Place was suoer clean and had an amazing layout for my 80YO parents. Love the back screened in porch. Would definitely stay there again.

Family Vacation

We had a really nice time at this property. The location is nice. Very close to the beaches, restaurants and shops. We used the pool, tennis and basketball courts. The community is great for runs and walks. Overall a great place to stay.

The community was nice. We enjoyed the porch and the back patio. The house is in need of some tlc. The pack deck was in need of repair and the back doors didn’t work. When we checked in the bedding was spoiled and needed changed in multiple rooms. There was trash in the drawers and the kitchen floor was dirty. It wasn’t a great start to the vacation. We then were put in the middle of a dispute between the homeowners and their cleaning people.

Wonderful place! The owners have paid attention to every detail; modern, sophisticated, & "beach-y!" Also spotless. In a community with pools, tennis, etc. Beach a little further, but no big deal.

Great place

We loved our stay at Ocean View Oasis. The design and layout worked well for our family. It was clean and neat. The construction was solid and well done. I especially appreciated the flooring, having done some at my house recently! They permitted us to have an early check-in. As to growth areas: The kitchen was missing some pots, lids, and utensils that we have come to expect, and the grill was dirty. The posted login for the resort amenities did not work. That said, the problems were minor and easily overcome. Thank you for making your property available!

Wonderful house!

This house was just what we were looking for! It was clean and spacious, and only a short walk to the Pavilion pool and a stone’s throw from Shutte Stop #2. The screened in porch was lovely. Everything was labeled nicely and we had all the information we needed about the community etc. It was a decently equipped kitchen, but we found many pots and pans in the cabinet that were dirty. Somehow we missed that it only had two bathrooms but we made it work. Had to contact the property management about two things: the gas burners made a humming sound that was a little disconcerting and the dryer vent was not properly attached, so all the hot humid air was blowing into the laundry room. All in all though it was a wonderful stay!

The place was wonderful, beautifully decorated. Great view of the golf behind the house. The home owners really went above and beyond. I look forward to staying here again.

Family Summer vacation

We spent a week at this property. My husband and I came with our daughter, her husband, and their 16 month old and 3 year old sons. The set up was perfect for us with a large kitchen and family room. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The screened in back porch was a great extra. We paid to use the pool and playground and the pool was very refreshing at the end of a hot day.

Great location

Enjoyed the back patio view of the golf course. Great neighborhood! Hall bath shower had some draining issues but I contacted management and they are going to take a look. Owners do not let you check in early just FYI! Wish I knew that a head of time. They are very strict on a 4pm check in. Great long weekend overall!

Everything you need on one level!

Perfect One level house with just a few steps. Had everything we needed in the kitchen, and beach chairs to share! Decor was cute for the beach vibe.

Great family vacation

My family and I decided to come down to Bethany for the end of the summer. The house was in a great location and extremely clean. The amenities were great. After a day at the beach, my kids (8 and 5) loved access to the pool, tennis courts, and basketball courts. Great vacation.

Relaxing, comfy getaway

This was our first time traveling during the pandemic and this house was tip-top as described! Very clean and had everything we needed. We did not mind bringing our own linens. As we were here off-season, we loved the gas fireplace - it made the first few nights extra cozy during the cold weather. The house has a great golf course view. Quiet & relaxing but with many amenities nearby!

Our spring break

Great location about 10 min from Bethany beach. I would stay there again. I did not give an overall rating of 5 due to some cleanliness issues I will share directly with the owner. The house itself is wonderful.
