Can’t beat this location!

We had a lovely stay! The unit was clean and well equipped. The balcony was lovely for sunsets and hearing the ocean waves at night. Would stay again!

A Lovely Time At the Beach

We just loved it and would definitely stay again. It was so clean and well equipped will just about anything you would need for going to the beach, cooking, and just about anything else you would need.

Great property in a great location!

This condo was very well equipped. It was in a great location right on the beach. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and lots of stuff to do. We had a great time and would recommended it to anyone!

We Loved Our Stay!

Spotless, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Extra Linens and Towels. The appliances should be updated. The area has many restaurants to choose from ‘white tablecloth’ to drive through. The iconic Candy Kitchen is right across the street! We were at the pool or the beach every day! Everything you need for a great vacation is right here.

Lovely stay

We stayed days after a hurricane hit, and the property manager did well communicating it was ok to come. The pool area was cleaned and ready and they continued to work to restore the beach during our stay. We enjoyed this location. The mattress in the master bedroom is very soft and unsupportive, causing increasing sleep trouble and back/neck pain during the week. Aside from that, the unit was nice and had everything we needed.

Gorgeous views and Fabulous location

This property is in the heart of Madeira Beach and on an absolutely gorgeous stretch of white sandy beach. The unit is spacious and clean. It is not managed by the owner, but by a realty company, so if you want a personal touch like an owner would give this isn’t the one for you. The only drawback is that the elevator is hot and slow. But the unit is bright and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

Undisclosed construction/no amenities

The actual condo unit was up to expectations, ie: up to date furniture, decor, kitchen/appliances, comfortable bedding, etc. However, the property itself was still undergoing construction and recovery efforts from Hurricane Helene. I understand how devastating the storm was to the Madeira Beach area but there were no amenities available on the property. The lounging deck was decimated and pool area was completely unavailable. The issue I hold with this is that we were not informed there would be no pool or lounging deck available when we booked this. It was advertised these amenities were part of the booking, it was NOT disclosed otherwise by Resort Rentals or noted on VRBO. Very disappointing, felt deceived.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great experience and I highly recommend. Great spot overlooking the beach within relative close proximity to great restaurants and John's Pass. Recommend a drive to the St. Pete pier and Salvador Dali museum. Place was very clean and well maintained. Big high def TV if you want to stay in and watch a movie! Resort Rentals was great and very friendly to work with.

Great condo and location

Condo was very nice. Steps away from the beach. The owners had many items which was great.. everything you need in the kitchen, beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys. The only thing that should be updated is having TV’s in all the bedrooms rooms. Only the master bedroom had a tv and it was tiny like 19 inch. The property it’s self was nice. The pool should be open later so people can use it. There are lights around the pool so it’s perfect for evening swimming, but a grumpy older man comes down telling people to get out. The beach was beautiful! Warm water & clean beach. We had a great trip!

Beautiful condo

This could be a 5 star condo if the owners would replace the mattresses and bedding snd clean out the junk under all the beds! All 3 bedrooms had horrible mattresses. The bedding in the master was fine but the other two bedrooms had undesirable bedding. Bed skirts were either ripped or missing and very old. There was all kind of boxes and stuff under each bed that belonged to the owners. The closets were filled with Boxes of Christmas decorations and left no room for us to use comfortably. We really loved the condo and would return if the bedding situation was fixed. *The mold problem in the master bathroom has not been resolved.

Great location and beach!

There were many many pluses to this property and a few minuses. Pluses: LOCATION, beach access, newly updated flooring, updated living room, master bath, kitchen, bathrooms and master bedroom . Full sized washer and dryer. Decorated lovely in the above areas. Very comfortable mattresses and bedding as well as beautiful BIG new TV in the living room . Minus: Portal to get code to door AFTER you have checked in at the lockbox at another destination. Why can’t the door code be available in the packet in the lockbox? At all the places we have stayed, this has never been an issue. Some electric outlets in the kitchen did not work. We also had a few switches that did not turn on anything we could find. Garbage disposal did not work. In order to get the dishwasher to work you had to “jiggle” the door to get it to close . There were no beach chairs available. We had to purchase them. We ended up giving them away to a nice family on the beach who were staying in the same condo complex. The other 2 bedrooms are in need of painting and of bedskirts on the beds. These would go along way to “spiff” up the rooms. We also noticed a lot of owner “stuff” stored under the beds and in the “twin” room closet. Another thing we have never seen in other rentals. A suggestion too, might be a tv in the “queen” bedroom The linens were of good quality but, one of the twins had no top sheet and there was no bathmat in the master bath. We called and these 2 issues were remedied the following day. All in all, we enjoyed our week stay and we were very comfortable in this condo!

