Connie was very responsive anytime we messaged her. She was very professional and kind hearted. Thank you for you service.Jeff the maintenance man was great to talk to and was knowledgeable of things to do in the area. All the bed mattresses were very comfortable. Recommend to the owner to have written instructions on how to use the tv remotes. The entry door took a few times before the door would open and this happened often. Maybe instructions for that would be helpful also. The location is fabulous! Thanks again for a wonderful stay Seaview.

Excellent Location and View

The location was on the beach and within walking distance to multiple restaurants, bars and shopping. The 4th floor view of the golf and pool area couldn’t be beat! It appears the whole pool area was totally rebuilt, including the poolside restrooms. The master bedroom was updated, as well as some of the flooring. The bed in the third bedroom needs a new mattress. The elevator was out periodically, however, the owners worked with us to our satisfaction.

Perfect Location

The property was wonderful. Had everything we wanted. Would stay there again for sure. Only had a couple little issues but nothing that wasn't corrected. Parking is limited, so ask questions before booking. It was a great vacation!!!

Perfect Family Location

We came down for a few relaxing days on the beach after 3 days at Disney. Place was easy to find, very clean and all the staff were incredibly nice. The condo we stayed in was perfect for the 6 of us. Private pool and hot tub on property for the Seaview guests with beach access just steps away! This place was great! I recommend it for any family coming to the Madeira Beach area. We will be back!

Quick beach getaway

We did a 3 night stay at Seaview after spending a few days in Orlando. The Seaview and the condo couldn’t have been better. The condo is very spacious and clean. The balcony is large with a beautiful view of the ocean and beach. We will definitely return.

Would stay again

Unit was very nice. Perfect size for 5 adults, maybe more , but that is all we had. Secure building with pool and beach right downstairs. Family had a great time. Only drawback, one if the bedrooms has no windows . Otherwise we had a great week! Outstanding value!

Thank you for your review. We are so glad you had an enjoyable stay! The set up of the building, does mean that most bathrooms are situated internally and therefore do not have windows. But we're glad there is lots of window space in the living room and master bedroom providing great views over the beach and ocean, which hopefully makes up for it! We hope you will stay again.

404 Seaview

Great condo in a great location. Only negative was owner has parental controls on the TV not to allow Fox News or Newmax to be viewed but you are allowed to watch CNN. In addition you can’t remove close captioning either. I asked for help getting access but was told they didn’t know what I was talking about which clearly isn’t true as these parental controls had to be setup by the owner.

Seaview #404 was GREAT!

We loved the unit! Very clean, spacious, fantastic view! The unit has everything one needs. The only suggestion I have is that it would have been nice to have some sealable plastic bowls to store leftovers in. When you have leftovers from cooking there was nothing to store them in. But, that in itself, did not deter from the unit nor how much we liked it. There were many beach items available to use, in addition to lots of beach towels. We've rented many different units in the area, and the Seaview has the BEST balconies, by far! The Seaview staff is so hospitable and welcoming and helpful. Thank you.

Great condo and layout for family, gorgeous views, property a bit dated

The condo we were in was very well appointed and the perfect layout for our family of 5. Beautiful views of the beach from the large patio. The property is nice; best part is the pool area which has a nice hot tub and covered picnic areas, plus direct beach access. The building is a little dated. Elevator broke down at least once during our stay. WiFi in the unit is not operational...we we're able to latch onto signal from other condos on the advice of the owner, but the access was spotty - I'd say about 75%. The office closes early during the week (4pm) and so had to make special arrangements for check in - this could probably be handled by email for access codes to building and beach and how to get keys. The office wanted a $20 deposit for pool wristbands (not really enforced while we were there - maybe in busy season?) and parking hang tag (not sure if enforced, but signs say you can be towed), but I didn't have cash on me so they let it slide. This is also something to disclose in check-in or email communication. Checkout was easy but did not state in checkout procedures that the laundry and dishwasher should be started - one more thing to include. Must give a shout out to the maintenance man, Jeff who was a real star! Overall, a wonderful condo on the beach, just a few touches to make it perfect.

