Best Vacation rental ever!

We enjoyed our stay so much in Sarasota and much of it due to being comfortable at this property. It was clean and well taken care of, well stocked kitchen, the beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels were so nice to have for our beach days! We had the opportunity to meet one of the owners after we checked in and he was so nice and very welcoming and took the time to welcome us. We loved having the screened in porch to eat breakfast in the morning or to relax in the evening before going to bed. We spent most of the day out exploring or at the beach but it was nice knowing the property was close enough to everything that we could go back and change or eat and be back on our way. The owners thought of everything to make a stay as comfortable as possible which included having fast charging ports in the bedrooms for devices and clean comfortable furniture to visit. We would stay here again in a heartbeat the next time we are in Sarasota!

Sarasota Cottage

What a wonderful place to stay! The house was bright and well decorated. Every detail was thought out to make the living space inside and out warm and welcoming. The host was extremely responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Vaca shortened by Helene

We enjoyed 2 of 5 days in the Sarasota area before leaving early due to Helene warnings. When we called our Evolve contact, we got no answer and left a voicemail. We were concerned that the owner should know that the house would be vacant. After a 5 hr trip back to Orlando due to hurricane traffic, we still had no contact. The next day, I found an email address to the company. They did respond but we never heard from the listed agent contact. They implied that we should have just stayed in a hurricane prone area. We were impressed by the property we rented and would have returned at a later date or recommended it, but we will never deal with Evolve agan..We are checking our 2 other scheduled Vrbo rentals to be sure that we are dealing with owners who will respond.

Comfortable and quiet

My family members and I stayed in Sarasota to see a dying family member. As uncomfortable as the situation was, the house we stayed in was lovely. We enjoyed coffee on the screened in porch in the mornings and had lovely dinners together. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. It is just minutes from the beach.

Perfect little blue house

We had a great experience all around. The house was extremely clean and conveniently located. Loved sitting in the screened in porch and having coffee in the mornings. The restaurants close by were very good and the beach chairs/towels were so nice to have for our beach day.

Best accommodations ever

Very CLEAN, cozy, updated, plenty of toiletries, appliances, beach stuff, after sun care.. there was so much love put into this house. When traffic isn’t crazy it’s about 15 min to siesta beach which has the most beautiful sand I’ve ever seen. If I come back to the area I will definitely book again.

Adorable house, impeccably clean, great beds, stocked with most everything you'll need. About a 15-20 minute drive to downtown, beaches, etc., though grocery store, drug store are closer.

The cottage was exactly as the pictures show. Very cute and comfortable. It was perfect for 2 people. We loved the screened in patio. The neighbors were quiet. Shopping and dining were nearby.

Summer vacation in Sarasota

Wow! This cute little house was perfect for our family of 4 which consists of my husband and our 2 teenage daughters. It’s so close to Lido beach, grocery stores, and restaurants. The owners were super hospitable making sure that the house was clean and ready for our stay. It has all the comforts of home and looks just like it does in the pictures. You can be sure that we will be back soon for another stay!

Great stay in Sarasota!

Refurbished, impeccably clean little house that was plenty large enough for two friends staying for a long weekend. Especially appreciated the bedroom blackout curtain and shades and how comfortable the beds were. Loved the screen porch. The house has generous amounts of everything you need to be comfortable. A 15 - 20 minute drive to most beaches and downtown Sarasota, but that was okay with us. We had a little trouble communicating initially via Vrbo with the property management co (evolve), but that eventually got worked out to our satisfaction. I'd definitely stay here again.

Perfect Place

The home was clean, cozy and cozy, with a lovely private yard and screened in porch. Everything exceeded expectations, from the well stocked kitchen to the laundry room and bath. The location was central to both Nathan Benderson Park and the many attractions of Sarasota. We were delighted with our time here.

The coolest Little House in Sarasota

We enjoyed our stay at Tarpon Avenue a lot. The location is great, close to the town center, to Siesta Beach and to the food shops. The house is very well kept and the interior stylish! We also loved the porch and the garden. Shortly: No wishes unfulfilled.

Very enjoyable stay in a stylish little house

Everything was in a very good condition. We also enjoyed the garden and the porch. Shopping was close and also the great Beach of Siesta Key! Short Rides also to the golf courses in Bradenton.

Vacation stay

This was the most adorable home! It is fully remodeled and they thought of everything you ever needed for a vacation rental! We were in town for a family wedding and wish we were able to stay longer to enjoy house and the bikes and all the beach gear! All you need is pack your bags to enjoy I would definitely stay again! For beach lovers and cyclists

Me and my husband stayed for 1 week in November over Halloween. The house is spotless, very nice and clean. It is very well equipped and offers everything you need. The screened lanai in the back is perfect for both breakfast, afternoon relaxing and dinner. We visited Longboat Key beach and Siesta Key beach; both are about 25 minutes’ drive away. Siesta Key beach is very big and there are lots of parking’s, Longboat is smaller, but still very nice and not so crowded. There is also a very nice and long bike trail in Sarasota called The Legacy trail. It starts just about 10 minutes away on bike from the house. I really recommend it! The only thing that was a bit negative is the location because the house is very close to Fruitville Road which is very busy. But that does not affect my view of how nice and well cared for the house is. We had a wonderful stay.

Great Place to Stay!

We enjoyed our short stay here and unfortunately were unable to take advantage of the screened in porch and patio. Property is well taken care of and the owners are attentive to details. Would definitely stay again when visiting Sarasota.

Outstanding cottage with all the amenities!

This quaint little home in Sarasota is something to be seen and experienced. It has everything you need for a small family to stay comfortably, is centrally located around many restaurants and is in the vicinity of great beaches. The home itself is very modern, has great beds and is super clean. Renting and accessing the property was a breeze. I would highly recommend staying here and will be back for sure.
