The living room offers a wood burning fireplace, a Samsung smart TV and a supply of games and books to entertain your friends and family.
The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances with a split double oven and a custom water filtration system supplying endless drinking water. Fully stocked with everything a chef might need to enjoy cozy dinners at home.
The master bedroom is on the main floor and offers a king size bed with ensuite bathroom including a dual vanity. The second and third bedrooms are both upstairs and share a Jack and Jill bathroom, each with their own private vanity. One bedroom has two queen beds while the other has a queen bed and a queen over queen bunk bed. All bedrooms include Samsung smart TVs.
The upstairs landing provides a custom workspace with desk, chair and wireless printer.
There is a wall anchor at the front of the parking space in the building garage to lock your bikes in the summer months.
There is in unit laundry and a designated Ski Locker closet at the entry for all your ski/snowboard equipment. We are family friendly and provide a pack and play, booster seat, toddler plates/utensils as well as various books and toys to entertain your little one if desired.
Please note that the condo is located on the second floor (third from underground parking) with stairs access only.
*Ski lodges and chairlifts on Mammoth Mountain open on different dates depending on the season. Please check online for current road conditions as well as which lodges are open for your requested dates of booking.
The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at The Summit. There are two jacuzzies, a sauna, a gym and seasonally - a swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball, community BBQs, and horseshoe pit.
There is 1 assigned parking space in the underground garage, and 1 spot available in either guest parking in the garage or guest parking in front of the clubhouse on a first come, first served basis. Please note that the parking garage has a 7â clearance to the reserved space and 6â9â to reach the guest spots in the back.
Other things to note:
We provide coffee, coffee filters, olive oil, various spices, wine and cocktail glasses, insulated cups and a fully stocked kitchen including a freezer with ice maker. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, hairdryers, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, sponges, trash bags, and laundry detergent. There are sleds available for use in the Ski Locker storage closet. For children there is a pack and play, booster seat, toddler plates/utensils, a baby gate and a toy box. Please use childrenâs items at your own risk. There is also a variety of books and board games for adults and children.

This is a non smoking, no pets property. If evidence is found of a pet or smoking, the cleaning is extensive and there will be an additional $500 cleaning charge.
Please replace the parking passes upon departure. A missing parking pass will incur a $50 replacement charge.
