With a distinctly Australian feel and strong contemporary finishes, natural materials and textures, the Bay Villa is a stunning 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom home with multiple living areas, lush outdoor living and dining and a sparkling pool area.

Designed with multiple families and larger groups in mind, this light filled home is the perfect blend of luxe design elements and the rawness of the Australian coastal palette.  Every luxury detail has been thought of, creating not only a home away from home, but a sublime and quintessential Byron Bay holiday vibe. 

The north facing home is light filled and designed specifically for entertaining and hosting larger family groups boasting a number of open plan zones and break out spaces as well as a perfectly oriented beautiful alfresco space with a large heated pool, covered dining and sitting areas and BBQ space designed to be enjoyed year round.

Rest and rejuvenation is easy to achieve with three luxurious private king size bedroom suites all with unique bathroom spaces and walk in robes. The upstairs area also houses a gorgeous kids zone featuring a playful bunk bed room which sleeps 6 along with a light filled guest room which easily converts from 2 single beds to a fourth king size bedroom when needed, all overlooking the wildlife filled nature reserve across the road.

Designed by the renowned team at The Designory, every amenity and detail has been thought of, creating the ultimate barefoot getaway.  Enjoy the fully maintained chef’s kitchen or take advantage of one of our in house private chefs; immerse yourself in the unique personas of each of the bedroom and bathing spaces, surrounding yourself with sumptuous linens and hand selected furnishings and artworks or take one of our boards to the beach, take a ride around the area or just relax at home.

With fully ducted air-conditioning, solar power, suspended open fireplace and smart skylight technology the house is comfortable year-round but environmentally friendly as well! Everything has been thought of and is at your fingertips.  This home is truly your home away from home – the perfect holiday destination to share with family and friends.

THE AREA
Located opposite a tranquil nature reserve in the historic quarter, the home is just a short 350m stroll from the centre of town and 900m to the beach. You can wander to Byron’s famous weekly Thursday farmers markets in under a minute! Main beach, Woolworths, restaurants and all that Jonson St has to offer are just an amble away.

ENTRY
Fully secure, the Villa has video intercom entry and once through the timber gates the home fully reveals itself.  The entry way houses an art gallery wall as well as a beautiful compendium full of the information about the home and the surrounding area.  Everything you need to help you enjoy your home away from home.

LIVING/DINING
With a north facing, light filled and airy open plan design, the living and dining spaces at The Bay Villa are connected to the chef’s kitchen and are finished with modern take on Australian coastal style.  Relax on the leather sofa or pull up an ottoman in front of the open suspended fireplace, watch your favourite movies on the flat screen TV, and share meals at the oak 8 seater dining table. The space connects seamlessly to the outdoors, with large hidden sliding doors connecting the alfresco dining and lounging area to the indoor living and dining.

RUMPUS ROOM
The separate rumpus room is the perfect break out zone for kids and adults alike.  Housing comfortable seating, a large smart TV, the whole space opens up to the yard via huge glass café-style folding doors.

CHEFS KITCHEN
This chef Kitchen is set up to cater for the largest get togethers.  Cook and create in this fully equipped designer kitchen or enjoy the luxury of one of our inhouse chefs catering for you. Luxurious green concrete benchtops, custom cabinetry and detailing, gas cooking and loads of natural light make this space a joy to be in.

BATHROOM LAUNDRY
Bathe in resort-style luxury in every one of our five bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a sumptuous ensuite bathroom with double vanity, large Apaiser soaker bath, shower and high end fixtures. The main bathroom upstairs houses an incredible Apaiser bathtub, large shower, and custom vanity.  Shower like you’re in the outdoors in the ensuites connected to the downstairs master suites. Finished in stunning bespoke tiles they both feature a huge shower connected to the outdoor garden, custom vanities and high end fixtures.  Even the powder room packs a punch with it’s stunning textural walls and pedestal basin.  A fully equipped laundry and linen area makes holidays a dream, all of which can be easily closed off to keep the utilities hidden away.

OUTDOOR & POOL
Stepping out in to the outdoor zone you’re met a fully connected space with multiple areas to relax and refresh.  With bench seats built in to the side of the house perfect for lounging and relaxing, the area leads off in to a covered alfresco dining zone and 10 seater outdoor table perfect for long lunches or dinners.  The incredible heated NakedSwim pool area is located opposite and is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, housing oversized loungers and umbrellas for poolside relaxation.   The BBQ area is conveniently located beside the house and is fully equipped with a large bbq with the latest cooking technology – perfect for catering to a large crowd.  The Villa is also equipped with a gorgeous outdoor shower perfectly located near the front entry and under the feature Pandanus tree.  The perfect place to wash off after adventures at the many beaches at your fingertips.  And don’t forget to make the most of the surfboard collection and beach cruiser bikes – the perfect way to enjoy the endless sunny days Byron has to offer.

BYRON SHIRE NOISE RESTRICTIONS
All of our Byron Bay houses have firm no party policies with no additional guests allowed to visit the house at any time. Sound travels to the neighbours easily and as such, noise levels are to be respectful at all times of the day and no music or outdoor entertaining whatsoever after 10pm.

Receiving a noise complaint will result in a bond deduction if Quiet Hotline Security are called to the house and they deem the noise levels from the street disruptive to the neighbourhood. These fines from the local Quiet Hotline Security can occur at any time from 6pm – 6am and are $165 each time plus a $55 processing fee. Multiple noise complaints may result in being asked to vacate immediately with no refund of remaining tariff or bond.

Sorry to be so strict but noise levels are a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.

A $5,000.00 Security Deposit will be required prior to check in. This will be charged to your nominated credit card as a Pre-Authorisation which will be released after you check out.

The Bay Villa features five spacious bedrooms, three of which are luxurious suites and the perfect break out spaces.  The upstairs master suite has king size bed, an ensuite bathroom and walk in robe. Downstairs houses two oversized master suites with ensuites and robes, both connected to the lush tropical landscaped gardens. The bunk room upstairs sleeps 6 and is a playful space with 4 king single beds and 2 single trundle beds.  The netting connecting the upper bunks and toy selection are sure to keep the smaller guests occupied.  The fifth bedroom is a gorgeous north facing twin room which can easily convert to a fourth king size room as needed.
