York Mills House - Newly renovated and furnished extra wide & long bungalow with 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms located in a quiet neighborhood on prestigious York Mills Road in close proximity to the shopping centre at Bayview/York Mills intersection, public transit (buses & subway), highly ranked public schools & trails. 15 minutes from Pearson airport and 30 minutes from downtown Toronto, and close to highways 400/401/404 and 407.

The 1500 square foot house boasts of a cozy open concept living and dining area with a gas fire place and 65" Samsung smart TV. Large bright kitchen fully equipped with high-end appliances including a coffee maker. Three bedrooms ideal for a family setting or two couples travelling together, max 6 occupants. Lavish master bedroom retreat with a king size bed, 4-piece ensuite with heated floors and skylight, walk-in closet, office and sitting area. Spacious 2nd and 3rd bedrooms with ample closet space and a shared 4-piece bathroom with heated floors. Both bathrooms equipped with a shower/tub combinations and grab bar bathtub rails. All bedrooms supplied with crisp white linen and towels, and are lockable. Laundry room equipped with full size washer & dryer, and ironing accessories. All rooms have dimmable lights (or motion sensors in common areas) and plenty of natural light from large operable windows treated with California shutters . A full-size electric keyboard centrally located in the central common area. Smart home features include NEST exterior cameras, centrally controlled temperature, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and key less entries. Complimentary packages includes parking, toilet paper, paper towel, dish washer soap, wifi, Netflix, Youtube, coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, personal hygiene starter pack including soap, shampoo and lotion, and laundry detergent and dryer sheet starter pack. Thorough cleaning and disinfecting protocols observed between guest stays. Use of backyard with BBQ available upon booking ahead of time as its a shared space with the property owner. (Please bear with us as our large 30" wide Kitchen Aid fridge is still on back order due to the prevailing cross-border logistic challenges, however, we have a small temporary fridge for the meanwhile).

Each booking comes with a complimentary parking spot for one car in the driveway on York Mills in front of the garage door on the right side (closer to the house entrance).
