Light and Bright home on the 11 mile lagoon system.

Nestled among live oak trees draped with Spanish moss, this private oasis is the perfect place for your next beach vacation, golf outing or family getaway.

Located on the prestigious Palmetto Dunes eleven mile lagoon system, this four bedroom home with private pool and spa is an easy walk or bike ride to the beach, and a ten minute bike ride to Shelter Cove with its restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and shopping.

This single-story island retreat comes with a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and a large family room with high ceilings and a 65-inch Smart TV. Step outside the sliding glass doors to the pool area for an incredible indoor/outdoor experience. The home comes with a private dock, outdoor grilling area, fire pit, spa & pool and ample seating.

The Primary and front guest room have mounted TV’s equipped with Apple TV and hi-speed internet. This home has four bedrooms (2 kings, 1 queen, and 1 bedroom with 3 twin beds), 2 Âœ baths inside and 1 full bath located by the pool.

This home is strategically located - it’s less than a mile to the beach, less than a mile to Shelter Cove, and less than two miles to either the Robert Trent Jones golf course or the Palmetto Dunes Tennis and Pickle ball center. It’s the perfect place for your next vacation.

The spa can be heated (June 1st- October 1st) for an additional fee.

One of the main reasons for choosing the property was the hot tub and pool. I wasn’t told the hot tub isn’t turned on until June 1. I thought the $700 charge to turn on the hot tub was excessive. Overall it was a great rental experience!

It was extremely clean and loved that everything was on the ground floor and the open view from the den was beautiful. We even saw several deer one morning. And every evening we enjoyed sitting out by the pool and enjoying the gorgeous weather. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone Wanting a quiet getaway with beautiful scenery.
