Remodeled, Spacious Corner Unit, Walk to Eagle Lodge, Slopes & Shuttle!

This amazing corner unit is located in Phase 1 of the Summit in the Huntington building. Remodeled 2 bedroom plus loft, 2 bathroom unit that will sleep up to 8 people. Enjoy a gourmet kitchen, TV/DVD, WiFi, and wood burning fireplace. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the loft has two sets of bunk beds. The complex offers a Jacuzzi, pool, sauna, tennis court, fitness room, and underground parking (garage clearance 6' 9"). Located on the green shuttle route. This unit is not pet friendly. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. The spa was dirty and gross. The beds were so stiff and uncomfortable. People kept parking in our spot and management didn’t tow anyone. We had to park in an other spot and then someone came banging on our door and threatened us. They scared the hell out of my kids. We will not be staying here again

Good location, comfortable stay

Our two families spent a wonderful Christmas @ the mammoth. This condo is very comfortable for us to stay. Very clean. Just wish it has washer & dryer.

Place was just as described. Super convenient location. Walking distance to eagle lodge. Very spacious, clean and fun place to stay at. Only thing is the master bed is a little stiff.

Enjoyed this condo!

The size and location of this condo are great. We had no problems with anything. The only issue was that it seemed that certain areas of the condo were not cleaned as well as usual (not vacuuming all areas, crumbs left on tables not wiped down). Even with that, we look forward to staying again.

Nice Condo with Excellent Location for skiing

This condo was very clean with an updated and well stocked kitchen. Plenty of room for our family of four. We enjoyed the close proximity to Eagle Lodge. The only negative was the lack of internet service. It was barely accessible at all over our four day stay. Other than that I would recommend this property.

Great location; Hot water heater broke for a day

Great location, includes one reserved parking spot. You can park a second car but spots are hard to come by. Hot water ran out one evening. I called in the morning and it was fixed by that evening. Other than that it is a great cabin and would rent again. Location is fantastic and close enough to ski-in/ski-out.

What you would expect

If you’ve rented condos in Mammoth before then you know more or less what to expect. Somewhat dated and well used but adequate for sure. Can’t beat location. Could’ve been a little cleaner but again, it’s what you would expect.

Family Time

Great property to stay in ....everyone enjoyed the hot tub. Not quite warm enough for the pool...Very close to all of the summer sights and shopping , eating and Ice Cream !!! Plenty of room for 8. looked small at first but worked out great for all. Thank you very much Sandy Trenam Check in was a easy....little trouble with house keys

Father/Son Fishing Trip

The interior of the condo was very nice and functional. Kitchen and baths have been updated. The unit was very clean and everything worked well. The unit was very quiet. We didn't hear any other guests. One of the two jacuzzi's near the unit was inoperable but the other worked well.

Great location

Beautiful unit. Great location to town and to all you need. It fit our family nicely. Love the decor in this unit. The management team responded quickly to my email about there being a huge crack in one of the windows. (Hopefully that gets fixed fast, could be dangerous as the window is above the couch) The only complaint I have are the beds. The mattresses are rock hard. Other than not sleeping great, everything else was wonderful. Thank you.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check-in took till almost 4pm, which is really late in the day. Mgmt didn't even call the maid to see if it was ready till nearly 4.The room design, decor, beds, bedding, and amenities were nice but there was an expanded mound of stained, squishy wet carpet upstairs, for which we had to call maintenance with a steam cleaner to address.The fireplace only had a few logs available and both lighters on the mantle were out of butane, so I had to light a paper towel from the oven.Everything else worked fine, good hot water, clean furniture, and there was enough soap for the dishwasher. We chose this place for the proximity to Eagle Lodge, which was great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is ideal for convenience to Eagle Lodge. Clean enough, but not glamorous. When we arrived there was a pot on the stairs for a celling leak and the stairs were a little wet from this, but overall, just fine. Is a long walk with luggage to the room and there is no elevator. Parking is only good for one car with a 2 bedroom unit so not too convenient from that perspective. No offer of where else extra cards could be parked. on the upside, super convenient walk to Eagle chair.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I like the overall rental experience, the place is clean and resides in a convenient location, walking distance to eagle lodge. The major difficulty is that the unit sits on the 2nd floor, and the garage is on the -1 floor, so moving stuff from the car to the room without an elevator is really painful.

Great Spring Trip

This is a great property. Walking distance to Eagle is most convenient. Well stocked kitchen. Loft is great for many kids. Would definitely stay here again and I don't say that about most of the (numerous) Mammoth properties I have stayed at.

Great location

The condo was the perfect size for our family of grown kids and grand-child. The condo was well stocked for larger groups. The only negative was the fire place did not vent the smoke (yes, the flue was open) and the condo became full of smoke which also left an odor. We noted the smoke smell when we first walked in so this is an issue. We all enjoyed ourselves.
