Really enjoyed hosting this Marcelo and his family. Communication was good and they left the place so clean and tidy. They were respectful throughout the stay and I have nothing negative to say but they are welcome back any time!

Thank goodness my reviews from previous guests were all EXCELLENT(5 star ratings)and are a true reflection of my property and shows the way I treat my guests.Faith and her guests were difficult from the minute they landed. Complaining about the prices at the grocery store which I have no control over.We stopped for lunch and they were rude to the waitresses and again complaining about the prices.We live on a small island where everything is imported, therefore prices will be higher than in the United States.They asked to extend their stay and because I was not able to give them an extension, the complaints began rolling in and she actually told me that she would write a terrible review.I always allow my guests to check in early/check out late(or extend their stay)as long as I don't have any other guests arriving. It truly saddens me because I did everything possible to make sure Faith and her guests were pleased.I arranged pick up from the airport, had a driver take them around everyday,even took her to the clinic when she got bitten by a sand fly from the beach.The car had sand from the previous guests that checked out that same day. Faith and her guests arrived early and asked to have the car before 4 & I explained to her that the car had to be cleaned but insisted.Plated food left all over the house and black hair die was left on my sofas,rugs and bed linens causing me to have them professionally cleaned.My property is located on a hill and the entire island is covered with woodsy trees.I never said the airport was 5 minutes away.There was a full roll in every bathroom and under the cupboards.Downstairs is storage for cleaning supplies,towels&Linens(no one living there)I asked Faith to send a picture of the freezer being dirty, she never did and I still sent my cleaning lady over to check it out and everything was spotless.We have hardly any crime on the island and my guests love the openess of the open floor living, kitchen and dining area. All bedrooms have curtins to pull across for privacy. With the free meal, there were 3 options and you choose the salmon. Salmon is not caught in the Bahamas, therefore that too is also imported(frozen). The other options on the menu were jumbo shrimp or steaks or local fish(if available).This review and was written to sabotage my business but my past reviews speaks for my property and the services I offer all my guests & if there are any issues, I always make it priority to get them resolved as quickly as possible.

Stephen and his family left the place incredibly tidy. They were very communicative and super friendly. I truly enjoyed having them as guests and I’d recommend them to any host. They are welcomed back anytime!

Jessica and her family were amazing! They left the place clean and were quiet throughout the 12 days they stayed. We had great contact and I hope I get to host them again.
