Thoroughly enjoyed our week at 21 Sandpiper. The house was a perfect fit for our family. Would have liked sunnier weather but made the best of it. Made excellent use of kitchen and gas grill areas. Decor was lovely. Everything was perfect for our needs and desires. Played a lot of cribbage during cloudy days. Loved getting re-acquainted with family members haven't seen for awhile. Would probably love to book it again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 21 Sandpiper is a clean, spacious house with plenty of amenities for a comfortable stay. The heat index was off the charts during our vacation week and the backyard pool saved our vacation! We all enjoyed the spa, as well. The location is ideal. The walk to the beach is only a few blocks. And Coligny Plaza is mere minutes away. The house is located on a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. Sea Turtle Getaways was helpful throughout the rental process and preparation for our arrival. I would recommend this house to friend and relatives.

Relaxing Beach Retreat

Our family of 11 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed for the week we were there. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, the ice maker in the laundry room was a plus as well as the beverage fridge. It was an easy 5 minute walk to the beach from the house. The pool and hot tub was a big hit with the kids, we paid to have the hot tub heated. It’s about 1 mile to shopping and restaurants, but with a golf cart rental we were there in minutes. If you have a larger family this is a wonderful home to stay - lots of places to gather, but also places to just sit and relax if you need a bit of quiet time.

Great place; hot tub needs work

We were very happy with location, access to the beach, quiet neighborhood, and layout of the house. Only complaint is the hot tub was never warm enough to use. After I called, they promptly came and cleaned the pool and checked it. The thermostat was set at 104 degrees (which is normal for a hot tub), but it was too chilly to enjoy. Wondered if I could get a refund for what I paid extra to have a heated pool and hot tub?

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a beautiful home. We stayed here with 3 couples, no children. It was super comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen has everything!! Coffee makers, blenders, plates, pot, pans, mugs, silverware. There was never a time we looked for something and didn't find it. The bathrooms also have everything you need. Lots of towels (all sizes). Plus, soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. It is a very short walk to the beach, and the pool and hot tub are gorgeous. There was parking for all 3 cars, and plenty of space inside to be together or apart. The management company was super easy to work with, as were the owners. We would definitely rent this house again!

The home was spotless, well furnished, comfortable, and convenient to beach, shopping, and restaurants. It was evident that the owners took the time and energy to make sure the renters experience was special! Sea Turtle Rental Company was very punctual and accommodating throughout the rental process.

Family Beach Trip

Wonderful home with all the amenities you need for a family beach stay. Really appreciated the 2 dishwashers & 2 w dryer units for a group of 12. The pool was great and loved the outdoor space. The location of the house is a very easy walk to the beach and quick bike ride to shops. My only suggestion is to have pool towels. We had to use our bath towels at the pool which meant lots of washing/dying during the week, good thing we had the 2 washer/dryer’s. Overall we would definitely come back.
