This property is uniquely situated between 2 quiet lakes with a small river connecting them. Nice 3 bedroom main home with a sleeping loft. We have a high speed fiber optic internet.

Park like setting throughout with various fire pits, quiet areas, water front and lake access. Plenty of water toys available with this rental. Near to hiking trails, Cross Lake, shopping and dining. Enjoy this gorgeous property and lake views with your morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

The Space:
Life jacket inventory in the beach bin and pontoon. Total 27 all different sizes.

Beach inventory: canoe, 2 horizontal chairs with cushions. Cedar picnic table, Child's swing on tree, 1 hammock along shore, 2 hammocks down the stream, 2 Adirondack chairs adult and 2 child, 2 rakes for the beach, 2 kayaks, etc.

Garage inventory: 1 Super Mable Tube with rope, 2 round tubes, 2 partial floaters, 2 foam floating mattress beach chairs, 1 banquet table, I child seat, 1 surf board, 1 air compressor, wet vac, 1 Bunnomatic commercial grinder, 1 red performance ski, 9 paddles, 1 wake board, 1 knee board, ping pong table, with 4 paddles and balls ,1 gator, 2 Bean bag platforms with 8 bean bags (please keep away from rain), 1 croquet set, 3 gas tanks - please replace any gas used. 1 funnel, 1 Mountain bike, 1 umbrella for dock table, 1 ladder, 1 gauge air pump. Fire wood, All for your use! Grill is the "Big Green Egg".
