The house was very clean and much more spacious than I envisioned! We enjoyed the outdoor shower and how close it was to activities like mini golf. Highly recommend!

Literally a home away from home

Great house! Had everything we needed for a vacation, kitchen was great, living space was very open! Loved the outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach! Very nice pool, tennis courts and playground for the kids, excellent property! Location was central to all the beaches we like!

We had a wonderful stay in Savannah‘s landing home offered everything that we needed: beautiful set up, comfortable sleeping, and all of the kitchenware, linens and towels needed. The home is very close to Bethany beach(10 minutes) and within 30 minutes Ocean City and Rehoboth Beach. We really enjoyed the pool and the beautiful surroundings for enjoyable walks. You cannot ask for anything else.

Overall, the home is in a nice neighborhood with good amenites . However we didn't have the chance to use them. (only a three day stay). The property is dated, dirty and lacking a lot of basic amenities. The communication with the management team is terrible. It took two (of the three days we were there to get a decent response to our questions. The house (which can sleep up to 8 persons comfortably) has a one-cup coffee maker that makes no sense. Off brand, not told we needed to buy pods for it. There is no grill. There were dirty utensils in the drawers. Pistacio shells under our grandaughters bed (she is allergic to pistacios ). I reccomend the management company come in and do an evaluation of this property and suggest some upgrades or reduce the price of this place. Our photos are mostly of how it looked after we left. CLEANER than when we checked in . Also, no garbage bags provided? Really ? A basic amenity.
