With easy access to trams, Southern Cross Station, and top attractions like Marvel Stadium and Crown Casino, you'll have everything you need for an enjoyable stay.
The Space:
Enter the apartment via a short hallway into a spacious open-plan dining/living room with an entire wall of floor-to- ceiling windows, showcasing a sensational view of Melbourneâs CBD (Downtown) . The dining area has a table seating 6, as well as another table and chair which can be used as a work station. A separate kitchen off this space comes equipped with a coffee-maker, 4-burner gas stove top, under-bench oven, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge. The dining area then flows through to the living space with a large, wall-mounted âSmartâ TV, an occasional chair and a sofa which converts to a bed for 1, bringing the total sleeping capacity of the apartment to 5 people if desired. This dining/living area is carpeted throughout and has a wall-mounted reverse-cycle air-conditioner to keep it a comfortable temperature all year round. The wall of windows has block-out blinds allowing you to control the light, while a glass sliding door leads out to a balcony overlooking Bourke Street, with its own table setting for 2 people and east-facing views of the CBD, including Southern Cross Station.
There are 2 carpeted bedrooms, both with built-in mirrored wardrobes and floor-to-ceiling windows, again featuring those expansive east-facing city views and block-out blinds for comfort. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and its own en-suite with a shower, while the second bedroom comes with 2 single beds which can be pushed together to create a queen-sized bed if needed. The main bathroom has a bathtub with combined shower and also houses a washing machine and separate dryer.
The building complex itself offers a swimming pool, fully-equipped gym, 2 tennis courts and a terrace with barbecue. Thereâs also a dedicated paid parking space for 1 car.

Marvel Stadium is less than 10 minutes walk away, with Southbank shopping/restaurant precinct just across the Yarra River. Federation Square, the National Gallery of Victoria, Melbourneâs Chinatown, Crown Casino and Flagstaff Gardens are also close by.

Southern Cross is also where you can catch the âSkybusâ to and from MelbourneâsTullamarine Airport, for both domestic and international flights.

The concierge's details will be sent to you 2 to 3 days before your check in day provided your Truvi ID verification has been successfully completed. Note: a $40 fee applies for check-ins after 8 pm.
* **Long-Term Stays:** For bookings longer than one month, a mandatory full cleaning and linen change is scheduled every 4 weeks to keep the apartment fresh for your extended stay. This will be added to your total booking amount.
