Positioned in a highly desirable area, this beach house is located just a few minutes walk from a child friendly beach, paths , a 20 minute stroll to the centre of town
and a short walk to the nearby patrolled surf beach.

At the end of the street is a paved walking/cycling track, which leads to the centre of town , playgrounds and nearby parks .

This is a charming neat and clean 2 bedroom home, consisting of 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and the second bedroom having 2 sets of bunk beds.

The solid timber home is cozy with kitchen/family room , separate large lounge room, laundry/bathroom and toilet There is a front and rear deck, the rear deck being covered, a wonderful place for breakfast outdoors or relaxing in the sun.

The fully equipped kitchen has a small stove/oven, so it might not suit active gourmet cooks. There is a new fridge and washing machine, free wifi , and a large reverse cycle air conditioner located in the kitchen/family room, which will ensure you have a comfortable stay no matter what time of year..

The block is large but the owners have delineated off a small lawn section at the front for their own usage. The garage is not included in the rental and access to this is required at all times.There is plenty of car parking space off the street and large lawn area for children to play

It is close to the beach and all the locals walk the short distance .

For our and neighbours comfort no schoolies, private guests only and no functions/parties allowed. A nice place for quiet family to relax and play.

Linen is not supplied. Guests must supply their own sheets, towels, pillowslips and tea towels.

No Smoking. No pets
