The huge back patio overlooking the peaceful interior dune is a unique way to help enjoy the best of what Cinnamon Shore has to offer. You are able to relax, dine and cook on the grill right off the kitchen. The third level game room has a Foosball table and a huge LoveSac couch that can sleep people as well. Flat screen televisions throughout with a Sonos speaker system to enjoy your music on will be a hit. Out back you can enjoy a custon putting green, cornhole or a relaxing dip in the hot tub. SLEEPING QUARTERS: One king suite with coral decor on the first floor overlooking the community. The first bunk bedroom and a hall bath overlooks the fun back yard and sleeps up to 6 of two twin over full bunk beds. One the second floor you have the primary king suite with large soaker tub and all glass shower with bench. A second bunk suite sleep 4 more in two twin over twin bunks and and ensuite bath with shower. Head up to the third floor to enjoy the third king suite with large shower with a bench.

AMENITIES: At North, Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, a fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.

AMENITIES: At South, enjoy resort-style amenities such as the Cabana Pool with infinity edge; the new Splish Splash Family Pool; Tailwind Park, Coastline Fire Lounge and other parks; serene lakes and ponds; a community pier; overlook pavilions, pickleball courts, basketball courts, and a playscape. Just Wanna Have Sun is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Just Wanna Have Sun the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