Great Beach, Great Location, Moderate Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The building is on a beautiful, quiet stretch of Madeira Beach! Sadly, all the balconies are screened in, which makes enjoying the view difficult. You must gather at a “window" in the screen to really see out. Many of the units have fans on theirs, not this one, which means the balcony is hot and uncomfortable for long stretches. We were highly disappointed as we were looking forward to spending lots of time out there. Overall, the condo is outdated. Updated kitchen just meant quartz countertops. The cabinets are original and the appliances old. Dishwasher doesn’t work on the "normal" cycle, luckily we discovered "pot scrubber" works, others probably don’t. You're supposed to run it before you leave, but I suspect the cleaning staff just puts dirty items into cabinets because the light shows “done.” There are lots of pots, dishes and cups but all needed to be washed before use. Bathrooms are in dire need of updates and two of the three sinks don’t have stoppers; I was terrified I'd lose an earring! Primary shower has lots of mildew stains and shower door doesn’t close well, making it hard to shower without getting water everywhere. The AC is great in the living room, but barely works in the primary bedroom. Thankfully, we found a fan in one of the other rooms, which helps, but that room is in serious need of a ceiling fan!The worst part about the condo is the cleanliness. There weren't any paper towels when we got there (I've never stayed somewhere and not gotten one roll). There were drips on the cabinet fronts which we couldn't even wipe upon arrival. The primary bedroom's coverlet was dirty or stained, at the top; thankfully we were able to cover it by folding over the sheet. The throw blanket also had a few brown spots on it. It appears only the sheets were changed but the other bedding isn't... gross under normal circumstances, but during COVID made us uneasy. For almost $5k a week,

Gorgeous Views!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wouldn’t have wanted to stay anywhere else! The views are perfect! Closest to the ocean! Pool is perfect location—no half days in shade like other rentals! This unit is perfectly decorated and stocked! What more could you ask for?!

Beach stay

The location and view of this property are amazing. For the price I expected more. We had to constantly wash towels, because there we could only find four towels available. Had to run all loads in the dryer twice before they were dry. Master bath shower floor looks dirty grout is not very clean and we had trouble with water getting on the floor. The beds are not very comfortable. My daughter slept on the couch, because she couldn’t sleep on the hard beds. I will say that the closet outside is full of beach toys; which is a huge plus. I did enjoy sitting on balcony and hearing the ocean and watching the beach goers. The outside chairs need new cushions. We had to put a couple of cushions on top of each other in order to make it comfortable.

Week at the beach

The location of property was fabulous as its right on the beach. 10 min walk to Johns pass. Wasn't too bad. Living room/kitchen/ master BR are only rooms that have been updated . The one issue was the amount of owners personal items under beds, dresser drawers, closet. Could have been more organized. One bedroom has no closet and only 4 dresser drawers to use. It could have been cleaner.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, nice beach, and condo with 3 bedrooms was nice. Our unit came with beach chairs and other beach items (check closet on balcony). The 3rd bedroom was small but for us it worked out. The kitchen sink didn't have hot water, which was odd, but we never called to have fixed because we didn't really need it. The dish washer was hot and worked well so it worked out. The master shower was nice and roomy but had odor that wasn't very pleasant. I thought it smelled like mold. The mgmt company was very easy to work with so that was a plus. For the spring break price we pd, hard to justify as the unit was nice enough but not worth the price IMO. Unit looked updated but I'd say it was done on a budget.

Reviewer Comments: From the moment we pulled in the parking lot we loved the location, then we opened the rental door and saw the view and condo and just felt completely at home. There is nothing more you could ask for to make it a truly wonderful stay. I would highly recommend this home and rental company

Amazing view and beach

We love rd this property, and it's location. Amenities were more than expected, down to beach toys for the kids! Sunsets from the balcony were gorgeous. Unfortunately red tide was in and dead fish everywhere prevented us from going in the ocean, so the pool got lots of use. My only comment is that although the condo was immaculate, the master bath had lots of mold. Definitely would rent this again.

Awesome property!

This condo was very clean and near many great restaurants. The only concern was beach service. I called the number that was posted in the lobby of the condo and they indicated that they could only setup 7 beach stations…..for a 50 unit building! Thankfully, Resort Rentals had 2 chairs and an umbrella we could use. However, beach service is preferred, that way everything is setup for you.
