Merci de considérer notre maison de plage pour vos prochaines vacances! Notre maison est une location de commodités complet. Notre maison comprend 3 niveaux pour offrir un confort, d'espace et d'intimité. Au dernier étage, la grande chambre des maîtres est complète avec lit king size et télévision, dressing et salle de bains principale. Au bout du couloir est une autre chambre avec un lit queen size, un lit double et un lit gigogne double. La 1ère chambre de niveau a un lit queen size, un lit queen canapé-lit, TV et salle de bain complète séparée (douche seulement). Sur l'étage du milieu de la cuisine est équipée avec vaisselle, ustensiles et comprend une cafetière. Table de cuisine pouvant accueillir 8 personnes. Télévision écran plat dans le salon avec Direct TV, lecteur DVD avec accès Netflix. Machine à laver et sèche-linge. Grande terrasse avec table et parasol et deux chaises Adirondack. Pont inférieur a une chaise longue et des sièges supplémentaires. Grande piscine et des courts de tennis à distance de marche. 10 min à vélo, à 3 min de la plage Bethany. 8 min en voiture de Fenwick parc d'état de plage. Bien situé entre Ocean City, MD et Rehoboth promenade et sortie shopping. Bethany a aussi une belle promenade tranquille et familiale. S'il vous plaît écrivez des questions avant de réserver.

It was a nice place to stay. Place is very clean. Owner is nice and connects with you if needed. Close to beach and pool is walking distance. Spacious for a family of 9. No issues with parking. Neighborhood is quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Great family vacation home!

This pretty, roomy home was perfect for our adult children, my husband and me, and our 10-month old grandson. The drive to the beach areas weren’t bad, and there are businesses (like ice cream places!) nearby. The pool was very convenient to have right around the corner. Christina was great getting back to us when needed, and she gave us hints on places to eat and park in Bethany. We’d definitely stay again!

Great Location, Spacious and Clean Townhouse, Helpful Owner

Location was perfect for my family of 5. House was clean and three spacious levels allowed us to spread out. Local beaches and downtown Bethany Beach were a close drive. Market for food and supplies just a few minutes away. Christina was in frequent contact and was extremely helpful throughout the process of renting and during the stay. Would highly recommend this property for families.

Nice pool

Not as clean as we expected upon arrival. Carpet is soiled and walls had marks. Large enough for a family and the pool was nice.

After receiving this two star review I called the renter to see why. When I texted her during her stay she said everything was great and did not let me know of any issues so this was taken as a surprise. When we talked on the phone she agreed that she shouldn't have given it a 2 star review, said she isn't savy with the internet and wasn't sure what she was doing. She did say that there were some crumbs under the couch and we agreed that summer rental cleaning companies are not as diligent as a hotel cleaning staff. There were some minor stains on the carpet but it was clean. We have since switched cleaning companies and the carpets have been steam cleaned. Renter said she could have written much nicer things about the house, location and pool but said she "normally doesn't do these type of things and wasn't computer savy". She felt bad for leaving this review and said if she could change it she would.

Comfortable Stay

My wife and I had a wonderful visit to the Delaware beaches. This townhouse in Ocean View is a great location to start each day from. The house is clean and the furniture is comfortable. Communication with the owner was timely and quite pleasant. They were eager to help make our stay trouble free and as convenient as they could. Thank You!

Our stay was very nice. The house was clean and comfortable. My family which consists of 3 older teenagers my husband and myself enjoyed some good family time hanging in the living room. Playing some of the games that are there and watching movies. Also enjoyed the close proximity of the pool and Bethany Beach. Enjoyed a few of the restaurants on the boardwalk. Loved The Penguin

Wonderful stay!

