Kitchen pots and pans were horrible to cook with. Grill wouldn't get hot enough and the flames were too far from the grate. Hard to light. Grill too far from kitchen, down three flights of stairs, total of 31 flights of stairs back and forth from kitchen to grill for one meal.

Must stay! Highly recommend!!!

I had an absolutely amazing stay! Lucy was a fantastic host—she made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The rooms were not only beautifully kept but incredibly comfortable, which made it easy to relax. There was so much to do in the area, from local attractions to just enjoying the stunning beach, which was only a short walk away. Every part of the stay was fantastic, and I can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend!

Most Amazing House in Port Aransas

We stayed here for my son’s 12th birthday and end of summer family vacation. We had 6 families and felt like we were on our own private resort. The view is priceless! We will be staying here again next year for sure.

Spectacular Views!

A family and friends vacation. 7 adults and 3 kids. Plenty of room for everyone. We loved the location. Short walk to everywhere! The private pool was a big bonus! Kids oved the giant tv downstairs and learning how to play ping pong. We look forward to booking this wonderful house again!!!

Fabulous Farley Family Fun Thanksgiving at this beautiful home!!

Gorgeous property for our large group of 14! The home was exceptional in every way-from room to spread out, several balconies to sit and have coffee and watch/listen to the waves of the Gulf, to a completely decked-out kitchen! We take a big family trip every year for a holiday and this home in PORT ARANSAS outdid them all! The amenities of Palmilla were top-notch and we even participated in the island Turkey Trot. The concierge met us on arrival, gave us a "lay of the land" and was immediately receptive. Can't wait to go back!!

Fantastic house

Our party varied from 5 to 10 people as they came and went. Everyone had their own space and the common spaces are large and the views are fantastic. Be prepared to stock even the basics in food. The only thing in the house was salt and pepper. Cleaning supplies, dishes, glasses, kitchen items and linen were all well stocked. The only thing missing was a coffee grinder so we let our at the house. Communication with the owner was always available and she acted quickly on any concerns we had. A great experience.

Perfect Property for a Large Group

I rented this home along with 5 other moms and their daughters for my daughter‘s Sweet 16 birthday. We stayed 4 nights / 5 days and had an amazing time. The house is absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. The pictures are very accurate of what it looks like in person. It’s very conveniently located near the beach and next to a beautiful pond and the golf course. The sunsets were incredible ! I do recommend renting a golf cart for the short 4 minute ride to the beach.. I loved the fact that this home has a pool. However the community pool is great as well. We did enjoy going to the community pool and ordering some poolside drinks. I highly recommend this spacious home if you need a large home for a family reunion, birthday party, etc…… We will be back!

Perfect house, perfect hosts!

We've been coming to Port A for the last 8 years as an extended family and all agreed that this year was one of the best ever! Views of the ocean and golf course, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and easy access to the beach from the golf-cart accessible boardwalk made this a very special place. The private pool was a game-changer! Kids and young adults alike spent days and evenings by the pool, just relaxing and enjoying conversation, listening to music and playing games. The house was clean and well stocked and communications with the property manager were fantastic. We had one small issue and when I texted to let her know and said "not urgent, just wanted you to know" I quickly had a return text and someone at the house to take care of it within an hour. On a Saturday. Super experience, one we hope to repeat. Thanks Lucy and Kelly, you were awesome and made sure our time at the beach was perfect!

Best House For Large Groups

We have been coming to Port A every summer in July for the past 10+ years now. Our entire group voted this house as the BEST we have ever rented. We have a large family of 17, so finding a home large enough AND that has a private bathroom for everyone is not an easy feat. This house has it all, high-end luxury finishings, 7 bedrooms with a private bath for each bedroom, the kitchen is stocked as well as our kitchen is at home, the views are incredible, and the private pool is a must for us; the jets and pool toys were an added bonus. The neighborhood is in an ideal location where you can drive your car on the beach, but close enough to town that it's easy to get to dinner & shopping when wanted. We LOVED the beach chair set up at the beach that Pamilla provides as well. We all really wish that they would have been allowing drink orders to the beach, but we understood given the situation we are in right now with the pandemic. The host and her management team were some of the best we have worked with, so polite, timely responses, and eager to help with whatever was needed. I really cannot say enough good things about our experience at the Pamilla Resort house. We would highly recommend it to anyone! Thank you, Lisa, for sharing your beautiful, impeccably designed home with us! And thank you, Lucy and Kelly, for the superb customer service.

Perfect Family Vacation

The house was perfect for our family vacation. With a large entertaining space, we could play games, eat and be together. The house had enough room to have time to yourself if you needed it. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, pots and pans for easy evening meals. There were only a few hiccups for us. 1)The grill did not work well, but we had one with us. 2)The included beach towels were thin and more blanket-like but we made them work along with the towels we brought. 3) The house was not cleaned to my standards (I'm super picky) and the brooms, mop, etc were a little on the dirty side. I brought bleach wipes with me and hit the surfaces and we were okay. 4) We could only get a wifi signal on the third floor, which was a problem for us because we were working remotely and had three students with us that needed to complete schoolwork. 5) We had a small problem with the plumbing in the Casita and in a second-floor bathroom. 6) The pool heat was left on so it was too hot for a day swim, but it was wonderful in the evening after a long day at the beach. Overall, the stay was wonderful and our adult kids, teenagers, and grandson (age 4) had a fantastic stay. The bird books and binoculars in the family room were an exceptional hit. As was the ping pong table on the first floor. We definitely will be looking to stay here again next year!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this gorgeous beach house! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful and well-kept everything was. The house was spacious, spotless, and had all the comforts of home — plus plenty of thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special.The pool was a huge hit with our family; we spent countless hours swimming, relaxing, and soaking up the sun. The beach was just a short walk away, and we loved being able to go back and forth so easily. In the evenings, we enjoyed gathering on the patio to watch the sunset and share stories — it was the perfect setting to make lasting family memories.We truly couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. Celebrated sisters 50th w family

We enjoyed everything about this property and our time here! The spacious family room and kitchen was our primary hangout with more than enough space for our group of 20! Plenty of space in the bedrooms, comfy beds and decor and individual bathrooms for each. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed - the industrial style coffee maker was awesome - now I need one for my home - we definitely will return and stay again.

This house is amazing ! The location allows easy access to the beach, guest services and dining. The house is equipped with everything you need for entertaining and the host was happy to answer any questions . All bedrooms were very comfortable. Our favorite room was the wine room which had gorgeous views. Without a doubt we will return to this property.

Excellent vacation get away home! This home was very clean, well designed with bathrooms for each bedroom and large enough for 20 people to not feel cramped or in one another’s space. The downstairs ping pong table was a huge unexpected bonus for the pre- teen boys. Many of the guests made comments as to how it was beautifully decorated and designed. Several people took copious amounts of photos and shared them with friends and family. It was a wonderful time of the year as the beach temperatures were amazing! The screened in area by the pool was perfect for our bar set up. If you are considering a large property to rent this one is amazing.

The house was as advertised. We had 14 family members from 75 to 5 years old and still had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked. Everything in the house worked. Would definitely rent again.
