Enjoy the meadow area of Mammoth from this updated fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo; sleeps up to four. The kitchen has stone counter tops, updated appliances and is fully stocked to offer everything needed for cooking and grilling with a gas BBQ on the private deck. Cozy up by the wood burning fireplace in the comfortable living room with Flat Screen TV/DVD and WiFi access. The living room has a sofa sleeper and the master bedroom has a queen bed with a Flat Screen TV. A bonus work space area offers a desk to allow remote working. With dining area for 4, additional kitchen bar seating for 4, as well as a deck with seating to enjoy the beautiful location and views of Snowcreek. On site amenities include a Jacuzzi and outside parking. This unit is located near the red shuttle route. This unit is pet friendly so you can bring Fido along. One pet allowed, additional pets by approval only, please call. With a private washer/dryer this unit offers all the amenities to provide the ultimate convenience. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. It was okay

Really struggled to get the heat to maintain the entire stay. We only really slept there as we were on the mountain all day. But it was very cold at night and the pull out mattress was awful and very uncomfortable. Plus side- close drive to the mountain and restaurants. Wouldn’t stay again due to heat issues, bedding uncomfortable, and just felt too expensive to be that far from the mountain.

Cozy Cabin Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay in this cozy cabin. The updated furnishings give the unit a newer feel. It was clean and hard wood floors made it easy to wipe off puppy paws without dirtying a carpet. The only criticism I would have is that the bed is pretty firm, but we also prefer a bit softer mattress.

Great Pet-Friendly Spot

Nicely decorated and light. There is a little porch to sit on and sip coffee (my drink of choice-lol)and enjoy the view of the mountains. Great condo complex!

The condo was super clean -- much appreciated. The one maintenance issue we had was taken care of immediately by the condo technicians (replacement battery for thermostat in living room).

A nice place for a slow week

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a nice place that I have rented a few times. It is great on a slower week but not ideal during a busy time. It gets loud and crowed easily. The walls are thin. The unit has very little amenities and it is advisable to bring some basics with you. The kitchen didn't have good options like other units we have rented in the past.

It is pet friendly which was great. Bare necessities in the kitchen-one dish towel no hot pads, but the appliances were new. Bed was just a queen—and could use an upgrade. Two big closets but no hangers!

Good Location

Also, our heater in the living room was broken and called the next morning and they came right out and repaired it. Had to throw the bedspread in the closet - had black hairs on it! Kitchen was clean though. We just thought it wasn't up to Marriott standards.

Great location with Meadow Backyard

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was spacious for a one bedroom/one bathroom unit with its open floor plan and recent renovations. The condo had detailed touches (plants, pillows, furniture) and appeared as though it had been recently updated. The kitchen had the basics, though could use a few extra pots/pans; it was sufficient for two guests. Our dog absolutely loved running around the meadow which was basally the backyard. The only flaw was the mattress in the bedroom--it was so uncomfortable that we were not able to get proper sleep. We even tried to seep on the sleeper couch, but that was also very uncomfortable. I would highly recommend that the mattress be replaced. Other than the mattress, the unit was wonderful in a great location at Snowcreek.

Basic accommodations

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon our arrival the condo looked clean until we went into the bedroom. The whole condo had vinyl flooring but the bedroom had carpeting and it had multiple stains. I emailed Mammoth Reservations and they came out and cleaned the rug. The condo was light and bright with white walls. The heating in the living room was not functioning but the dining room and bedroom were fine. It would help if the owner left instructions for the TV. The 3 remotes made it confusing. There were only 3 teaspoons but there was tablespoons. The kitchen appliances and countertops were nice but the cabinets were old. The furniture was nice and fireplace worked well and there was plenty of hot water! The drains were slow in the bathroom .

Great location.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stated in this unit 2 times(Oct2022/June23). The location and being a dog friendly unit are great, however the condition of this unit has gone down. The area rug in the bedroom is VERY dirty with large stains spots. The rug in the living room is also very dirty. Then screens to many windows were severely bent and the window in the bedroom could not be opened. The bed has a plastic matress cover which is very annoying and the large metal bed frame is hazardous to your knees and shins. I still have the scars from them. There were food crumbs on the kitchen table from the previous guest and some for he chairs are coming apart at the joints. Items were reported to property management and advised they would look into them when we checked out.

Cute and Quiet for Summer

My wife and I stayed here in the Summer of 2016. Very pleased with the general location; neighbors were friendly, but be prepared to be awakened during the "business hours" since your amongst permanent residents who have to go to work. Yes, it definitely is an older unit that has some things that aren't working or have been disconnected over the years, like floor heaters, bathroom fans, etc. Hopefully, the agency and/or owner have received notice of the many lights that aren't working properly. Spacious and comfortable for 2 adults. Being on the first floor, next to the meadow is nice. The biggest drawback, that can also be a positive, is that there's no covered parking. You park within 50 feet of your door. Why negative? Well, if you know Snowcreek...you know how nice they keep their lawns and landscapes...aka LOTS of sprinklers. And, if you don't like BRUTAL water spots on your car's paint...be ready to be irritated. Otherwise, it's nice to just walk out to your car/truck, and it makes packing/unpacking a lot more convenient. I was VERY VERY appreciative of having a place for our well-behaved Golden, so THANK YOU!