We loved our Bethany Beach vacay!! Christina and Bobby’s townhouse was beautiful, spacious and clean! We enjoyed our time with our family who visited all the way from Colombia. It was our first time at Bethany Beach and we really liked relaxing on the beach, grilling at night, taking a walk on the short boardwalk, and playing games at home. The kids also enjoyed the community pool in the afternoons right behind the house. Ocean City’s boardwalk wasn't very far away, so one evening we headed there for dinner and rides! Overall, we had a great experience! The area has a lot to offer and Christina was very helpful when giving tips for restaurants and places to go! Will definitely consider coming back! :)

Cleaning mishap

We stayed 5 nights with my family (3 kids and 3 adults). Less than 2 hours before check in we were informed the cleaners couldn’t make it so we had to clean the place ourselves until the cleaners would come the next morning, or we could wait until the next day to come. Staying someplace else that night wasn’t an option (we were already driving and almost there). The owner was apologetic and said this hadn’t happened before. The morning after check in we left the home early to allow for the cleaners to enter, and they canceled again. The owner found a replacement cleaner to come that afternoon (day 2). Even with the cleaning done, the carpet was still very dirty and it didn’t feel clean. Cleanliness is a priority for us, especially given Covid, so this was upsetting. The pros: the place is spacious, close to the beach and in cute neighborhood. The cons: not clean and I was disappointed that the owner didn’t accommodate us for the cleaning issue besides refunding the cleaning fee. She did give the option to contact vrbo to stay somewhere else but there was nothing available for 6 people the last week of summer. I understand the cleaners canceling twice was not in her control, but she could control providing a fair concession for our troubles. Refunding any portion of our stay (besides the cleaning fee) would have made it more fair as a guest paying for clean stay (which we did not have) and the fact that we had to clean the place ourselves the first day.

I'm sorry once again, the cleaners canceling twice on us has never happened before and it was completely out of our control. I did suggest you contact VRBO and they would have found you another place, even if it was a hotel for the night, that is part of their protection guarantee. You did not want to do that and were ok checking in to the place uncleaned. I said I would refund the cleaning fee and I could give you an additional amount of money if you wanted to clean it yourself. You still wanted me to have a cleaner come out and since I had to find someone super quick that we don't usually use, I had to pay more than double. I was already out the cleaning fee I reimbursed to you (could not apply it to the expensive cleaner) and out the extra money the emergency cleaners charged. In the text message I said I would refund the extra money if you wanted to clean it yourself, but you chose the expensive cleaner. Looking back, you should have just reached out to VRBO and they would have put you in a comparable place and if nothing was available, they would have put you in a hotel. Please read your rental agreement with them. You did not want to do that so I was accommodating you by letting you stay even though the place was not ready. I'm sorry the issue was completely out of my control.

Owners made us feel very welcome

First impression was that the house smelled clean. It was in a quiet area. Beds were comfortable and we appreciated the movies and games that were available to us. Loved the pool and tennis courts being so close. Close to the beach and boardwalk. Plenty of room for our family to spread out! Would definitely stay here again!

We needed a last minute house near the beach for a last minute fishing trip. This house was as advertised, clean, plenty of room with an amazing deck! Would definitely recommend anyone to stay there!

Perfect place for a beach getaway

Christine and bobby's home was just perfect for our family vacation with our adult children. The three separate floors to the townhome allowed us to spread out and have privacy, yet the common areas were plenty large enough for us all to be together. The location was great to head to ocean city, fenwick island state park, bethany beach, etc. The pool at the complex was just around the corner and so refreshing, large and not crowded. Our hosts thought of everything we could need, they even provided bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc.. Our family isn't able to commit to a whole week at the beach and its hard to find accommodations that allow for half weeks, so we were glad for that perk too! (Although we all felt we would love to stay longer!) We learned our lesson to get to the beach early, because like all beach towns parking can get crazy in the summer. Fenwick state park was the way to go for us during the day. Parking lightened up in the evening to enjoy bethany. And ocmd boardwalk perfect end to a day. We were so glad we found this wonderfully clean and perfectly thought out townhome. Also I need to say Christina and Bobby are The Most gracious hosts! They were always just a text away, had excellent communication before and during the trip. Anyone who can handle All my husbands questions with such kindness...well they must be saints lol We cant recommend this home enough, book today, you wont regret it!

Lots of accommodations

Everything was easy to find and a lot of cook wear was provided. Only suggestion would be to have a tea kettle to warm water, cutting board and a steam clothing iron in one of the closets to iron clothes. Lots of games, movies, magazines, books and Netflix was very convenient.

We enjoy the laid back feeling of Bethany Beach and the laid back neighborhood our house is in. We do not rent to party goers. Please treat our home as you would your own.
