A perfect getaway just a few minutes’ drive to Bethany boardwalk and beaches. This lovingly-renovated ranch home offers open living spaces, 2 full baths, a master bedroom with king bed, and a guest bedroom with 2 queen beds. Enjoy a quiet, safe, coastal neighborhood with free, easy parking in an oversized driveway. The large backyard has an outdoor shower, a grill and patio furniture ready for family fun and outdoor meals. We have beach chairs and umbrella available, so leave yours at home. This home is located in the town of Ocean View, Delaware, 3 miles from the ocean and conveniently close to grocery stores, popular restaurants, golf and other activities.

We had a wonderful time at the house! It was extremely clean and was very convenient that the linens, towels, and beach chairs were included! The neighborhood was relatively quiet and felt very safe. We highly recommend staying here!

This is a wonderful place to stay in a quiet neighborhood! Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The house was spacious and spotless. Fully stocked with everything you would need for your vacation. Gary and Dawn were excellent hosts!

Beautiful home

This was a beautiful home and the hosts were wonderful! The home is very close (minutes) to Bethany beach and in a very quiet neighborhood with a nice back yard. We could not have asked for better hosts. They even provided us with a bottle of wine at check in! Thank you for sharing your home with us and for being so accommodating. We hope to visit again soon!

Great Vacation House

We stayed 3 nights four days. The property was clean and neat as a pin and was very bright and cheery. The house was very comfortable and has a "new" feeling to it. The house is stocked with more than enough utensils, pots & pans, glasses, kitchen gadgets, towels, linens, etc. Communication with the owner was excellent. We had a problem with the front door lock (which turned out to be something I was doing wrong) so I texted the owner. He called me literally in less than 30 seconds and walked me through the fix. The location is fantastic. Everything was no more than 10-20 minutes away: restaurants, grocery shopping, parks, Bethany beach etc but the property itself is in a quiet and pretty neighborhood. This would be a great house for anyone including families with kids or a couple just looking to get away. We'd definitely would stay here again!

Very nice house with everything you need for a relaxing stay. House is nicely furnished with everything you need. And the rainhead shower is amazing!!! Very quiet neighborhood and close to the beaches great restaurants and shopping. The hosts are wonderful and communication was fast and easy. Will definitely look forward to staying here again.

Our stay at this home was great! The neighborhood was quiet and driveway is spacious. The house is well supplied with items you made need for cooking. Beds were comfortable and rooms were nicely decorated. Close enough to go to a few different beaches if desired. Would stay again

Ocean view Beach House

The house is very nice and quite comfortable. It is our third time staying there. We absolutely love it. The hosts try to think of everything to make your stay more comfortable. My husband and I stayed for 2 nights… the weather was rainy but the house was wonderful! Host contacted us prior to our stay and the check in process was trouble free. House was clean and was equipped with everything we needed. The shower in the Master was the best!!!

Beautiful home

This is a beautiful home close to everything but still a quiet neighborhood. I was disappointed that I was there during the winter this house would only get better as the weather gets better. great communication with the owner and would love to stay again
