and relaxed. We are from the midwest so we enjoyed the community non heated pool and hot tub. Wished the office next door rented kayaks to enjoy the bay, otherwise everyone enjoyed themselves and loved the location, view, and the layout of the rental.

Hello all! I'm your host Erinn! I gave up my sales and marketing career when we started our family in 2005. My husband and I have always loved Port Aransas, so in 2011, we purchased a townhome that we could share with others as a vacation rental. Then, as most owners do, we hired a local property manager.

As our daughters grew, I missed the social interaction from my career. We decided I should jump in and try self-managing. I enjoyed it so much, that since that time, we've added 3 homes to our portfolio. We warmly welcome you and take pride in being a small part of your family memories.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Best view of marina and airport in the community. Rooftop is the perfect vantage point to see the boats coming and going and see the small planes come and go. *This is a small town airport not a lot of traffic but fun to see the activity, sometimes you will see people skydiving. We have a propane fire table and LED lights on a timer, they come on at dark and stay on for a 4 hour window.

Rooftop has amazing views, private hot tub, ice maker and motarized blackout shades in master and living area. The other king also has blackout curtains.
