True oceanfront – incredible views from the living room and master bedroom. This upgraded condo is beautiful, immaculate, and the kitchen is very well stocked with new appliances. The unit is equipped with Xfinity TV (3), including a 65" HDTV in the living room and a 55" HDTV in the master bedroom, 3 DVDs, Free Wi-Fi, memory foam mattresses in both bedrooms, and both sofa beds have pillow-top mattress pads for added comfort. Both bathrooms were remodeled in 2020, with the master bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. There is central A/C, a phone, and parking for 2 cars. The building charges a non-refundable registration fee, additional parking spots are available for $15 per spot upon availability. The condo is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Occupancy is 7. Please note – sheets, towels, paper, and cleaning products are not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
