Mammoth Estates is located in the heart of it all, walking distance to the Village at Mammoth, in a quaint and quiet forest mountain setting. This four-bedroom, three-bath property is an end unit with plenty of room for large groups. This unit sleeps a maximum of 10 people, with 2 king beds, a queen a two set of twin bunk beds. Perfect for family fun. This townhome is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. Short walk to the year round amenities Mammoth Estates has to offer such as the Game Room, Jacuzzi and Sauna. Take a plunge in the beautiful pool in hot summer months or just soak in the sun surrounded by beautiful landscape. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. . Location was excellent, Easy walk to the Village. Plenty of room for a large group. The place is a little bit dated and could use some games to play, but we took our own. Could use some brighter bulbs in the kitchen and some snow shovels.( snowed a lot over Christmas), My sibling has a townhome across the street in Mammoth Villas, so we borrowed hers. Over all we were quite happy with the place.

Good location

The location of the place was great. Easy quick walk to the village. The remodeled upstairs bathroom was nice. This place needs to update the furniture. Nothing was comfy to sit in for very long the couches or chairs. Larger couches would be nice. Couches had a bunch of food crumbs and dirt in-between the cushions. I would stay here again.

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: #213 is right across the street from the blue line stop that goes to the Village and Canyon. It's also a 5 min walk (cut through the Westin) to the Village, so it was a perfect location for our group. The furniture/decor is a bit dated but very similar to many Mammoth homes we've rented in the past and everything worked perfectly. My only thing is I thought there was a Keurig but there wasn't, just a regular coffee maker, no biggie but I thought I saw Keurig on there and brought pods. Overall a great place for a good price.

Good location and decent value but dated

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is close to the village and the lifts. It is decently priced, but even for the price, there are some items that need to be replaced in the condo. The dining room chairs are in comically bad condition, the bedding should be replaced with fresher and cleaner feeling bedding (i.e., duvets that are washed and not comforters), and the kitchen was missing some of the items that the listing promised (like dishwasher agent). We also visited in between the multiple atmospheric rivers the community experienced and I am sympathetic to the immense challenge of clearing all of that snow, but the walkway area was very treacherous management should do something to address it. It made loading and unloading very difficult.The check-in and check-out process is also a little bit antiquated, needing to stop at the office for both check-in and check-out.

Love staying near the village

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was called the day of arrival to let me know that the condo was ready, however they said the cook top did not work but they had a double burner on top to use. The kitchen is in the middle of a remodel so it was difficult to cook for my entire family in a timely fashion. The floors felt like there was sand on them, so not so clean! A few of the dining chairs were not sturdy.(two of them had a pillow taped underneath otherwise you could fall through them.One of the couches on the left side had no support.(the little kids sat on that side, too uncomfortable for an adult) Had I have known about the kitchen situation ahead of time then I would have rented a different unit. We rented 213(with the problems) and unit 122. 122 had no issues. Love staying in the village. Walking distance to all the fun.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is one of the worst properties and property management companies we’ve used over more than 6 years visiting Mammoth several times a year. It was barely stocked, apparently by policy, not even a broom or extra sponge and dish towel for a week long stay. Additionally, the lids to the pots and pans didn’t match/fit, there weren’t any scissors, no food storage (not even baggies or tin foil), and no shovel (things you don’t expect to have to bring with you), and no access to the ski locker/storage. The dishwasher didn’t work so we had to wash everything by hand. The storm the week of Jan 2 made it very difficult to expect their attention to these things I was told. Of utmost importance was even being able to leave the property at all due to the snow accumulation on the walkway and inner parking lot which was managed by the on site property manager who as I was told didn’t usually answer his phone and couldn’t give us an eta. This issue especially was concerning and unacceptable - it delayed our departure before yet another storm rolled in and the roads closed and forced us to fork over payment for two more nights with no discount or concession offered. Communication in general is limited to phone calls (my 1 email sent during my stay was never answered) where you’re likely to get voicemail, if there’s a storm or a lot of snow I guess. As of right now, I’m waiting for email response to two different emails sent hours ago and a call back.

Great pictures, huge disappointment

Pictures look great on the website but it has seen better days years ago. The bathroom sink was backed up and the dryer did not work. So much for upkeep!

Not sure about coming again

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The great thing about this condo is location. 5 minute walk to the village and the local shuttle stop is across the street. The size of the unit is great for 10. The unit itself has not Had any work done to it since it was built. Everything is old, used and worn. Tile is falling off the shower floor. Kitchen supplies are sad. Coffee pot was broken and had to be replaced when we arrived. Toaster only half works.

Don’t know what happened here..

Reviewer Comments: This past weekend my close friends and I drove to Mammoth lake from LA to celebrate my birthday weekend. We booked this trip a couple months back for a 3 bedroom cabin to "get away" . When I arrived at Mammoth Estates, I checked into my rental with the code provided to start unpacking for my birthday. Upon entering the building I was faced with a mountain of trash, disarranged furniture, softball-sized holes in the wall, followed by a trash smell. I called the after hours assistance line to see what was going on with our unit, I left a detailed message and they called me back within minutes. (which was AMAZING) “Jack” was able to help us try to get our situation sorted out. (He was very professional, courteous and seemed to be just as concerned as we were when we walked in) Jack was able to find us another rental within a mile radius but we had to look at three seperate units in order to find a rental similar to the rental we had originally booked. (Three separate rooms with their own doors) We had to drive around, lug around our luggage to multiple locations... it was not an ideal situation to be in at 8pm on a Friday.

The Condo was nice and clean. Accommodated our whole family which consisted of 6 adults and 4 kids. It had the cookware needed for us to make breakfast everyday. Location was great, right next to Mammoth village, literally. 5 min walk. Overall a great place to stay, small issue with billing but after several contacts it was corrected

Great for groups and/or families

Stayed here with my my family and extended family. Three of the four bedrooms were downstairs. The kitchen, the living room, and one bedroom is upstairs. The location was walking distance to the village and the gondola which takes you to Canyon lodge. The beds were decent. My family is already talking about staying here again next year.

Great Location, great place.

President's Day Weekend snowboard trip with 10 friends. we were able to park 3 cars, and the location was great, a downhill walk to the gondola and take the blue line back to the condo from canyon lodge, it stops nearly in front of the condo. We would walk down to the villages for happy hour almost every evening. Sleeping accomodations were on par, the wifi handled all ten of us, and that wood stove was a heat radiating monster. The staff were friendly and helpful. We all had a great time, and we'll probably stay again next year as long as our group doesn't outgrow this place.

Perfect location for a snow retreat

This condo was perfect for the 7 of us. The location is great; we walked to the gondola which took us to the ski lifts and enjoyed walking the Village in the evenings. The supplies are a little scarce, so you need to take things like baggies, tin foil, additional dishwasher soap, trash bags, paper towels, etc. The four bedrooms and 3 baths work very well. We would rent this condo again. Lots of fun.

Great location and loved this property

Our Family booked a ski weekend at Mammoth Estates, Unit #213. We found the online reservation website super easy to handle and loved the Receptionist when we arrived to check in. This property was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Huge flat screen TV in the living room and very close to the Village. We have stayed at many complexes in Town and will come back to this one!
