Main roads are maintained throughout the day, however, many side roads receive less attention and every driveway has a different terrain. HOUSE LAYOUT:
Located in the Pagosa Lakes District, this lovely home is the best of both worlds! Though it is only 2 minutes from uptown amenities, and 10 minutes from downtown experiences, this home is a tranquil escape nestled among the pines.
To the left of the front door the primary bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom. Directly ahead is a private desk/office space and to the right is the sunny and spacious, open floor plan with living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.
The hallway from the living room leads you to the laundry room on the right, a second full bathroom and three more bedrooms. The first two bedrooms both have queen size beds and the third has built in twin size bunks for the kids along with games, toys and arcade games to entertain. The back kitchen door leads you to a huge wrap around deck with plenty of seasonal outdoor seating and dining space perfect for watching the deer meander by. At the far end of the deck is a fenced in playground.
