Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Tide Water was the perfect location for our family's July 4th week. The house was very spacious and well appointed, felt like home. It was nice to have yard space for our fur babies and being able to watch the fireworks from the balcony was icing on the cake. Kitchen had everything we needed and beds were comfy. We love Cinnamon Shore and highly recommend Tide Water!

The staff at Cinnamon Shores provided excellent communication and was extremely responsive, professional and polite. The evening activities in the social circle provided a great, easy option for an effortless evening activity. I do miss the charming on-site grocery store though and hope it returns.

Will definitely return to CS and this property!

Especially for a pet friendly property, this house was immaculate and well stocked with everything you may need. It says to bring your own coffee but they have that too! Was great for a group of kids to stay down in the bunk room and parents to stay up. A lot of construction still around but we’re quiet on the weekends and didn’t start til 8am on Monday. Only complaint was Dylan’s Pizza was closed on a Saturday night on a holiday weekend for a homeowners event. Should’ve sent a note to any renters but not this owners fault. We’ll be back with or without our pups!

However, the house wasn't adequately stocked with tissues etc. I feel like the price we are paying per night there should be a large emphasis on ensuring amenities are within expectations. We also had issues with our beach set up every day and our golf cart. I know those are not within your scope of control but it does have an overall impact on our impression of the property and our overall experience. We frequent the property often. This was a great house but our least favorite overall experience. I also want to mention too that the fitness center was better with the regular treadmills and peloton bikes. I did drive down to Palmilla Dunes to use their fitness center a couple of times.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed 3 nights in this beautiful home - loved all of the outdoor spaces for the mornings and evenings! Love that you can rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach BUT was disappointed the beach had so much trash! Hoping Cinnamon Shore will encourage their guests to clean their area and then some so we can keep coming back to enjoy this small piece of paradise in Texas! Also, some of the dishes and utensils in the home were dirty - perhaps the dishwasher did not do a good job, but they should have been checked before putting up.

Fireworks and Fun!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented 2 separate locations for our family of 17! Tide Water was fabulous for 4 adults and an infant. A few other kids could have joined us. The house was decorated so fun for the beach. We were able to watch the fireworks in Port A from our balcony. Six adults and 6 grandkids stayed just around the corner. A great time was had by all!

Perfect Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Came down with my 6 year old daughter and wife. It was our 1st time in Port A. The community is awesome. Very family oriented. Golf carts are the preferred transportation mode. House was awesome perfect size and well furnished. It’s location was great too. Across the street from the Dune pool which was big and less crowded than C pool. Pizza place was great. All around great time. Would definitely come back. The only thing I wish was that the fitness center was bigger with more weight machines. It was very limited and too small even if you were in there alone. That would be the only suggestion for improvement. Loved our stay.

It was perfect! The house was perfect for the 2 of us. We loved to balcony off the living room overlooking the pond and the balcony off the master that caught the winter sun. Master bath is beautiful, kitchen amenities are great and we loved the location. Also loved being there in the off season.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful home. This home has a beautiful open upstairs living, kitchen and dining area. The living area opens to a deck which overlooks the lagoon. We don’t have children, so we really appreciated that this home had a big master and bath on the same floor as the living. We love to cook and this kitchen was well stocked. Downstairs there is a second bedroom / bath suite and a bunk room with bath. The bunk room had space for kids to watch tv or hang out. We brought our dogs. There is a small grass area / backyard. It should be noted to access from the house, you need to go through the downstairs bunk room. It is also close to the dog park. And of course, the dog park is next to the pool. An excellent location for those with kids or dogs. The only issue we had was the connectivity of the TV. It seemed to have a mind of its own changing to Google for no particular reason. We always bring a stick vacuum to clean after going to the beach or before we leave, but this property had one in the laundry, along with a dust buster. They seemed to think of everything. It’s the perfect home for us.

Quick weekend getaway

It was too cold and windy to enjoy the beach, but able to fish on the property and our unit had great TV’s and poker chips. We watched “The Eternals” and played poker with the Kids and had a blast.

Hideaway 261 - Wonderful Gem!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a full week enjoying the amenities at Hideaway 261 in Cinnamon Shore. The home is very close to the pool and dog park, and just a short walk to the beach. Even with the proximity to all the conveniences, it was very quiet and peaceful. The beds were super comfortable, kitchen, bathrooms and general household goods were well stocked. We didn’t have to worry about a thing! Great grill and porches to enjoy on every level of the home. Decorated beautifully and super bright and modern, all appliances and fixtures in great shape. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home and excellent location.

This home is as beautiful as the photos. Porches are amazing with very comfortable chairs. We did most of the cooking due to Covid and the grill provided was perfect. It is fully stocked with anything you could need for cooking and meals. The only issue we had was with 2 cars parked in the driveway there was no way to use the sidewalk due to the landscaping. There is an opening at the end of the landscaping so we used that. Trimming the landscape would be An easy fix for this issue.