We checked the connection and coverage in Nov 2017 and it seems to be working well now. We are also sorry that the elevator malfunctioned during your stay. A major repair is being undertaken in Nov / Dec 2017, so if you should visit in the future... which we hope you will... it should be fully functional!

A Beautiful Beach Vacay Spot

We travel in large groups and this unit worked really well for us. We had 6 people (two couples and a mother and daughter) so each couple had their own room (at first). The smallest room had zero ventilation or circulation and the couple who slept in that room the first night ended up sleeping in the middle room (it has two double beds) with the mother/daughter for the rest of the trip. The master bedroom was lovely. It has large sliding doors which basically opens the entire wall and the living room has the same. They open out onto a very large balcony with a beautiful view of the gulf. We loved that the property was right on the beach. We appreciated that the owner provided a few beach chairs and an umbrella but the chairs were all rusted (and there weren't enough) and the umbrella (a heavy patio umbrella, not beach) was broken. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub but we were a little disturbed the first day when we had to get the property manager to remove a group of young adults who did not belong there. They knew the code for the gate to get from the beach to the pool. We noticed that they weren't wearing wristbands and they were being blatant and obnoxious doing belly flops into the pool and splashing everyone. The property manager only came out about once a day to check that everyone was wearing their wristbands and despite having security cameras with screens right at her desk, we had to go in ourselves and ask her to come out and remove them. It was not the best way to start our vacation. We did feel very safe in the building as they locked the front door at 4pm when the manager leaves and then the backdoor had a code to open. We were also very grateful that the property manager was accommodating when it came to parking. We had a large 12 person van (we had 5 others staying in the building next door) and we had multiple visitors who live in Florida and we often needed to park 3 cars at a time. I didn't appreciate having to hunt down the building maintenance man to get my deposit back (for room keys, wrist bands, and parking pass) though because their was no one in the office when we were checking out. Also, I would suggest to the owner to make sure that the cleaning lady cleans behind the couch. We pulled it out to find the remote and it was disgusting. Also, please consider a key pad lock like your neighbors or at least color code the keys so one can tell which key is for which lock. Overall we had a nice stay and would come back.

Unfortunately we had a sudden and unexpected staff shortage at Seaview during your stay which impacted pool supervision and your check-out. I apologize for the inconvenience. The smallest bedroom does have an air vent but maybe a previous guest closed it; it is up on the ceiling so might not have been obvious! We replaced the beach chairs just after your stay, and I think the umbrella must have been left by a previous guest. We typically deep clean at least twice a year, but with the COVID pandemic some of the services have been reduced this year. We did do a deep clean immediately after your stay. We hope you will consider a return visit in the future!

We are partial to this one!

Another great stay at this location. Everything was as expected. My short list of pros and cons: + large balcony which provides extra living space + recently updated master bath - not beach walk out + has elevator + you can see the ocean while at the pool/hot tub (no wall blocking the view) - no pizza cutter (ha!) + overall, well stocked kitchen for cooking in We have stayed at multiple properties in Madeira Beach, but we do prefer this complex.

Girls Getaway

Everything was awesome for our girls getaway. The condo was just how it was listed. Perfect location for us as we didn't rent a car. The trolley pick up is right outside the building. The condo was very clean and perfectly stocked with everything we needed. The view from the balcony was priceless. Sarah and the staff were great to work with. Relaxing and perfect

There was so much included with this property. We brought my mom here for her 70th birthday. The pool and beach were absolutely beautiful. There were so many basic things in the unit. Tons of beach supplies in unit plus an area in the garage for community stuff. Units were very quiet. Would love to return here some day!

Great vacation location

I stayed for 4 nights with a group of 8 people. The property was clean and as shown in the photos. The location was amazing! On the beach, close to a lot of activities (mini golf, beach yoga), bars, and restaurants. There is a private pool for condo guests only and it is steps from the beach. There were some beach chairs and other beach toys provided as well as a wonderful deck with pool and ocean view. I highly recommend this condo for any short or long visit to the FL beaches!
