Make your way up the charming porch steps and enter the beautiful historic home via the keyless smart lock and step into the grand foyer with a long bench seat and handy coat hooks so you can get everyone comfortable, organized and ready to relax.

The sun-filled living area offers room for the whole family with a large modular sofa and an abundance of toys, games, books and a big screen Roku TV perfect for movie nights snuggled up together on the lounge.

Step through into the stately kitchen that comes fully equipped with all the cooking basics you need to cook up pancakes in the morning through to a 3 course meal for the group at night then eat together at the stylish table set for eight and a half with a highchair for the little one.

Coffee enthusiasts with love the selection on offer at the fully stocked coffee station where you can brew up a fresh pot or use the pod machine and settle into the second living room on the relaxing armchairs and catch up with friends.

Also on the first floor is the handy half bath where you can wash up before meals and the laundry nook with a Samsung washer and dryer set to keep everyone looking their best.

Take the stairs up to the second level of the home where you will find the four spacious bedrooms and the two full bathrooms.

The master suite is generous in size and features a luxuriously large king bed with a full ensuite bathroom, a Pack n’ Play cot for the little one and access to the second floor balcony with comfy outdoor seating – perfect for watching sunsets of an evening with a drink or two.

Wake feeling refreshed in the sunny second bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home. Just across the hall is the third bedroom that offers a quality queen airbed and finally the fourth bedroom that is also filled with a queen bed and chic worldly décor.

The three bedrooms share the central full bathroom with a relaxing full size bath, an overhead shower and a vanity stocked with all the essentials and soft fluffy towels for each guest.

Back downstairs, make your way out onto the rear porch lay out on the ultra-comfortable anti-gravity chairs while the kids run around in the grassy, secured backyard that backs onto the undercover garage where you can park up to two cars.

On a sunny afternoon, take a walk to Tower Grove Park just a few blocks away where you can shop at the farmers market every Saturday, walk through the gardens and even catch a show if you’re lucky – then stop in at the delicious ice cream shop and bakery on the corner on the walk home for a fun, and delicious, day out.

The Neighborhood:
Shaw is one of the oldest and most intact neighborhoods among St. Louis City’s historic districts and is centrally located just minutes from Downtown, the historic Soulard District, Forest Park, The Hill, Tower Grove Park, the Missouri Botanical Garden, and the South Grand business district.

Flora Place, in the heart of the Shaw neighborhood, hosts the annual Historic Shaw Art Fair, which showcases juried artists from around the country, entertainment, and local cuisine.

Close by you will find the beautiful Missouri Botanical Gardens, restaurants and shops with miles of treelined paths, playgrounds, fountains and points of interest, including the top-rated and free Zoo and Art Museum.
Foods from around the world are served at nearby restaurants on Grand Ave with no shortage of Italian restaurants on “The Hill” nearby. Access to major freeways is convenient to take in a Cardinals game, visit the arch and riverfront, stop by beautiful Soulard, or tour the Anheuser-Busch brewery.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car with most highways conveniently nearby. You can also use the Metrolink light rail system to get to many major attractions. Metro's efficient light rail system offers stops throughout the city.

St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see lots of Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!

This home is equipped with NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to reach out and request that levels are reduced to reasonable levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.

GUEST VERIFICATION
SafelyStay, Inc., verifies the identity of guests, and checks criminal databases in order to confirm reservations.

TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury.

The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived, while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $78 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as “Trust & Safety Fee” or “Management Fee”.

This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.
- Primary renter must be 25+ years old
- Pets are not permitted on the property
- No smoking inside the home
- No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation
- No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
- Quiet time is 10pm - 9am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
- Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm
- Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.
