Cette unité est située à seulement quelques minutes de Old Mammoth, niché contre une partie du parcours de golf Sierra Star. Une courte promenade à travers la rue vous amène à l'arrêt de la navette. La navette vous relie à tout Mammoth.
La navette fournit des services au village (avec un service de gondole à Canyon Lodge), ou au Lodge principal pour le ski et le snowboard, la randonnée ou le VTT. De plus, Juniper Springs Resort est à 1,6 km.
Il s'agit d'une maison de ville à trois niveaux avec l'entrée au premier étage et pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes. Niveau d'entrée: la chambre principale a un lit California King avec vanité privée et lavabo, salle de bain partagée et la deuxième chambre a un lit complet et un lit jumeau. Deuxième niveau: salon ouvert, coin repas et cuisine avec une deuxième salle de bain / douche. Le salon a deux (2) canapés et deux (2) chaises relaxantes. Le troisième étage est le grenier (avec un lit superposé et un canapé-lit queen).
Cette unité a un balcon et environ 1500 pieds carrés d'espace de vie. Le salon a une belle télévision murale à écran plat de 46 pouces et un lecteur DVD. De plus, l'unité comprend un haut-parleur BOSE Soundtouch 10 qui permet aux clients d'écouter leur musique via leur smartphone. Il y a aussi des téléviseurs dans la chambre principale et le grenier.
Cette propriété a de belles fonctionnalités rénovées. La cuisine a de beaux comptoirs en granit, des appareils électroménagers mis à jour et des luminaires modernes. Le salon au deuxième étage a de nouveaux planchers en bois, un bel éclairage neuf et amélioré et de nouveaux ventilateurs de plafond et stores.
Internet est fourni à titre gratuit.

Il y a deux places de parking extérieures disponibles, un spa, une piscine saisonnière / d'été et un sauna.

The house is within walking distance of grocery stores and other shops, and is fully furnished with everything a large family could need for lodging, cooking, and entertaining during a skiing vacation.

Let It Snow

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It had all the amenities we needed. The location to the mountain was super close and right on the red line bus route. Our trip ended with an unexpected snowfall, so we couldn’t ask for more.

Great stay in Mammoth

We had a great winter stay in this Mammoth townhouse. There is lots of space inside for a family to spread out, and it’s nice to have a wood burning stove. The property is located in town close to restaurants, grocery stores, and other shops. We drove to the lodge to ski, but there also is shuttle service to the slopes that picks up nearby. The host was quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Great Value

Great place. The condo has a lot of space and a good layout for larger groups. We enjoyed using the hot tub and sauna on the property too. Would love to stay here again.

Excellent Mammoth Rental

This condo was a great rental for out family of 4. Mark was a very proactive host and made sure we had everything we needed at check-in and was responsive throughout the stay. The place was clean, roomy, and had everything we needed for a ski vacation.

Very nice stay!

We had a very nice stay at this property. Homeowner was easy to communicate with and the condo was as advertised. Kitchen was well stocked, wifi was good, and TV in the family room was great for watching the final 4. All in all, a great weekend.

We love these units and this one was great. Very clean and nice decor. Great communication with owner. Would definitely stay again. Don't recommend for older guests as the wood floor is slippery.

Quiet and comfortable place in Mammoth Lakes

Very nice and spacious living area. Beds and pillows were on the firm side, but that's a personal preference. We haven't used the fireplace but it's a nice option to have a real wood-fired fireplace in the winter. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Convenient ski locker on the ground level for easy loading/unloading to the car. Few minutes to Mammoth Mountain by car or shuttle.

Clean, easy access to free shuttle, easy check in/out

Great location to Red Line shuttle, Condo was clean and well appointed. Everything in good working condition. Owner is helpful. Parking is outside first come first served. Had no issues parking right in front of condo for the entire duration of stay (4 nights). We are a family of four with two teens, there was plenty of space for us. If the kids each brought a friend the unit could easily accommodate 6. Great for families, highly recommend staying.

Amazing property and stay!

Location was great, the unit was extremely clean, updated, and very nicely decorated. Parking was right out the front door. Communication before and throughout our stay was perfect. The ski locker was great to store our stuff. The kitchen and living room areas were large and very accommodating. The kids loved the loft with the sofa bed and bunk beds. Could not have asked for a better stay. Thank you.

Fun Times at the Woodlands

Unit 3 was all that was expected. We had a large family reunion that week and so we had dinner a few nights around the pool area. The unit's locale near the pool was very convenient. The new 65" TV in the living room was an excellent addition and it got a workout because we got thunderstorms every afternoon, negating outdoor activity. The kitchen was adequately stocked with the exception of utensils. The unit sleeps 8 and there were only 6 forks. Further there were no table/soup spoons ... difficult to eat soup with a teaspoon! However, there was an abundant supply of Kleenex this year! All in all, great time was spent in Unit 3. Think this is one of the larger units in the complex. Thanks, Mark.

Wonderful stay at spacious condo

Pros: King bed most comfortable I have slept in on any rental. Queen bed was rated comfortable by my brother. Kitchen was spacious and well laid out. We cooked all of our meals and had all of the necessary cooking gear except a salad spinner that we brought with us. Unit was very clean and host graciously allowed us to check in early once it had been cleaned from the previous renter. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Digital lock on front door did not require a key, which was very convenient. Ceiling fans were very quiet. Cons: Bunk beds in loft were very uncomfortable for an adult as there was no padding and the springs could be felt. Some bedroom windows face Azimuth Street which was noisy some nights. This was only a problem for the loft as the windows needed to remain open to adequately cool it. Oven broiler did not work. However, we just substituted garlic toast for garlic bread which was almost as good. Difficulty opening some windows to cool the place off. Note that this is common to other units in The woodlands complex and probably to other properties in mammoth. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider renting this unit in the future.

Perfect Vaca

Wonderful experience, place is bigger then it looks. My family had a great time staying here, bonus that the Red Bus line stops right on the corner to bring you up to the main lodge and the village. Watching the sun rise through the giant windows was breathtaking.

Woodlands Unit 3

The unit was quite nice, clean, and well equipped with kitchen stuff (could have used an ice cream scoop, tho), TVs, and games. We didn't use the other electronic gadgets. The unit was dearth, however, in "Kleenex" but this may be a Woodlands phenomenon, as I heard the same comment from other family members staying at the complex. The one drawback of the unit is that it is quite warm (August), even with the ceiling fans going. OK in the evening/night, but very warm in the afternoon. Overall the unit is very nice and comfortable.