Disappointing

I would not recommend this unit. You are required to call office immediately to report problems. So I reported: dog stains on carpet. One was 16” circumference. Broken screen door which fell on us. Sliding doors didn’t lock. Several dining chairs were shaky due to loose crossbars. Couldn’t use those. Large stove burner broken. Lights under cabinets broken. Counter tops have holes in areas. Coffee maker broken. Track lighting missing several lights which were shown in ad. So no lights in livingroom. No smoke alarm. Bedroom TV didn’t work properly and no operating instructions. Beware of dining area photo. There is only one sliding door. The second one shown is a mirrored reflection of the first door. I would give it several stars for location and zero stars for the unit. What a dump.

Shocked and Disappointed

Boy, are the photos deceiving!When we opened the door, we were hit with that 50’s motel smell: musty and stale. The main culprit was the bedroom carpet, which likely needs to be replaced as it is so dirty.We tried the entire stay to get the living room heat to work, without success. The dining room baseboard heat worked, but only heated the floor for about two feet. The bedroom baseboards did work.The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. For the size of the room, a King would fit - a new bed or at least mattress is needed.There is a convenient hallway desk, but nowhere to plug in devices.The place is very dark - I’m not sure when it ever gets sunlight.There was a guest upstairs with a Dalmatian that barked a lot , and came close to biting me outside. It was unfortunate that the adjacent building was being reroofed 2 of the 3 days we were there.Positives: the TV worked, with lots of channels; the sofa were reasonably comfortable; there were coffee filters; there was plenty of hot water; the bathroom & kitchen were clean.The best things about this place is its location near the edge of the community, with easy access to restaurants and to the Lakes.We did not pay much for our 3 nights here. Now we know why it was so inexpensive.

Great unit! Will rent again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect condo for a small group. I loved that it was dog friendly and a little further outside of town, so I could walk him on the field or around the neighborhood. It's very close to the recreation center, where there are tons of amenities and a path for walking your dog or running. A quick drive to Vons or to the mountain. Plenty of parking and the unit itself was perfect. Great natural light, very clean, had everything you needed, with a great patio and view. My only complaint was that the pots/pans that were available were really scratched and used, so I ended up not cooking as much as I had expected. I also got locked out at one point (always take the keys with you!) and the staff was really responsive and super nice, even though it was outside of the business hours. I will definitely be renting this unit or from Snowcreek again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon our arrival the condo looked clean until we went into the bedroom. The whole condo had vinyl flooring but the bedroom had carpeting and it had multiple stains. I emailed Mammoth Reservations and they came out and cleaned the rug. The condo was light and bright with white walls. The heating in the living room was not functioning but the dining room and bedroom were fine. It would help if the owner left instructions for the TV. The 3 remotes made it confusing. There were only 3 teaspoons but there was tablespoons. The kitchen appliances and countertops were nice but the cabinets were old. The furniture was nice and fireplace worked well and there was plenty of hot water! The drains were slow in the bathroom .

The space is perfect for a couple. The kitchen is ok it could use some more tools but otherwise the place is great. We will be back again for sure. Hopefully, we can get more than 2 towels in the future but we know to ask now.

Not a Premier Unit nor Updated Recently

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I want to first say that I know that it has been a difficult winter in Mammoth due to the record snowfall and maintenance on the units can be challenging along with it being a Pet Friendly unit. This unit is far from recently updated and does show some wear and tear. The bathroom has humidity issues even with running the fan and keeping the door open after taking a shower. The paint is bubbling and peeling. The Kitchen cabinets must have been poorly painted since all the paint is peeling off the cabinets. The kitchen is also poorly stocked. 1 Kitchen dish cloth, no cleaning supplies to maintain the stove/microwave/oven, no working vacuum and only a broom/dust pan to help with the dog fur. The outside BBQ electronic ignition does not work and they left us with only 3 matches. Since it was unseasonably cold in May, we were left with 1 log and no lighter fluid if we wanted to use the fireplace. Lastly, the mattress in the main bedroom needs to be replaced. You can feel every coil/spring and it has a definite sag in the middle. Yes, you are given a list of what is provided but my suggestions are below to make your stay more comfortable. Bring Extra rolls of Paper towels, toilet paper, matches, lighter fluid, extra dish towels, wine opener, Swiffer for dog hair and all groceries including spices/seasoning etc...

Ok place to stay, Just OK!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is a nice size for two. The accommodations are on par with most places I have stayed in Mammoth. The dining set is falling apart & I felt like the chairs would break at any moment. The dishwasher is faulty & not installed correctly. It wiggles. Most everything inside was filthy & had to be cleaned by me and my wife prior to using the kitchen items. I was very disappointed by this. The fireplace was extremely problematic & we could not get a fire to stay on very long. There also was no heat coming out of the fireplace when I did get it going. There are broken fire bricks inside the fireplace & it didn't feel safe at all. The condo has heating but getting it to stay at a set temp was challenging. No access to the ski storage closet outside the unit. I would not stay here again, we left a voicemail for the company & they never followed up. Don't expect service from this company.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Any Mammoth trips is great because of cool weather and beautiful scenery. That said, this condo needs work, or else discount the price. The toilet is low-functioning. The patio sliding glass door works poorly and doesn't lock. Three window screens are broken. The bathroom closet door doesn't slide. Had to buy a plastic spatula. Not enough silverware. No medium saucepan. (The list goes on.) Great overhead lighting in main room, TV excellent. Great access to Mammoth Creek. Hardwood floor in unit above, so that makes a racket through the ceiling.
