Welcome to Sunshine House! Located minutes from Bethany Beach, amazing restaurants, shops and grocery stores in a family-friendly neighborhood. The house has an open concept family/dining/kitchen/sunroom, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, washer/dryer, outdoor shower, gas grill and yard ready for a game of wiffle ball or corn hole. The sunroom is perfect for reading a book, a puzzle or games. The third bedroom features a full-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle that can be pulled away from the bed. Sit on a rocker on the porch and watch the kids bike ride around the circle. An outdoor shower was added in 2022. Bear Trap Dunes Golf Course is less than a mile away. The cleaning fee includes linens.

There are lots of fun things to do close by!! The sea and bay are close by. If you are a music lover, check out the national acts at the Freeman Arts Pavilion outdoor concert - freemanarts.org.
* The Sunshine Laundry sign is a reproduction of great-aunt Mil's business on Maryland's Eastern Shore. The original hangs in the Federalsburg Museum. The house has several items that celebrate our shore heritage.

Great Stay!

Great house, great host, great town and location. This home has everything thing you’ll need and more. The house is brand new, super clean, beautifully decorated and well appointed. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, but just minutes to shopping, the beach and restaurants. It’s the perfect place to stay.

Superb Stay

The home is located close to Bethany Beach. It is in a quiet neighborhood and has off street parking. Everything is well organized and we appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked. The children enjoyed the games and puzzles as well as playing in the yard. Sunshine House was a great fit for our group of six!

Perfect vacation home!

We just returned from a 5-night stay at Sunshine House. All I can say is, we fell in love! The house was well-appointed and spotless in a quiet neighborhood with a quick drive to Bethany Beach and other area beaches/attractions. The beds were very comfortable. Suzy was a pleasure to work with. This was our favorite beach rental by far and we look forward to coming back!

House was fantastic as was the area. The host was awesome with us. Left us a lovely note and a treat for the kids. If you have the opportunity to rent this place, please do. It is only 5 mins from the beach and boardwalk so away from the noise. The stores are around the corner. Thanks again.

Beautiful and cozy home

The home was just perfect for our little family. When we arrived we immediately fell in love with the house. It was clean, updated and best of all welcoming. The host was gracious and assured that our 2 year old toddler had some things to play with and they left safety locks for the cabinets. The host was easy to reach and very accommodating! The location of the home was close to the beach and other exciting attractions. Would definitely want to go back!

Perfect for Baseball Tournament Stay

We traveled from Western New York for my son to play baseball at Sports at the Beach in Georgetown. The location of the property was only about a 40 minute drive to the tournament location but we were nice and close to Bethany Beach. We also spent time at Rehoboth beach which was only a 20 minute drive. The house was very clean and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The teens appreciated the full size bed bunk beds and we all enjoyed the outdoor shower. From the time I first was interested in booking until checkout, the owner was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Myself and my family were very happy with our stay and we would highly recommend this property.

Cozy nest neat Beautiful Bethany

My family had a get together in Bethany and needed a place to sleep six of us (a couple, one single adult, me and my two kids). We found this newly finished single family home and it checked all the boxes. The owners really delivered and were great with communication. The home had three comfortable bedrooms, one with bunks. As a result, the home easily accommodated us (plus two more kids for a sleep over one night). The home had everything needed for a comfy stay. Linens, towels, kitchen (fully ready), laundry and a driveway that easily would accomodate two cars. Loved the backstory about the Sunshine Laundry. Conveniently located one town over from Bethany and was only a brief drive to the beach with traffic. Very clean and nice place and great value. Willl stay again!!
