Comfortable 2 bedroom w/loft, 3 bathroom; sleeps up to 8 and walking distance to Canyon Lodge. Enjoy a full kitchen, flat screen TV, VCR, stereo, and a fireplace. The master bedroom has a king bed with a TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a TV and a private bath. The loft has 2 twins and the living room has a sofa sleeper. The unit offers wireless internet access. The complex offers outside parking, and is located near the blue shuttle line. This unit is not pet friendly. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. Nice place with large kitchen and cooking area. 5mn from canyon lodge. Note that we had to pick up keys several miles away (we flew in). Heaters were too light for cold days and only one log was provided. We got firewood delivered then with fireplace we were ok.

The unit was large and conveniently located near Canyon lodge. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and overall had a good experience.Host took a long time to respond to messages, especially after hours. The unit did not have materials to start a fire or pods for the dishwasher, so we had to purchase ourselves. Key pickup at the office was inconvenient.

We had a great time staying at Rainbow Villas. The unit was spotless and very spacious and was extremely convenient to be walking distance from Canyon Lodge for a great price.

great spot in Mammoth

Nice place with a fun layout for a family. Great location for skiing - just 6 minutes walk to Chair 7 or 8 minute walk to Canyon Lodge chairs. Only 4 units have access to the hot tub so it never got too busy.

Place was convenient and close to Canyon Lodge. It could use some updating. Also the jacuzzi never got hot which was very disappointing after a long, cold day of skiing.

Great location walking to Canyon

Property was clean, but could use a little updating. Also some of the rooms could use some additional lighting as they were pretty dark. Overall though, the location was great, parking was easy and I would stay again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is the best part of this property. The Canyon Lodge is walking distance. The only negative issue I have with this property is that the downstairs bedrooms tend to be on the dark side, without the best lamps in the rooms.

Plenty of room for all of the kids. The onsite Jacuzzi was a plus and we also got to use the clubhouse amenities. It was difficult to regulate the heat. Also, the laundry was out of service on our trip.

Each of the two bedrooms had a bathroom and upstairs there was a full bathroom as well for the person who stayed in the loft 3 stories in total. The beds were comfy, the unit was stocked with household items like plates and glass ware. This unit is right next to the jacuzzi. Very spacious and very comfortable

Cannot recommend - choose another place

Issues: Safety & maintenance issues - deadbolt broken and locked us in the unit. Dishwasher didn't work. All lights unplugged on arrival making it difficult to navigate. Carpet badly needs cleaning. Drywall needs repair and painting. What was good? Large unit with clean bathrooms and beds.

Okay but needs maintenance and a good cleaning

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place needs some work and deep cleaning. Seeing the weeds and trash outside the complex gave us an indication of what it would be like inside - marginally kept up. The bathroom floors needed cleaning, as well as some of pots and pans in the kitchen. Tile was missing from the shower surround and the walls were patched but left unpainted. The carpet had soil spots. I won’t be staying there again.

Pullout bed was broken so we had to sleep on the floor

The condo does fit 8 comfortably if you use the pullout couch. Unfortunately the pullout couch was so broken we couldn't use it to sleep on which we needed. On top of that there were so many crumbs and gross things in the pullout when we unfolded it. When I called Mammoth Reservations about the pullout couch, they didn't do anything to fix it and so we had to sleep on the floor with blankets. We also told them that there was no dish soap for the dishwasher and they did nothing to help us with that as well. Otherwise the place was spacious. Really wish Mammoth Reservations did something to help us out or at least give us a discount since the place claimed it accommodated 8, but only accommodated 6 because of the broken couch.

Dated but Adequate in a Great Location for Bike Park

This adequate condo is showing it’s age, but is spacious and comfy. Window blinds are tattered, walls have some gouges here and there, microwave is ancient. Minor niggles, really, especially for bike park riders. You’re right below Chair 16, and the ride to the village is all downhill. There’s a jacuzzi (too much chlorine, so leave the door open and jets off).
